This study was conducted to identify the proper analytical conditions regarding optical density for endotoxin analysis in the workplace using metalworking fludis. Our study found the "onset method" was more accurate than "time to Vmax" Reproducibility and accuracy analyzed by "onset method" was more greater than those by "time to Vmax""0.03"of optical density was the most appropriate analytical condition among onset method. Through this analytical condition, 0.998 of linearity was obtained and recovery rate ranged from 88％ to 105％ at endotoxin concentration below 5 EU/$m\ell$. No significant difference of endotoxins between "0.03"and "0.05" of optical density was observed from this study. Furthermore, correlation coefficients between them were statistically significant(p＜0.01). This study concluded that 0.03”or "0.05" of optical density is used to analyze endotoxin. Of these optical density value, value with higher linearity should be used to analyze endotoxin in environmental samples.

Aluminum 4343(filler thickness ; 10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/Al 3N03(core 80${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$)/Al 4343(filler 10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) clad sheet which is recently developed as brazing sheet materials for automotive condensers was fabricated by castinglongrightarrowhot rollinglongrightarrowcold rollinglongrightarrowintermediate annealing(IA)longrightarrowfinal cold rolling(CR). and the effect of IA/CR conditions on microstructure and sagging resistance were investigated the sheet which were fabricated by optimum conditions (IA'ed at 42$0^{\circ}C$ followed by CR'ed to 20~45%) showed good sagging resistance because the core obtained a coarsely recrystallized grain structure during brazing and consequently inhibited filled alloy penetration into the core.

Four sulfoanmides ; sulfamerazine ; sulfamethazine, sulfathiazole and sulfadimethoxine from muscle, kindney, liver and heart tissues of pork and chicken by LC. Residual sulfonamides were extracted with dichloromethane and determined on a Sperisorb ODS-1 column(250mm$\times$4.6mm id) with acetonitrile/water/acetic acid (30/70/0.3 v/v) as a mobile phase at 260nm. Recoveries from 4 tissues of pork and chicken samples fortified with 50 and 100 ppb were 71.2~87.2% and 73.7~89.6%, respectively. The detection limit was 0.03 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g in each drug. Sulfamethazine in 5 samples of pork. And sulfadimethoxine in 5 samples and sulfamethazine in 3 samples were also detected from 41 samples of chicken. The order of residue levels of sulfonamides in tissues was kidney>liver>heart>muscle, respectively. The residue levels of sulfonamides from kidney and liver were 0.03~0.15 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g in porks and 0.03~0.10 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g in chickens.

한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)는 2003년 3월 7일 대은전자㈜(http://www.dek.co.kr/) Gate Hub(모델명: DEK1521)의 성능시험을 수행하여 TTA Verified 인증서(번호: TTA-V-N-03-014)를 발급하였다. 또한 2003년 4월 3일 ㈜네오정보시스템(http://www.neoinfosys.co.kr/) 세대통신 분배장치(모델명: NIS - HM1616A)의 성능시험을 수행하여 TTA Verified 인증서(번호: TTA-V-N-03-026)를 발급하였다. 위의 두 장비는 Fast Ethernet Switch module과 전화 및 데이터 라인 연결 module을 함께 갖추었으며, TTA가 위의 두 장비를 이용하여 수행한 시험은 Fast Ethernet Switch module의 성능을 측정하는 것이었다. 본 고에서는 TTA가 마련한 Fast Ethernet Switch에 대한 인증기준(TTA-V-N-03-004-CC20)을 바탕으로 위의 두 장비에 대해 수행한 Fully meshed Throughput/Aging 시험 결과를 소개한다.

Nuclear ship reactors have several features different from land-based PWR's. Especially, effects of ship motions on reactor thermal-hydraulics and good load following capability for abrupt load changes are essential characteristics of nuclear ship reactors. This study modified the RETRAN-03 to analyze the thermal-hydraulic transients under three-dimensional ship motions, named RETRAN-03/MOV in order to apply to future marine reactors. First Japanese nuclear ship MUTSU reactor have been analyzed under various ship motions to verify this code. Calculations have been peformed under rolling, heaving and stationary inclination conditions during normal operation. Also, the natural circulation has been analyzed, which can provide the decay heat removal to ensure the passive safety of marine reactors. As results, typical thermal-hydraulic characteristics of marine reactors such as flow rate oscillations and S/G water level oscillations have been successfully simulated at various conditions.

