축산물품질평가원(이하 축평원) 허영 원장은 지난해 8월 29일 수의사 최초로 축평원 원장으로 임명되어 화제가 된 바 있다. 그도 그럴 것이 일반적으로 정부기관의 관료출신들이 축평원 원장으로 임명되는 전례를 깬 것이어서 더욱 더 주목을 받았다. 하지만 허영 원장은 수의사로서의 경력이 축산관련 전문성 면에서 오히려 장점이 더 많다고 강조했다. 허영 원장은 지난 2011년부터 2013년까지 2년간 축평원의 감사로 활동하며 2012년 국민권익위원회가 선정한 준정부기관 청렴도 평가에서 1위를 차지하는데 큰 공을 세웠다는 평가도 받고 있다. 본고에서는 허영 원장을 만나 국민들의 축산물 부정인식에 대한 대응방안과 향후 사업 추진계획에 대해 들어보았다.

Nd-Fe-B계 영구자석은, 높은 최대에너지적(BHmax)과, Sm-Co계 자석에 비해서 자원면에서도 우위를 차지하고 있기 때문에, 이동통신, 정보통신, 가전 등의 응용기기의 소형경량화, 고성능화에 가장 적합한 영구자석재료이다. 이 재료는, 본드자석과 MQ3의 기본특허를 보유하고 있는 Magnequench, Inc.(이하 MQI로. 표기)와, 소결자석의 기본특허를 갖고있는 스미토모특수금속(이하 SSMC로 표기) 및 License를 보유한 특정의 기업에 의해서만 제조되고 있다. 그러나, 산업발전에 큰 영향을 미치고 중요소재로 성장 발전해온 이 재료의, 최초의 기본특허의 유효기간이 2003년에 만료됨에 따라, 특허에 관한 관심들이 급속히 높아져 가고 있다.

학동들의 유행성이하선염 발생양상을 파악하기 위하여 1978년 3월부터 8월까지 경북 안동시 안동초등학교 학생 2,754명 (남: 1,447, 여: 1,307)을 대상으로 연령별 예방접종상태와 발생율 및 발병율을 조사하고 월별 발생율, 예방접종 효과를 관찰하였다. 예방접종 실시율이 7세에서는 8.4%, 8세에서는 6.2%, 9세에서는 4.8%로 나타났으나 10세 이상에서는 전혀 예방접종을 받지 않았다.

일반적으로 풍력발전기는 교류발전기를 사용하고 있으며 일정한 주파수를 얻기 위해 정속회전수로 운용되고 있다. 또한 대용량의 풍력발전기는 정격풍속이 10-13m/s 정도이므로 년평균풍속이 4m/s 이하인 우리나라에서는 년간 출력의 대부분을 정격출력 이하에서 운용하여야 한다. 이러한 경우 정속회전수에 도달하기 이전에는 발전이 이루어지지 않기 때문에 풍력에너지를 효과적으로 이용하지 못하게 된다.

Recently, Disk array is widely used as a long term storage device in PACS, but reliability is not enough in relation to annual failure rate of disk. Between October 2016 and February 2017, we scanned the serial port of the hard disk while reading or storing medical images on a PACS reader. The data rate was calculated from the data stored in HDD 99ea that were used in the PCAS image storage device and in HDD 101ea that were used in the Personal Computer. When a CT image was read from a PACS reader, Reading was 87.8% and Writing was 12.2% in units of several tens of megabytes or less. When the CT image was stored in the PACS reader, Reading was 11.4% and Writing was 88.6% in units of several tens of megabytes or less. While reading the excel file on the personal computer, Reading was 75% and Writing was 25% in less than 3 MB, and In the process of storing the excel file on the personal computer, Reading was carried out by 38% and Writing was carreid out 62% in the units of 3 MB or less. The transfer rate of the hard disk used in the PACS image storage device was 10 GB/h, and the transfer rate per hour of the hard disk of the personal computer was 5 GB / h. Annual failure rate of hard disk of image storage system is 0.97 ~ 1.13%, Annual failure rate of Hard Disk of personal computer is 0.97 ~ 1.13%. the higher transfer rate is, the higher annual failure rate is. These results will be used as a basis for predicting the life expectancy of the hard disk and the annual failure rate.

