  • 발전기 회전자와 고정자 사이에 유기되는 전자력은 발전기 운전중 진동 피로 현상을 유발시켜 발전기 수명 저감의 요인이 된다. 특히 고정자 코어부에 비해 기계적 구속력이 비교적 약한 권선 단말부에서의 진동은 냉각수 누수, 권선 마멸등에 의한 2차 사고를 유발시킬수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 발전소에서 운전중인 발전기를 중심으로 수행한 제작사별 고정자 권선의 진동 특성을 비교 분석하였다.

  • 본 연구는 대용량 추진용 32극, 192슬롯의 3MW급의 BLDC(Brushless DC) 전동기를 모델로 2차인 유한요소법(FEM)을 이용 전자계 및 열계 특성을 해석한 것이다. 이러한 해석을 통하여 BLDC 전통기의 진동 및 소음의 원인을 분석하고 성능향상을 위한 방법을 연구하며 이에 전동기의 소음 및 진동의 저감과 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 최적설계에 그 목적이 있다. 또한 FEM을 이용 열계 특성을 해석하고 이를 분석하여 설계정수 변경에 반영한다. 위의 결과들을 설계에 적용하여 BLDC의 성능향상을 위한 최적설계 모델을 제시하게 될 것이다.

  • In close to downtown construction, the main problem is complaints caused by blasting vibration and noise. To reduce blasting vibration and noise, deck-charge blasting method using electronic detonator can be more secure because there is no cut-off problem. And in this method it is possible to blast in horizontal direction. In this study, the efficiency of horizontal direction deck-charge blasting method using electronic detonator is compared to that of the existing blasting method. And the possibility of applying the construction site is evaluated. As a result, the reduction of blasting vibration, noise and secondary breaking has been determined, as well as large-scale blasting in the vibration criterion can be regulated by the overall increase in blasting efficiency.

  • Recently the construction of stations under railway lines and railway sections passing through central area of cities are increasing, calling for an urgent establishment of countermeasures against railway vibration and its subsequent second-phase noise. Of technology developed up to now, the most efficient countermeasure is the floating slab track, a track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. Developed in this study, anti-vibration device for floating slab track (HLRM-High Load Rubber Mount) Haman station affiliated to the primary measurement was conducted in October 2012, one year after the second measurement after 2013 to be carried out in November and we want to change that. It is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.

Study on Tip-Vortex Cavitation and Its Noise Characteristics - Effects of Surface Roughness - (타원형날개끝 캐비테이션과 유기소음 특성연구 - 표면거칠기의 영향 -)

  • The purpose of present study is to investigate the surface roughness on tip-vortex cavitation and its induced noise, emanating from an elliptic wing of NACA 0012 section. Roughness elements of $200{\mu}m$ are applied to the 10% portion of wing tip, and then, the wing tip as well as the leading edge. It is shown from cavitation observation that the cavitation inception is first visible at about half chord downstream of wing tip for most experimental conditions, and developed into the tip-vortex cavitation and finally the fully developed cavitation as cavitation number is decreased. Acoustic noise generated by a tip-vortex cavitation has its frequency range of 3 kHz to 50 kHz, while the fully-developed cavitation at lower cavitation number induces a broad band spectrum. It is also shown that, when the roughness elements are applied to the wing tip and the leading edge, the cavitation characteristics and its induced noise are improved. Moreover, it is appeared that the condition at which the rough surface is at pressure side gives a better result. although its lift-drag ratio is reduced.

A Reduction Effect in Noise Reflection by Different Shapes of Soundproofing-panel (도로소음원에 대한 방음패널 형상별 반사소음 저감효과)

  • With rapid urbanization, the volume of traffic in urban area has been significantly increased. This in turn led to problem which can be described as Road Traffic Noise. Currently, to alleviate the road traffic noise damage, a demand for installation of soundproofing walls is rising. Among different shapes of soundproof walls being installed, the reflection-type acoustical insulation panel is highly drawing attentions of residents due to the fact that it does not obstruct their field of vision in contrast with the opaque acoustical insulation panel. On the other hand, improving the soundproofing wall of the reflection-type acoustical insulation barrier panel needs to be focused on since it has a possibility to cause a secondary damage by reflected sounds. Therefore, in this research, study has been carried out to improve the forms in order to minimize travelling of reflected sounds through changing the frontal surface shape and geometrical shape of the reflection-type soundproofing panel. A result from comparison between the normal reflection-type soundproofing panel and the improved soundproofing panel, with reduction effects in the noise reflection, showed that the curved type of soundproofing panel has an impact on reducing the noise up to 1.5 dB. Furthermore, from the research conducted, it appears that the increase and decrease in the reflected sounds can be changeable depending on various design factors. Thus, it turns out that the study shows a potential possibility to develop a reduction technology of the reflected sounds pertaining to overall condition on the soundproofing walls.

