선박기관실의 소음 저감을 위한 차폐공명기의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Resonator to Reduce the Ship Engine Room Noise)

  • It is known that elimination of ship engine room noise is impossible thing, so the working environment in the engine room is getting worse because ships are recently built with huge engines to take higher sailing power. In the yacht and cruise yacht, the engine room noise is more serious because they have bigger engines relative to their hull sizes. The noise generated from the main engine makes the employee to hearing loss and the transmitted noise make the uncomfortable conditions in the cabins of ship. The noise generated by ship engine must be attenuate for the employee and passenger. In yacht and cruise yacht, the noise levels in cabines are the most important criterions to the value of commodities. In this study, the noise absorbtion barrier which have resonators is experimentally studied by the 1/3 octave band noise elimination rates(%).

공동주택 입주 전.후 세대에서의 잔향시간 측정 및 비교 (Field Measurement of the Reverberation Time in Occupied and Unoccupied Apartment Houses)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate and to analyze the reverberation times of apartment houses Measurements were conducted in a total of 44 rooms(36 rooms were in occupied houses and 8 rooms were in unoccupied houses) according to KS F 2864. The results showed that the averaged reverberation time of the occupied and the unoccupied houses were about 0.3$\sim$0.5sec and 1.2$\sim$l.5 sec, respectively, at 500Hz octave band frequency. And the averaged absorbtion coefficient of the occupied and the unoccupied houses were about 0.13$\sim$0.35 and 0.11$\sim$0.20, respectively. In addition, We verified that the reverberation time generally depended on the frequency; the lower the frequency, the higher the reverberation time.

초광대역 응용 시스템을 위한 L밴드 전압제어발진기 설계 (L-band Voltage Controlled Oscillator for Ultra-Wideband System Applications)

  • 본 논문에서는 TV set-top tuner용으로 사용할 수 있는 옥타브 밴드를 갖는 전압제어 발진기를 설계하였다. 측정 결과, 주파수 튜닝 범위는 0.9 GHz~2.2 GHz로써 1.3 GHz의 발진 대역을 갖는다. 광대역 튜닝과 선형성, 그리고 일정한 위상 잡음 성능을 유지하기 위해 트랜지스터의 베이스와 에미터부에 모두 4개의 배랙터 다이오드를 사용한 것이 특징이다. 개발된 전압제어발진기는 0 V~20 V의 제어 전압과 10 V, 15 mA의 공급 전력을 필요로 한다. 출력 전력은 5.3 dBm을 중심으로 약 $\pm$1.1 dB의 편차를 갖고, 위상 잡음은 전 발진 대역에서 -94.8 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset 이하의 값을 보인다. 선형성은 평균적으로 65 MHz/V이고 $\pm$10 MHz의 편차를 보인다.

음향인텐시티법을 이용한 4기통 가솔린 엔진의 소음원 검출에 관한 연구 (A study on the identification of noise sources of the 4-cylinder gasoline engine by using acoustic intensity method)

  • 본 연구에서는 음향 인텐시티법을 가솔린 엔진에 직접 적용하여, 각각의 중심주파수별 음향인텐시티 응답특성을 1/3옥타브 밴드로 구하였고, 오버올 레벨 및 최대 인텐시티레벨을 갖는 중심주파수에서의 음향 인텐시티 방사특성을 등고선 및 3차원 표시로 나타내었다. 또한 그 결 과를 분석 및 고찰하여 엔진의 중요 소음원을 검출하므로써 이 수법이 소음대책에 유효하다는 것을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 오버올 레벨에서는 아이들링 상태의 경우 엔진 전면부에서, 2,000 rpm 상태의 경우 엔진 우측부에서 가장 높은 음향 인텐시티가 방사되었으며, 최대 인텐시티레 벨을 갖는 중심주파수에서는 오일팬과 흡, 배기매니홀드가 100Hz에서 가장 높은 음향 인텐시티를 나타내었다.

한반도 주변해역 수중배경소음의 풍속과 선박분포에 따른 의존성 분석 (Analysis of Dependence on Wind Speed and Ship Traffic of Underwater Ambient Noise at Shallow Sea Surrounding the Korean Peninsula)

  • 한반도의 연근해에서 9년간 ('90∼'98)에 걸쳐 200m이내의 수심을 보이는 13개 정점에서 배경소음을 측정한 자료를 환경별로 통계 처리하여 소음준위를 분석하였다. 주파수 스펙트럼은 1/3옥타브 밴드의 중심주파수 25㎐부터 20㎑까지 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대양의 배경소음스펙트럼으로 알려진 Wenz의 결과와는 다소간의 차이를 보여주었다. 연근해에서 측정된 결과는 다양한 선박활동 및 연안소음, 파도의 영향 등으로 인해 같은 조건에서의 대양의 결과 보다 높은 배경소음준위를 보이고 있었으며, 통계분석에 근거하여 천해 소음 추정식을 산출하였다.