류명식 (주)해인기획 대표이사가 구랍 10일 서울 플라자호텔 메이플홀에서 개최된 (사)한국디자인단체총연합회(이하 디총) 정기총회에서 제10대 회장으로 선출됐다. 디총은 26개 디자인 관련 학회 및 단체를 회원으로 하는 대한민국 디자인계 대표 단체다. 디자인 정책개발, 회원단체 지원, 디자인 풍토 조성, 디자인을 통한 국가 사회 기여 등을 위해 1995년 한국디자인법인단체총연합회라는 이름으로 출범, 2004년 현재의 명칭으로 변경했다. '세계디자인정책포럼'과 '국가디자인정책포럼' 등을 통해 우리나라 디자인 산업 발전에 크게 기여하고 있다. 국내 디자인 관련 학계 및 단체를 대표하는 수장으로 선출, 인쇄인의 자긍심과 위상을 크게 높인 류명식 신임 회장을 만나 앞으로의 계획에 대해 들어봤다.

한국산 산호충류 중 각산호류의 계통분류학적 연구를 하기 이하여 1965년부터 1986년까지 남한의 삼면연안과 여러 도서지방을 조사하였으나, 황해 남부의 홍도, 남해 서부의 사수도, 거문도와 제주도 해역(9개 지역)의 총 12개 지역으로부터 51개체가 채집되어 이들을 동정분류하였다. 그 결과 1 과 2 속 3 종이 밝혀졌으며 이중 실해송(Cirripathes anguina)과 긴가지 해송(Antipathes lata)은 한국미기록종이었다.

모바일 쇼핑 이용자가 1000만 명을 넘어서면서 모바일 쇼핑은 점차 오픈 마켓을 비롯해 백화점, 대형마트, 슈퍼마켓, 인터넷몰과 마찬가지로 새롭고 편한 구매수단으로 부상하고 있다. 모바일 쇼핑 이용자가 늘어나면서 2011년에는 스키 수영 등 레저용품에서 2012년에는 기저귀, 분유 유아식 등에 이어 여성의류가 많이 팔린 것으로 집계됐다. 여자대학생 235명의 설문조사 결과, 모바일 쇼핑 월 1~5회가 60.3%, 최근 84.4%가 월 10만원 이하 구매, 월 용돈은 30만원 이하 72.4%, 인기상품은 의류(72.4%), 가공식품(11.9%), 화장품(8.8%)순 이었다. 애플 앱스토어와 구글 플레이스토어에서 원화로 결재할 수 있는 제도적인 문제 해결과 쉬운 결재 안전한 결재를 할 수 있도록 개선되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze special teachers' perception on virtual reality based intervention program.(VRIP) for students with disabilities. The survey participants consisted of 364 special teachers who were working in special class or special school. Questionnaires with unfaithful responses were excluded, and a total of 324 questionnaires were analyzed. Data analysis was carried out through independent t-test and ANOVA. According to the results of study, Male special teachers' acceptance intention towards VRIP were higher than female special teachers. Special teachers with educational career within 10 years had more positive awareness than special teachers with educational career above 15 years. Special teachers in middle and high school teachers were higher than special teachers in kindergarten. In the aspects on another factors, special teachers with educational career within 10 years more positive awareness than special teachers with educational career above 15 years. Special teachers in middle and high school teachers were higher than special teachers in kindergarten.

We have garnered 3,593 data of gas accidents reported for 12 years from 1995, and then analyzed the LPG vaporizer accidents according to their types and causes based on the classified database. According to the results the gas rupture has been the most common accident followed by the release, explosion and then fire accidents, the most frequent accident-occurring sub-cause is LPG check floater faults. In addition, we have applied the Poisson Probability Functions to predict the most-likely probabilities of fire, explosion, release and rupture with the LPG vaporizer in the upcoming 5 years. In compliance with Poisson Probability Functions results, in the item which occurs below 3 "LPG-Vaporizer-Fire", in the item which occurs below 5 "LPG-Vaporizer-Products Faults-Check Floater" and the item which occurs below 10 appeared with "LPG-Vaporizer-Products Faults". From this research we have assured the successive database updating will highly improve the anticipating probability accuracy and thus it will play a key role as a significant safety- securing guideline against the gas disasters.
