새로운 Cyanomethyl-1,3,5-triazine 유도체들의 합성 (Synthesis of New Cyanomethyl-1,3,5-triazine Derivatives)

  • 6-Cyanomethyl-1, 3, 5-triazine의 2번과 4번 위치에 amino, n-propylamino, isopropylamino, 및 anilino기가 도입된 새로운 유도체 4들의 합성은 6-chloro-1, 3, 5-triazine 유도체 2'들과 3들을 tert-butyl cyanoacetate로 반응시켜 얻었으며, 6-chloro-1, 3, 5-triazine의 2번과 4번 위치에 amino, n-propylamino, isopropylamino, 및 anilino기가 도입된 유도체 2'들과 3들은 2, 4, 6-trichloro-1, 3, 5-triazine 및 4, 6-dichloro-1, 3, 5-triazine 유도체 2들과 amine 유도체들로부터 합성되었다.

Synthesis of New Pyrazolo[5,1-c]triazine, Triazolo[5,1-c]triazine, Triazino[4,3-b]indazole and Benzimidazo[2,1-c]triazine Derivatives Incorporating Chromen-2-one Moiety

  • The versatile, hitherto unreported 3-(4-(2-phenyldiazenyl)-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile 3 was prepared by two convenient routes: either by the reaction of ethyl 4-(2-phenyldiazenyl)-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-carboxylate 2 with acetonitrile in the presence of sodium hydride or by treatment of 4-(2-phenyldiazenyl)-3-(2-bromoacetyl)-2H-chromen-2- one 5 with potassium cyanide. Reaction of 3 with heterocyclic diazonium salts 6, 7, 14 and 17 furnished the corresponding hydrazones 8, 9, 15 and 18. The latter hydrazones underwent intramolecular cyclization into the corresponding pyrazolo[5,1- c]-1,2,4-triazine 10, 1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c]-1,2,4-triazine 11, 1,2,4-triazino[4,3-b]indazole 16 and imidazo[2,1-c]-1,2,4-triazine 19 derivatives, respectively upon refluxing in pyridine.

  • New 4,4'-[6-(o-carboranylalkoxy)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl]dimorpholine derivatives have been prepared by reacting 4,4'-[6-(alkynyloxy)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl]dimorpholines with decaborane and N,N-dimethylaniline as base. The intermediate compounds, 4,4'-[6-(alkynyloxy)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl]dimorpholines, have been prepared by reacting 4,4'-[6-chloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl]dimorpholines with prop-2-yn-1-ol, but-3-yn-1-ol, and pet-4-yn-1-ol, and potassium tert-butoxide (t-BuOK) as base. The structure of these compounds has been confirmed by IR, $^1H$, $^{11}B$, and $^{13}C$ NMR and X-ray crystallographic studies.

  • Hyperbranched poly(ether sulfone) analogs with the 1,3,5-s-triazine moiety were prepared by the direct polymerization of AB$_2$type monomer, 2,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-6-(4-(4-(4-fluorobenzenesulfonyl)phenoxy)phenyl)-1,3,5-s-triazine (3). The selective reactivity of three chlorine atoms on cyanuric chloride toward nucleophiles provides an efficient route for the systematic synthesis of AB$_2$type triazine monomers and their hyperbranched polymers. The triazine rings influenced the structural and material characteristics of these hyperbranched polymers. The hyperbranched poly(ether sulfone) analog4 showed a glass transition at 295$^{\circ}C$. and was soluble in THF, 1,4-dioxane, and DMSO. An excellent thermal stability of polymer 4 was exhibited by a TGA analysis, which showed that 5% weight loss occurred at 480$^{\circ}C$.

합성한 광학플라스틱 재료인 Poly(triazine bissulfide)s 유도체에 대한 연구 (Study on Poly(triazine bissulfide)s Derivatives being the Synthesized Optical Plastic Material)

  • Poly(triazine bissulfide)s는 상간이동촉매하에서 bis(4-chloro-3-nitrophenyl)sulfone와 6-dibutylamino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol로도 합성하였으며, 또한 m-dibromide xylene와 p-dibromide xylene으로 cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide와 함께 $70^{\circ}C$에서 24시간 동안 6-dibutylamino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol로 반응시켜서도 합성하였다. 캐스트필름을 만들기 위해서 합성한 이들에 대한 용해도, 열적 성질, 평균분자량 등에 대해서 좋은 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 결과는 기능성 광학플라스틱 재료인 고분자물질을 합성하는데 있어서 중요한 것임을 보여주는 것이다. 최대대수정도는 $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$이상에서 0.57~1.40dl/g의 값을 보였다.

  • We had reported that s-triazine can readily be converted into the corresponding 5-substituted pyrimide. In order to develop new synthetic method of 5-fluorouracil, we tried to replace eliminating fragment, 1, 3-dimethylurea, by fluoroacetamide, which was expected to undergo nucleophilic attack by proton extraction of both .alpha.-hydrogen and aminohydrogen by lithium diisopropylamide (LDA). We found that 5-fluorouracil could be transformed from s-triazine under strong base condition like LDA as well as other 5-substituted pyrimidines.

The Synthesis and Properties of Asymmetrically Substituted 4,4'-Bis(1,3,5-triazine-6-yl)diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic Acid Derivatives as Fluorescent Brighteners [II]

  • In this work, the key intermediate, 4-amino-4'-(2-amino-4-anilino-1,3,5-triazine-6-yl)-aminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid, was prepared from 4-(2-amino-4-anilino-1,3,5-triazine-6-yl)amino-4'-nitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonate by using Tin(II) chloride as the reducing agent. Using this intermediate, nineteen new asymmetrically substituted bistriazinylstilbene fluorescent brightening agents were synthesized. Chemical structures of the obtained compounds 5a-s were analyzed by proton NMR spectrum. The physical properties of the new compounds 5a-s were characterized by fastness test and whiteness measurement test and the obtained data were compared to measurements obtained from CI 86.

  • Several new imidazo [1, 2-b] pyrazole, pyrazolo [5, 1-c]-1, 2, 4-triazine and pyrazolo [5, 1-c] triazole derivatives were prepared from the reaction of 3-antipyrinyl-5-aminopyrazole or its diazonium salt with .alpha.-chloroacetyl derivatives.
