Depth data for is very important data for 3D display. Disparity and depth data makes users to feel 3D effect. We used stereo camera to measure depth and made fast algorithm to get in real time. This vision system can be substituted for expensive laser system.
Recently, computer graphics has made possible a close representation of the due diligence. But, prefer the feel of a 2D computer graphics. 2D computer graphics and compositing of 3D computer graphics have already been produced for a long time. But, the virtual 3D computer graphics application in 2D image or live-action have been used to effect expression of a 2D computer graphics. Recently, 2D computer graphics content is being expanded through the cartoons. In some cases increase the efficiency by making a 3D computer graphics on the camera angle or temporal and spatial part. Through practical work and want to present the proper direction.

The in vitro antibacterial activity of DWP20367 (1-Cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-8-chloro-7-(2,7-diazabicyclo[3,3,0]oct-4-ene-7-yl)-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid), a new broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone, was compared with those of ciprofloxacin (CPFX), sparfloxacin (SPFX) and ofloxacin (OFLX). DWP20367 was showed antibacterial activity much higher than CPFX, SPFX and OFLK against gram-positive bacteria, while it was slightly more superior to quinolones against gram-negative bacteria. DWP20367 was particularly effective against MRSA, and its $MlC_{90}$ against clinical isolates of methicillin-susceptible S. aureus, low methicillin-resistant S. aureus and high methicillin-resistant S. aureus were 0.098, 0.781 and 1.563 micro g/ml, respectively. Against S. pneumoniae, MIC90 of DWP20367 was 2- to 8-fold higher than those of CPFX. With a view of MIC90, DWP20367 showed slightly more potent activity against P. aeruginosa and E. coli isolates than the control quinolones. DWP20367 activity was not affected by inoculum size and medium pH. But addition of $Mg^{2+}, \;Ca^{2+} $Mg2+, Ca2+ or horse serum (25%) decreased its antibacterial activity. DWP20367 was showed rapidly bactericidal activity within 2 to 4 h, and regrowth was not observed even after 24 h incubation at concentrations near the 4-fold of MIC.
A further purified fraction (D-O-ANa) was obtained from DPG 3-2 fraction of Ginseng Radix by complete removal of saponins, nucleosides, nucleic acid bases, amino acids, and sugars. D-O-ANa - induced insulin release was investigated to compare with that of DPG 3-2 and other isolated components. Among the sub fractions of DPG 3-2, D-O-ANa exhibited the most potent release of insulin with or without high concentrations of glucose, and it particularly enhanced the second phase of glucose-induced insulin release. DGP 3-2 potentiated significantly the glucose-induced insulin release from the isolated islets of diabetic mice at increasing concentrations of extracellular calcium ions (0.16 - 2.5 mM). A definite relationship was found between calcium $(^{45}Ca)$ uptake and insulin release. Ginsenoside $(G)-Rb_1\;and\;G-Rg_1$ did not enhance the glucose-induced insulin release. The effect of ginseng saponins was blocked by glucose (16.7 mM), being distinctly different from the glucose-potentiated effect of DPG 3-2. The insulin release effect of $G-Rg_1$ was unaffected by the presence or absence of extracellular $Ca^{2+}$ and theophylline. Adenosine also increased insulin release from isolated islets, but had no effect on perfused rat pancreas. Arginine stimulated insulin release less evidently than D-O-ANa, though arginineand adenosine-induced glucagon releases were more remarkable. In conclusion, D-O-ANa appears to be a major fraction in insulin release activity of ginseng and its mode of action may be related to $Ca^{2+}$ ion uptake. This physiological mechanism was distinct from that of the abnormal release induced by ginseng saponins.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mobile task information presentation using 3D multimedia on tooth carving knowledge, performance and class satisfaction for dentistry. To accomplish this purpose, we divided 66 dental students into the two groups: The experimental group was presented with mobile task information using 3D modeling. and the control group was presented task information using textbook. As a result for the study, First, Mobile task information presentation using 3D multimedia in class has significant effect on the tooth carving performance and class satisfaction. Second, tooth morphology knowledge in control group presenting task information using the text book showed relatively higher than in experimental group which presenting mobile task information using the 3D modeling. The conclusion of this study is that the class presenting mobile task information using 3D modeling can be enhances class satisfaction and, teaching and learning strategy to improve tooth carving performance.
