This study examined bag purchase behaviors for male consumers based on fashion attitudes. Data research were conducted on 304 males in their 20s and 30s located in Seoul & Gyeonggi province. The SPSS 17.0 software program was used to conduct data analyses such descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe's test as a post-hoc analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Fashion attitude was identified with four factors personality, social recognition, practicality, and dignity. Customers were segmented into three subdivisions: conspicuous, recognition of individual style, and practicality of clothing. The factors derived from the factor analysis of selection criteria included intrinsic attributes and extrinsic attributes. Males in their 30s valued the intrinsic attributes and males in their 20s valued extrinsic attributes. The group of conspicuous of clothing, valued both intrinsic and extrinsic attributes as important. The factors derived from the factor analysis of bag pursuit benefit included pursuit of fashion/economic, famous brand, quality/convenience. Males in their 20s and 30s pursued famous luxury brands and fashion attitudes had a positive relevance to the bag pursuit benefit.
This study was performed to investigate the variation in dietary fiber and fat intakes, and the contribution of food groups to dietary fiber and fat consumption in relation to age and to examine the relationship between dietary fiber and fat intakes in 337 urban adults aged 20-49 year. Dietary intakes were evaluated with one-day 24-hour recall and two-day dietary record method. Significantly higher intakes of fat in males and saturated fatty acid, monounsaturated fatty acid, polyunsaturated fatty acid, and cholesterol in females were associated with younger age. The ratio of fat to the total energy intake slightly exceeded 20% at 20s and 30s in both males and females. The main source of dietary fiber was vegetables in all age groups of males and 30s of females, but grains in 20s and 40s of females. The main source of fat was meats in all age groups of males and 40s of females, but grains in 20s and 30s in females. The main source of cholesterol was eggs in both males and females. Dietary fiber intake was positively correlated with all fat-related parameters except cholesterol in 20s and 40s and was positively related with fat in 30s of males. For females dietary fiber intake was positively correlated with polyunsaturated fatty acid in 20s and with monounsaturated fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid in 40s. These findings show that there is considerable variation in intake of dietary fiber and fat in relation to age among adults and suggest that these factors should be considered at interventions aimed toward improvement of nutritional status.
Body measurement was first made with the subjects of 193 males in their 20s residing in the Ningbo area, Zhejiang Province in China. In this first report, lower body shapes were classified and discriminated by using anthropometric measurement indices and lower body analysis. The following sums up the research: 1. Compared with the average values of Korean males in their 20s, the Chinese subjects were characterized with thinner waist, more flat hip, and smaller midthigh. 2. The subjects of Chinese males in their 20s showed three types of lower bodies: H-Round Type (25.91%)-thick waist-abdomen, round cross-section waist-abdomen, and small waist-hip difference. A-Trapezoid Type (34.72%)-small width of omphalion waist-abdomen, average cross-section waist-abdomen, and large waist-hip difference. A-Balance Type (39.38%)-average width of omphalion waist-abdomen, flat cross-section waist-abdomen, and large waist-hip difference. 3. Seven useful variables for the categorization of the subjects' lower body types were chosen through stepwise discriminant analysis, and the hit ratio of discrimination was 96.89%.

This study attempted to typify the shoulder and arm morphology of adult males by analyzing the shoulder and arm-related items by obesity level for adult males aged 20 to 69 years. I also examined the typified shoulder and arm characteristics and attempted to analyze the types by obesity level for each age group. The shoulders and arms of adult males were categorized into four types: broad, drooping shoulders with thin, long arms; narrow, drooping shoulders with thick, long arms; broad, rising shoulders with short, thick arms; and narrow, rising shoulders with short, thin arms. The underweight group had a higher percentage of Type 1 in their 20s, 30s, and 60s, and a higher percentage of Type 4 in their 40s. The normal weight group was analyzed as having a higher percentage of type 1 in their 20s and 30s, and a higher percentage of type 4 in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. Obese group was analyzed as having a higher percentage of type 3 in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and a higher percentage of type 4 in their 50s and 60s.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the response of pulmonary function and heart rate recovery of smoker and nonsmoker in males aged 20s after graded maximal exercise. Method : The subjects were composed of smoker group (n=12) and nonsmoker group (n=12) in males aged 20s. Each groups completed an graded maximal exercise with Bruce protocol and were assessed on the pulmonary function(forced vital capacity : FVC, forced expiratory volume-one second : FEV1, FEV1/FVC) and heart rate. Result : The results were as follows: First, heart rate in the measurement point was a statistically significant difference for smoker and non-smoker group after maximal exercise, but FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC was no difference. Second, FEV1/FVC between smoker and nonsmoker group was a statistically significant difference after maximal exercise, but FVC, FEV1, heart rate was no difference. Conclusion : The results of this study is that smoking is negative effects on FEV1/FVC of pulmonary function in males aged 20s after maximal exercise.

This study examines the multilateral characteristics of elderly body shapes by applying body measurement items and obesity indices (BMI, WHR, WHtR, WC, and flatness). The subjects were 397 males, 378 females aged 70-85 from the $6^{th}$ Size Korea and 132 males, 212 females aged 60-69, 596 males, 650 females aged 20-29 from the $7^{th}$ Size Korea. In order to examine the body size differences among age groups, age was divided into 7 groups (20-24, 25-29, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80-85). Both elderly males and females showed lower values of height and weight than those in their 20s. However, abdominal obesity indices (WHR and WHtR) showed higher values in the elderly than those of their 20s; in addition, they showed larger mean values as age increased. The chest and arm circumference tended to decrease in elderly males as age increased; however, elderly females tended to decrease in thigh and calf circumference size. There were gender differences in body changing due to aging. Obesity frequency was significantly higher in the elderly than in the 20s. The study represents basic data for product design for the elderly.
