We have synthesized several glycosyl ergosterols and 5,6-dihydroergosterols (DHE) and examined their effects on production of nitric oxide (NO) and iNOS protein expression in LPS-treated RAW264.7 macrophage cells. Our results showed that DHE derivatives inhibited production of NO and iNOS protein expression more strongly than ergosterol derivative. Especially, DHE-Glc exhibited most potent inhibitory activity without cytotoxicity up to the concentration of $100{\mu}M$.

In order to study the effect of Luffae fasciculus vascularis(絲瓜絡) on hyperlipidemia, experimental study was performed on Hyperlipidemia induced by Triton WR-1339. Also the level of Total cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, Phospholipid and LDL-cholesterol were measured. The results are summarized as follow: In the model of hyperlipidemia Rats induced by Triton WR-1339, luffae fasciculus vascularis(絲瓜絡) had significantly decreasing effects on total cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid, LDL-cholesterol in serum and increasing effects on HDL-cholesterol level in serum but were not significant. These results show that Luffae fasciculus vascularis(絲瓜絡) has significantly inhibitory effects on hyperlipidemia and that it could be clinically applied for hyperlipidemia.

최근 전자상거래 시장은 시간과 장소의 제약이 없어 무한히 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 화장품은 눈으로 봐서 자신에게 맞는 상품을 선택하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 연령, 관심사, 사용자가 마이 페이지에 추가한 위시리스트 등의 세 가지 정보에 가중치를 부여하여 사용자와 비슷한 유사도를 보인 회원에게 화장품을 추천하는 시스템이다. 또한, 기존 사용자들의 관심도를 보여주기 위하여 블러그 정보를 제공한다.

디지털 TV 시대를 맞아 다양한 형태의 사용자와 상호작용할 수 있는 콘텐츠의 개발이 활성화되고 있고, 이에 따른 IPTV 의 활성화와 함께 방송 콘텐츠의 2 차 이용에 사용되는 VOD 의 제작과 활용이 높아지고 있다. 제작되는 VOD 는 2 차 이용을 위해 영화, 드라마, 다큐 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 포함하고 있는데, 이를 시청하기 위해서는 반드시 다운로드를 받아야 한다. 이러한 다운로드는 1 차적인 사용자 인증 및 기기 인증 후에는 일방적인 전송을 수행하고, 이미 다운로드 되어 있는 파일은 별도의 처리 없이 재생이 가능하기 때문에 VOD 의 불법적인 배포에 대응하기 어렵다. 따라서 VOD 콘텐츠가 다운로드 된 후, 반복 재생 시에 영상에 포함된 인증 정보를 통해 콘텐츠의 보호를 위한 모델을 제안한다.