Fully depleted Silicon-on-Insulator (FD-SOI) devices lead to better electrical characteristics than bulk CMOS devices. However, the presence of a thin top silicon layer and a buried SiO2 layer causes self-heating due to the low thermal conductivity of the buried oxide. The electrical characteristics of FDSOI devices strongly depend on the path of heat dissipation. In this paper, we present a new three-dimensional (3-D) analysis technique for the self-heating effect of the finger-type and bar-type transistors. The 3-D analysis results show that the drain current of the finger-type transistor is 14.7% smaller than that of the bar-type transistor due to the 3-D self-heating effect. We have learned that the rate of current degradation increases significantly when the width of a transistor is smaller that a critical value in a finger-type layout. The current degradation fro the 3-D structures of the finger-type and bar-type transistors is investigated and the design issues are also discussed.
Purpose: This study was performed to analyze the characteristics and effect sizes of intervention studies on foot-reflexo-massage applied to cancer patients. Methods: For meta-analysis, a total of 159 studies were retrieved from search engines such as RISS, nanet, KISS, richis and KoreaMed. 16 studies published from 1990 to 2010 were selected based on the inclusion criteria. The data were analyzed with the RevMan 5.0 program of Cochrane library. Results: 1) The mean score of 1 implement time on foot-reflexo-massage was 25.62 minutes, the average number of days was 4.12 days, and the total number of average intervention frequency was 4.25 times. 2) Intervention studies on foot-reflexo-massage included 9 studies on anxiety (56.3%), 7 for pain (43.8%), 5 for BP/pulse (31.3%), 5 for fatigue (31.3%), 3 for nausea/vomiting (18.8%), 3 for sleep satisfaction (18.8%), and 2 for depression (12.5%). 3) The effect sizes of the intervention studies that showed higher effect size were in order, anxiety (d=-1.76), fatigue (d=-1.43), depression (d=-1.03), nausea and vomiting (d=-0.83), pain (d=-0.77), pulse rate (d=-0.61), blood pressure (d=-0.55), and sleep satisfaction (d=0.43). Conclusion: This study suggests that foot-reflexo-massage can increase sleep satisfaction, whereas decreasing blood pressure, pulse rate, anxiety, fatigue, depression, nausea, vomiting and pain.
The two-degree-of-freedom direct drive induction motor, which is capable of linear, rotary and helical motion, has a wide application in special industry such as industrial robot arms. It is inevitable that the linear motion and rotary motion generate coupling effect on each other on account of the high integration. The analysis of this effect has great significance in the research of two-degree-of-freedom motors, which is also crucial to realize precision control of them. The coupling factor considering the coupling effect is proposed and addressed by 3D finite element method. Then the corrected mathematical model is presented by importing the coupling factor. The results from it are verified by 3D finite element model and prototype test, which validates the corrected mathematical model.
Bone mineral density is a examination to measure the amount of bone in patients with metabolic bone disease. It is a low dose, but may cause unnecessary exposure to the gonads and other organs located in the periphery when examining the lumbar and proximal femurs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluated the exposure dose for each organ exposed during the bone mineral density through simulation, and analyzed the applicability of the subject to radiation shielding devices using 3D printing materials. As a result, the highest dose was shown at 11.47 uSv in the breast during lumbar examination and 8.98 uSv in the testis during proximal femur examination. Also, the farther away from the examination site, the lower the effect of the scattering-ray. The shielding effect of using 3D printing shielding device showed high results in proportion to the effective atomic number and specific gravity of the printing material. Among the printing materials, ABS + W showed an effect of at least 78.72 to 96.3 9% compared to the existing lead material.
Animated anaglyph is the most cost-effective method for 3D stereo visualization of virtual or actual 3D geo-based data model. Unlike 3D anaglyph scene generation using paired epipolar images, the main data sets of this study is the multi-typed 3D feature model containing 3D shaped objects, DEM and satellite imagery. For this purpose, a prototype implementation for 3D animated anaglyph using OpenGL API is carried out, and virtual 3D feature modeling is performed to demonstrate the applicability of this anaglyph approach. Although 3D features are not real objects in this stage, these can be substituted with actual 3D feature model with full texture images along all facades. Currently, it is regarded as the special viewing effect within 3D GIS application domains, because just stereo 3D viewing is a part of lots of GIS functionalities or remote sensing image processing modules. Animated anaglyph process can be linked with real-time manipulation process of 3D feature model and its database attributes in real world problem. As well, this approach of feature-based 3D animated anaglyph scheme is a bridging technology to further image-based 3D animated anaglyph rendering system, portable mobile 3D stereo viewing system or auto-stereo viewing system without glasses for multi-viewers.