This study identifies influential factors in regards to the purchase of celebrity fashion hot items and compares these factors in the age groups of teens and twenties. This study surveyed male and female consumers aged 10-20 years old for empirical analysis in July 2018. The study surveyed 322 consumers selected through online convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 19.0, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, ${\chi}^2$ analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and t-test. The results were as follows. First, 87.6% of consumer have purchased celebrity fashion hot items more than once. In particular, female consumers in their 20s with a high fashion product expenditure tend to purchase more celebrity fashion hot items. Clothes and shoes were purchased more by 10-year-old males, shoes for males in their 20s, accessories for 10-year-old females female, and bags and accessories for female in their 20s. Second, there were no significant differences for those aged 10-20 years old in purchase satisfaction for celebrity fashion hot items according to age, gender, income, and fashion product expenditure. Consumers' awareness on corporate marketing intention to celebrity fashion hot items was higher among women in their 20s than men in their teens and twenties; in addition, the expenditure on fashion products also increased. Third, factors affecting the purchase of celebrity fashion hot items among teens and twenties were different according to age and gender. A higher need for identification for teenage male resulted in: lower media dependency, higher product involvement, fashion conformity, fashion innovativeness for 20s males, higher product involvement for 10s and 20s females, increased intention to purchase tended. This study provides consumer information and fashion item information that can be utilized in advertisement and promotion strategies for fashion companies that seek to perform celebrity marketing strategies that target consumers aged 10-20 years old.
With a view to providing basic data for designing male's and female's clothes, healthy males and females(five each) were exposed to three different environmental temperature($20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$, $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$, $32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$) in the nude. Their adaptation of skin temperature, physiological responses( rectal temperature, blood pressure, pulse rates) and psychological reactions(thermal, comfort and perceptive sweaty sensations) were analyzed as follows; The subjects's skin temperature had a similar look of adaptation, but the stability of skin temperature differed at tha $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and at the $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ Males had higher skin temperature at three environmental temperatures, but females showed a higher temperature change at the $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and males at the$32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ Thus females were more resistant to the cold, while males were more resistant to the heat. As environmental temperature increased, rectal temperature and pulse rates also grew up. Females turned higher in rectal temperature and lower in blood pressure, but both sexes had a normal range of physiological reactions. Even though three environmental temperatures were same changes in thermal sensation at $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$and in perceptive sweat sensation at $32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$, two sexes had the same response in comfort sensation at the three environmental temperatures.
Body measurement was held for the subjects of Chinese adult males in their 20s through 40s residing in the Ningbo area of Zhejiang Province in order to provide body type information and raise the fit of clothing products for the advancement into the Chinese market. The following sums up the analysis of body types based on body measurement: 1. Seven factors to compose body types were produced from the analysis of males in their 20s, explaining 76.07% of variables and representing 3 types according to cluster analysis. Type 1 was H-b and appeared as much as 32.14%. Type 2, semi X-d, was 40.81%, while Type 3, A-i, had 27.04%. 2. Eight body type composing factors were extracted from the analysis of men in their 30s and 40s. The factors explained 76.77% of all the variables and represented 4 types according to cluster analysis. Type 1, H-d, had the appearance rate of 18.47%; Type 2, H-b, 40.84%; Type 3, Y-i, 27.71%; and Type 4, semi X-s, 11.95%.
Using Random Sampling, the authors measured the body heights and weights of 31,151 persons - 17,102 in males and 14,049 in females from metropolitan, urban and rural areas between 6 to over 80 year old - for the purpose of investigating the type and the actual condition of the Korean's growth and development. At first, on the basis of the results, the authors measured the growth and development, various kinds of physiques, nutritional index of the 6 to 20s age group. Second, the authors presented the standard body weight of males and females by their body height, who were in the end of their growth (20-29 age group). Third, the authors calculated and presented the normal adapted body weight of the age group who were over 30 age after the growth had been completed. Forth, the author presented the obesity rate of the adults over 20 years old by body mass index. Finally, the authors compared chronological change of the Koreans' body heights and body weights with the results of other researchers. 1. Body Measurement Rapid growth, in terms of body height, which is described by a straight line on a growth curve has been observed among males in the ages 6-13 and among females 6-14. That growth curve turned out to be slower among the people of higher ages by both sexes. The cross-over occurred in both sexes at 11-14. The highest growth rate for a year is at 13-16 for males and 11-13 for females. This indicates that females enter a rapidly growing stage 2 years earlier than males. 2. Various Physiques and Nutritional Index Rapid growth, in terms of Relative Body Weight Index, which is described by a straight line, has been observed among males in the ages 6-16 and females in the ages 6-14. The cross-over occurred in both sexes 12.5-14.5 age in the adolescencent period. Whereupon females outgrow males. The Roher Index displayed more good value in case of females than male and in the adolescent period, the level of fullness is lower than after the completion of development. The Kaup Indices of both sexes increase with age. The index is less than 2.0 for males in 6-14 age group and for females in 6-13 age group and with this, it appeared that development of horizontal axis to long axis is poor. The index is more than 2.0 after 15 age group in males and 14 age group in females and developmental state4 age group and for females in 6-13 age group and with this, it appeared that development of horizontal axis to long axis is poor. The index is more than 2.0 after 15 age group in males and 14 age group in females and developmental state Body Mass Index is less than 20 for males 6-14 age group and for females in 6-13 age group. In the case of the higher age group, that index maintains a normal state.
