The Incoterms, short for "International Commercial Terms," have been widely used as International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms since 1936. The Incoterms have been revised six times in order to adapt them to contemporary commercial practice. The current version is Incoterms 2000. The revised version of Incoterms 2000 will be published in the fourth quarter of 2010 and will be effective from January 1st 2010. The first and second draft of Incoterms 2010 have been carried out by a small global Drafting Group, representing seven nationalities and various areas of substantive expertise. In this paper, I reviewed the main contents in the 2nd Draft of Incoterms 2010. This paper contributes to help the parties concerned to understand the new changes from Incoterms 2000 and to choose the appropriate trade term.

Ship's trim is the one of the most important factor for safety at the sea. Turning circle test and Z-test were carried out to find the effect of ship's trim and draft changes. The results are as follows. 1. If the ship's draft and trim became large, turning circle would be wide. 2. If the ship's draft and trim became large, ship's drift angle would be small. Small drift angle made wide turning circle. 3. Trim by the head made slow ship's final speed when turning circle test. 4. By Z-test, the deeper draft and trim by the stern made small OSA. Small OSA means strong ship's stability. 5. Totally 2nd OSA is smaller than 1st OSA on Z-test. 6. There were small differences of 2nd OSA in trim by the stern, but there were large OSA in trim by the head. 7. The larger trim by the stern, the smaller OSW. The small OSW means better ship's stability and maneuverability.

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure the life satisfaction of after-school classes. For this purpose, utilizing the theoretical background and the findings of previous studies, 147 questions from eight factors were selected for the 1st draft and 67 questions were selected for the 2nd draft by reviewing the validity of the contents after consulting with eleven professionals. A preparatory survey and factor analysis was then conducted using 291 people and a total of 32 questions were extracted from four sub-factors. Exploratory factor analysis by principal component analysis was conducted and orthogonal rotation was conducted by means of the VARIMAX method. The reliability of the class environment, operation management, program and teacher relationship sector were found to be very high. It is suggested that this study can be of great benefit in developing a child-centered scale and it's reliability was also found to be high.

In 2006, the UNCITRAL Working Group II started a new project on the revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules of 1976. Ever since that time, 9 sessions of the Working Group II were devoted to the discussions on such topic. The Arbitration Rules has been acknowledged to be used for settling international disputes involving various disputing parties. In recent years, many treaty-based arbitrations have been subject to the Arbitration Rules. This article focuses on the discussions made in the 52nd session of the Working Group II where the third reading of the revised draft of the Arbitration Rules was completed except for a few provisions. Among the draft rules, the delegations were hardly able to reach an agreement with regard to Articles 2(2), 34(2), 41(3), (4), and (6). It is expected that those provisions would be agreed in the coming 43rd plenary session of the UNCITRAL. The use of the Arbitration Rules is dependent on the agreement by the disputing parties. It is not like the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration which was adopted in Korean legal system in 1999. However, the proper functioning of arbitration rules is essential for the efficient and successful operation of the arbitration system in a particular country. That is the reason why we should keep close attention on the discussions of the UNCITRAL with regard to the revision of the Arbitration Rules.

The present study was carried out to develop biological criteria for water quality assessment using benthic diatoms. Selecting of the indicator diatoms, three parameters were considered: broad distribution (180 taxa occurred over 3% at upper level), species abundance (158 taxa occurred over $1.5{\times}10^5cells/cm^2$), and sensitivity (184 taxa occurred more than once as 1st and 2nd dominant species). Overall, total 208 taxa were selected, including 38 varieties, 170 species, 34 genera, 9 families, 3 orders, and 1 phylum. The most dominant taxonomic group (family) was Naviculaceae (52%), followed by Diatomaceae (15%), Nitzschiaceae (12%) and Achnantaceae (11%). COD and TP were proposed as new water quality standards (draft) to improve the existing BOD standard and to manage and control efficiently non-biodegradable organic pollutants. With this regard, we used TP standard (draft) in developing biological water quality criteria for diatoms. TP standards (draft) proposed as Ia = 0.02 mg/L or less, Ib = 0.05 mg/L or less, II = 0.1 mg/L or less, III = 0.2 mg/L or less, IV = 0.4 mg/L or less, V = 0.6 mg/L or less and VI = above 0.6 mg/L. Biological assessment system (4 class system) was developed and proposed for diatom using modified Tropic Diatom Index (TDI). Biological assessment of TDI appear B grade (Good).