  • 소음의 발생 원인은 공기역학적 측면과 구조적 측면으로 나누어지는데, 실제 로는 유동장에서 발생되는 음원과 구조물에서 발생되는 진동과의 상호 간섭 에 의해 보다 복잡한 형태로 발생된다. 음장 문제를 두가지 범주로 구분하면 첫째는 음원과 구조물과의 상호교란에 의한 산란문제(Scattering)와 둘째로 구조물의 자체 진동에 의한 음의 전파현상과 구조물내부에 회전체와 같은 음원이 존재하는 경우에 음의 전파를 관측하는 방사문제(Radiation)가 있다. 실제로 산업용 터빈이나 비행기 엔진 흡입구에서 발생되는 소음, 또는 자동 차의 배기구를 통해 발생되는 소음 그리고 엔진의 진동에 의한 구조적 소음, 기타 가전제품의 회전체(Fan & Motor)에 의한 소음은 방사(Radiation)의 문 제로서 중요 관심 과제이다 수치적 기법으로 근래에 많이 사용하는 방법으 로 BEM(경계요소법), FEM(유한요소법), FDM(유한차분법)이 있는데 본 연 구에서는 유한요소법을 이용하기로 한다. 지금까지는 주로 BEM을 통해서 Far-Field의 음향장을 해석하였지만 복잡한 형상을 갖는 구조물내부에서의 음향장 변화나 구조물 내부에 음원이 존재하는 경우 또는 구조물 자체가 갖 는 물리적 특성치 변화 즉 물체표면에서의 부분 진동문제의 음향장 해석에 있어서 가장 잘 대체해 나갈 수 있는 방법이 유한 요소법이라고 여겨진다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 또는 기하학적으로 축대칭인 3차원 Duct내부에 음원이 존재하는 경우 음원전파에 따른 Near-field와 far-field에서 음의 방향성을 예측하기 위해 먼저 기본적인 유한요소법에 의한 Robin 경계조건을 사용하 여 계산된 결과와 Infinite Element를 도입하여 계산할 결과를 비교하여, Infinite Element가 보다 효율적이며 타당한 결과를 얻음을 확인해 보기로 한다.다 복합적인 측면에서 치료에 임하여야 할 것으로 사료된다. with such configuration.trap with 2.88[eV] deep of injected space charge from the chathode in the crystaline regions. An Experimental Investigation of the Aeroelastic Stability of Next-Generation Blade for Helicopter (헬리콥터용 차세대 블레이드의 공력탄성학적 안정성에 관한 시험적 연구)

  • This paper describes the aeroelastic stability test of the small-scaled 'Next-Generation Blade(NRSB)' with NRSH (Next-Generation Hub System) and HCTH hingeless hub system in hover and forward flight conditions. Excitation tests of rotor system installed in GSRTS(General Small-scale Rotor Test System) at KARI(Korea Aerospace Research Institute) were tarried out to get lead-lag damping ratio of blades with flexures as hub flexure. MBA(Moving Block Analysis) technique was used for the estimation of lead-lag damping ratio. First, NRSB-1F blades with HCTH hub system, Then NRSB-1F with NRSH hub system were tested. Second, NRSB-2F blades with NRSH hub system were tested. Tests were done on the ground and in the wind tunnel according to the test conditions of hover and forward flight, respectively. Non-rotating natural frequencies, non-rotating damping ratios and rotating natural frequencies were showed similar level fir each cases. Estimated damping ratios of NRSB-1F, NRSB-2F with HCTH and NRSH were above 0.5%, and damping ratio increased by collective pitch angle increasement. Furthermore damping ratios of NRSB-2F were higher than damping ratios of NRSB-1F in high pitch angle. It was confirmed that the blade design for noise reduction would give observable improvement in aeroelastic stability compared to paddle blade and NRSB-1F design.