흡음형 디퓨저 소음기의 성능 (Performance of Absorption Diffuser Silencers)

  • This paper is an investigation of the performance of absorption diffusers to suppress the vent noise emitted when high pressure gas is throttled. First, experiment for the static performance is carried out. When there is no through-flow, the insertion loss has been obtained in terms of 1/3 octave band spectrum and the effect of the number of diffusers and the thickness of the absorption material on the static performance has been obtained. And the similarity in the spectrum of the static insertion loss is confirmed by comparing two similar models with different size. Second, the dynamic performance has been obtained by experiment using blow-down of compressed air from a storage tank through an orifice of diameter 10 mm. The back pressure by the diffuser is measured and compared with that of a single diffuser. It is found that the insertion loss of asingle diffuser is very low around 3 dB at high frequencies with negative value at low frequencies. By absorption material between the diffuser tubes, however, the performance is increased considerably. Without flow the static insertion loss increases by 3 - 4 dB by doubling the thickness or the density of the absorptionmaterial. With flow, however, the dynamic insertion loss increases. While, the back pressure by the diffuser is small enough to be neglected.

Characteristic analysis on train-induced vibration responses of rigid-frame RC viaducts

  • A three-dimensional (3D) numerical analysis for the train-bridge interaction (TBI) system is actively developed in this study in order to investigate the vibration characteristics of rigid-frame reinforced concrete (RC) viaducts in both vertical and lateral directions respectively induced by running high-speed trains. An analytical model of the TBI system is established, in which the high-speed train is described by multi-DOFs vibration system and the rigid-frame RC viaduct is modeled with 3D beam elements. The simulated track irregularities are taken as system excitations. The numerical analytical algorithm is established based on the coupled vibration equations of the TBI system and verified through the detailed comparative study between the computation and testing. The vibration responses of the viaducts such as accelerations, displacements, reaction forces of pier bottoms as well as their amplitudes with train speeds are calculated in detail for both vertical and lateral directions, respectively. The frequency characteristics are further clarified through Fourier spectral analysis and 1/3 octave band spectral analysis. This study is intended to provide not only a simulation approach and evaluation tool for the train-induced vibrations upon the rigid-frame RC viaducts, but also instructive information on the vibration mitigation of the high-speed railway.

예망어구에서 발생되는 수중음에 관한 연구 (THE SEA NOISE OF THE MOVING TRAWL NET)

  • 복잡하게 운동하고 있는 예망어구에서 발생하는 여러 가지 소음들을 분석 녹음하기 위해 수중 녹음장치를 제작하여 실제 소형 트로올망의 수중소음을 녹음 하였으며, 본 수중 녹음장치는 이동하고 있는 어구에서 발생하는 수중소음을 녹음하는데는 편리하고 효과적이었고 spectrum의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 예일중인 트로올망의 수중소음이 주된 음원은 어구의 발줄과 해저와의 마찰에 의한 소음이라는 것을 알았다. 2) 이동중의 트로올망의 수중소음의 주파수 분포는 $DC\~5000\;Hz$이고 그중 우세한 주파수는 약 $500\~700Hz$ 였다. 3) 트로올망의 절대음압의 최대는 50m 수심에서는 약 22 dB이었다.

적정 포장설계를 위한 수출용 배의 공진특성 (Resonance Characteristics of the Pears for Exporting for Optimum Packaging Design)

  • Shock and vibration inputs are transmitted from the vehicle through the packaging to the fruit. Inside, these cause sustained bouncing of fruits against each other and container wall. These steady state vibration input may cause serous fruit injury, and this damage is particularly severe whenever the fruit inside the package is free to bounce, and is vibrated at its resonance frequency. The determination of the resonance frequencies of the fruit and vegetables may help the packaging designer to determine the proper packaging system providing adequate protection for the fruit, and to understand the complex interaction between the components of fruit when they relate to expected transportation vibration inputs. Instrumentation and technologies are described for determining the vibration response characteristics of the pears for exporting with frequency range from 10 to 200 Hz, sweep rate of 1 octave/min, sweep method of logarithmic up and down and acceleration levels of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 G considering the domestic transportation environment. The resonance frequency of the pears ranged from 49.04 to 87.16 Hz and the amplitude at resonance was between 0.96 and 4.02 G in test frequency band and acceleration level. The resonance frequency and amplitude at resonance frequency band of the pears decreased with the increase of the sample mass. The multiple nonlinear regression equations for predicting the resonance frequency of the pears were developed using the independent variables such as mass, input acceleration.

자유분류와 충돌분류의 소음특성에 관한 실험적 비교 (Experimental comparison on the noise characteristics of free and impinging jets)

  • The objective of this study is to find experimentally the characteristics of the noise generated by the impinging jet on the normal plate, and also to compare the noise characteristics of the impinging jet with those of the free jet. The experiment is performed for the measurement of the noise specturm, the noise power, and the directivity for the free and impinging jets. From the experiment. it is found that the power of noises generated by the free jet as well as the impinging jet is proportional to the eighth power of the jet velocity through the circular converging nozzle, and that the noise power of the impinging jet is 15dB as high as one of the free jet when the plate distance is about within one to three times the nozzle diameter at the pressure ratio 1.39. The sound pressure level of the impinging jet depends upon the jet pressure and the plate distance. The plate distance with the maximum overall sound pressure level is increased with the jet pressure. The directivities with 1/3 octave band frequency for both the free jet and the impinging jet are greatly influenced by the convection effect.