Objectives This study is aimed to develop criteria for assessing the health level of cancer survivors through patient reported outcome based on sasang constitutional symtomology. Methods As a result of the researchers' meetings and the first round of expert group consultation, the constitutional health level assessment items that would be common to all Sasang constitutions were extracted, and constitutional health level assessment items for cancer survivors were selected. A second round of expert group consultation was conducted to determine the importance and weighting of these items for each constitution. Results & Conclusions For soeumin, the importance ranking and calculated weight were as follows: 'I had sweats even when I was not hot or exercising.(1st, 4.09)', 'I had night sweats while sleeping(2nd, 3.94)', 'I lost weight.(3rd, 3. 75)', etc. For soyangin, as follows: 'I had night sweats while sleeping.(1st, 3.08)', 'I had vomiting.(2nd, 3.02)', 'I felt hot flashes in the afternoon or at night. (3rd, 2.73)', etc. For taeumin, as follows: 'I was out of breath.(1st, 3.48)', 'My heart was pounding for no reason.(2nd, 3.45)', 'My body was swollen.(3rd, 3.22)', etc. For taeyangins, as follows: 'I couldn't urinate well.(1st, 4.49)', 'I vomited(2nd, 4.44).', 'My upper abdomen were hard.(3rd, 3. 14)', etc. Based on the results, we developed a draft of a questionnaire to assess the Sasang constitutional health level of cancer survivors, weighted for each item.

The Ecosystem and Nature Map (ENM) is basic map for current status of natural resources. The map has been offered information to ecological conservation and restoration, as well as to land use planning and policy making. The map composed of 794 sheets in 1:25,000 scale classifies total areas into three grade zones (1st, 2nd and 3rd grade zones) and separately managed zone. In 2005, the first draft Ecosystem and Nature Map was prepared by the second National Ecosystem Survey. It was opened for the people to search and appeal. So 1,419 cases of public appeals on the first draft Ecosystem and Nature Map were submitted in 2005. After partial revision, the first Ecosystem and Nature Map was announced in 2007. The second draft Ecosystem and Nature Map was prepared by the third National Ecosystem Survey and opened to public in 2012. As a result, 1,263 cases of public appeals were submitted in 2012. Since the first announcement of the Ecosystem and Nature Map in April 2007, 182 cases of public appeals on the Map were submitted until December 2013. Among them, 159 cases were announced with revision. According to the first Ecosystem and Nature Map announced in 2007, graded areas covered 7.5% in the 1st grade zone, 39.2% in the 2nd grade zone and 44.7% in the 3rd grade zone of the national land area, respectively. In the second draft Ecosystem and Nature Map in 2012, areas of the 1st grade zone and the 2nd grade zone were 9.2% increased 1.7 percentage points and 45.5% increased 6.3 percentage points, and areas of the 3rd grade zone were 36.6% decreased 8.1 percentage points. Among areas of the 1st grade zone, Gangwondo occupies 54.3% in 2007 and 47.6% in 2012. Gangwondo consists of the highest percentage of the 1st grade zone and the smallest of the 3rd grade zone. Seoul has the highest percentage of the 3rd grade zone. There were the highest increase of the 1st grade zone in Gyeongsangbukdo and the highest decrease in Jeollabukdo and Seoul. Vegetation is the most important evaluation factor to determine the grade of the Ecosystem and Nature Map.

This study examined the knowledge structure constructed by children before formal instruction, and successive changes in the structural complexity of knowledge during the learning of the 'Structure and Function of Plants' unit. The researchers let the 5th graders draw the first draft of their concept maps in order to examine the pre-existing knowledge structure concerned with the unit and also four concept maps after completing every fourth lesson. Each concept map drawn by children on the basis of the previous one showed the degree of their current understanding on the structure and function of plants. The results revealed that only two levels of hierarchy and five relationships among the components of the first concept map(relationship, hierarchy, cross link and example) were proven to be valid in terms of conceptual relevance. According to the standard map, there was no change in hierarchy from the 2nd to the 3rd map, and in example from the 2nd to the 4th map. However, the gradual and successive increases of the scores in all components appeared in the children's maps throughout the unit. Knowledge restructuring occurred strongly in the early periods from the 1st to the 6th lesson, and the significant stable changes in tuning and accretion appeared throughout the whole lessons. The results also showed that there were no significant gender differences on the 5th grader's knowledge structuring.

The analysis about cases which does not correspond in electric equipment technical standard and judgement standard while doing pre inspection, it improves the technical specifications and the draft of construction plan. The analysis of the reform cases prevents the electric disaster and propagates the electrical safety. Hereafter the reform cases will improve the electric technical ability and help the electrical safety of the yard.

본고에서는 한국목록규칙 제4판 초안에 있어서, 제8장 "정지화상자료"의 목록규칙을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해, International Standard Bibliographic Description for Non-Book Materials(1987), Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules, 2nd ed. (1998), 그리고 일본목록규칙(1994)을 중심으로 비교하였다. 이에, 다양한 형태를 띄고 있는 정지화상자료에 있어서, KCR 4판의 "정지화상자료" 목록규칙이 목록규칙 사용자나 자료를 찾는 이용자로 하여금 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 서지사항을 일관성있게 규정되어 있는지에 관하여 분석해 보고자 한다. 그리하여 초안을 더 수정·보완하여, KCR 4판을 발행하는데 있어서 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 한다.
