본 논문에서는 GIS를 이용하여 국내 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(HPAI) 발생 농가를 대상으로 HPAI 감염 및 확산에 영향을 미치는 여러 인자와의 연관성을 분석한다. 인자는 크게 철새에 기인한 1차 감염과 사람에 기인한 2차 감염으로 나눈다. 전자는 철새 이동경로, 철새 도래지, 후자는 고속도로, HPAI 발생 농가 간 거리를 분석한다. 분석 시 거리는 500m(관리지역), 3km(보호지역), 10km(예찰지역)으로 설정하고, ArcGIS 프로그램을 사용하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the job satisfaction and quality of life of nurses in a integrated nursing care service ward (INCSW) and a general ward (GW). A total of 88 nurses working in INCSW and GW were invited and followed up for 6 months over 3 times. There was no significant difference in job satisfaction between INCSW and GW for 6 months, while there was a difference in quality of life: overall quality of life (1st p=.033, 2nd p=.030), and overall general health (1st p=.049). Comparison of two groups by period in job satisfaction, there were statistically significant differences of the item 'recognition from the organization and professional achievement' (2nd versus 3rd, p=.037) and 'interpersonal interaction with respect and recognition' (1st versus 3rd, p=.005; 2nd versus 3rd, p=.006) in the INCSW. Comparison of two groups by period in quality of life, there was a statistically significant difference of the item 'overall quality of life' (1st versus 3rd, p=.025; 2nd versus 3rd, p=.010) in the INCSW. Development of various nursing strategies (such as manpower arrangement that reflects the nursing skill levels, patient needs, job training and organizational culture before placement) can be helpful for improving nurses job satisfaction and quality of life in INCSW and GW.

To develope a microbial pesticide for the control of agricultural and forestal pests in Korea, the mass culture system of entomopathogenic fungi was studied. Previously, we have developed the mass culture system which was adaptable for the culture of Beauveria bassiana. In this study, we determined the efficacy of this mass culture system for other entomopathogenic fungi, B. bassiana, Beauveria brongniartii, Metarhizium anisopliae, and Verticillium lecanni. To determine the efficacy of mass culture system, we examined the growth rate of entomopathogenic fungi in this system which was composed of 1st liquid media for growth of blastospore and 2nd pellet media for growth of conidia. As the result, we obtained that the blastopore numbers increased 103-104 times in liquid media at 72 hrs post inoculation. The results showed that this mass culture system for the growth of entomopathogenic fungi was effective.

전지는 크게 1차전지와 2차전지로 분류된다. 1차전지는 재충전을 할 수 없는 1회 사용전지를 말하며 2차전지는 충전이 가능해 몇 번이고 사용가능한 전지이다. 생성에너지의 효율 향상, 즉 에너지저장으로의 패러다임 변화가 일어나고 있다. 2차전지 중 리튬이온전지는 다른 전력저장 기술에 비해 향후 기술의 성장 가능성이 높아 적용분야의 확대가 예상되며 향후 중대형 전지분야에서도 경쟁력 확보가 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the stress from nursing care between nurses in cancer unit and nurses in the general unit. A total 114 of nurses were recruited from a general hospital. The job stress level of the nurses and the somatic symptoms level of the nurses working in cancer unit was significantly higher than the level of the nurses working in general unit. It is important to eusure the methods that contrive to perform care efficiently by generating hospice nurses.

This study was conducted to compare nurses' job stress, hardness and burnout between general hospitals and advanced general hospitals. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires from 394 nurses(general 198, upgrade general 196) in the C and S city between April and May, 2010. Data analysis was done with independent t test, ANCOVA, ANOVA, Scheffe & Eacute test and Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS WIN v 17.0. Job stress, hardness, and burnout of nurses in general hospitals were 2.45, 2.11 and 3.70 respectively. Those in advanced general hospitals were 2.69, 2.70 and 3.70 respectively. Job stress and hardness were significantly higher in general hospitals. There was no significant difference of burnout between general and advanced general hospitals. Burnout of nurses in both hospitals was positively correlated with job stress and negatively correlated with hardness. Further studies are necessary for identify factors influencing job stress of general hospitals. Program for enhancing hardness of nurses in upgrade general hospitals should be developed.