Aspergillus flavus K-03 isolated from poultry forming soil in Korea was studied for its ability to produce extracellular proteases on basal medium containing 2%(w/v) chicken feathers. The fungus was observed to be a potent producer of such enzymes. Keratinolytic enzyme secretion was the best at 15 days of incubation period at pH 9 and temperature $40^{\circ}C$. No relationship existed between the enzyme yield and increase of biomass. Enzyme production was suppressed by exogenous sugars in descending order arabinose>maltose>mannose>fructose. But glucose did not influence the enzyme activity. The keratinolytic enzyme released by the fungus demonstrated the ability to decompose keratin substrates as chicken feather when exogenous glucose was present. The keratinolytic activity was inhibited by $HgCl_2$ and serine-protease inhibitors such as phenymethylsulfonyl fluoride(100%), chymostain(88%), crystalline soybean trypsin inhibtor(80%), antipain(45%) and aprotinin(40%), and was not by cystein-protease and aspartyl-protease inhibitors. The enzyme activity is only partially inhibited by metallo-protease inhibitor. Thus, the enzyme secreted by A. flavus K-03 belongs to the alkaline serine-type protease.

전기출력 150 MWe(열출력 392 MWth)의 U-Zr 이원합금핵연료 사용 소형노심인 액채금속로 KALIMER 98.03 설계 노심에 대하여 열수력 특성을 분석하고, 그 결과를 97.07 설계 노심의 열수력 설계특성과 비교.분석하였다. 분석을 위해서 냉각재 유량배분 계산에 ORFCE-F, 유량배분에 따를 온도계산에는 ORFCE-T를 사용하였는데, 이들은 현재 KALIMER 개발의 개념설계 초기 단계에서 사용하고 있는 모듈이다. 열수력 특성 분석은 먼저 각 집합체의 출력과 핵연료봉의 최고 선출력에 따라 유량그룹을 설정하고, 각 집합체의 최고온도 연료봉에 대하여 냉각재 온도, 피복관 중심온도, 핵연료 중심온도 등을 계산하는 방식으로 수행한다 열수력 특성분석 결과 98.03 설계 노심이 97.07 설계 노심에 비해 노심내 출력분포가 더욱 평탄화 되어, 노심 유량영역은 16개에서 11개로 감소되었고, 그에 따를 온도계산에서도 피복관 중심에서의 2$\sigma$ 온도가 6$65^{\circ}C$에서 628$^{\circ}C$로 낮아지는 둥 매우 향상된 설계임을 알 수 있었다.

The GaAs bulk crystals are grown by the Synthesis Solute Diffusion(SSD) method and its properties are investigated. The crystal growth rate at optimum condition is 0.28 cm/day and their temperature dependence is R(T) = 2.92 x 10S04T exp(-1.548eV/kS1BTT) [cmS02T/day.K]. Etch pits density distribution along radial direction is order of 10S04TcmS0-2T and 10S03TcmS0-2T at the edge and middle of the wafers, respectively, and it increased exponentially along vertical direction of ingot. Moreover,it is uniformly distributed as order of 10S03TcmS0-2T in radial direction of In doped GaAs. The carrier concentration and mobilities are measured to 0.34-2.1 x 10S016T cmS0-3T and 2.3-3.3x10S03T cmS02T/V.sec, respectively.

We report on the timing properties of the 'Crab twin' pulsar PSR B0540-69 measured with X-ray data taken with the Swift telescope over a period of 1100 days. The braking index of the pulsar was estimated to be $n=0.03{\pm}0.013$ in a previous study performed in 2015 with 500-day Swift data. This small value of n is unusual for pulsars, and a comparison with an old estimate of $n{\approx}2.1$ for the same target determined ~10 years earlier suggests a dramatic change in the braking index. To confirm the small value and therefore the large change of n, we used 1100-day Swift observations including the data used in the earlier determination of n = 0.03. In this study we find that the braking index of PSR B0540-69 is $n=0.163{\pm}0.001$, somewhat larger than 0.03. Since the measured value of n is still much smaller than 2.1, we can confirm the dramatic change in the braking index for this pulsar.

1) Effects of McN-A-343, clonidine and cocaine on the contractile response of the rat and rabbit vas deferens to field stimulation were investigated. The action mechanisms of these drugs have shown to be associated with endogenous norepinephrine(NE). 2) The contractile response to the stimulation of 5-10 Hz was markedly inhibited by the cumulative doses of McN-A-343 (0.003, 0.03, $0.3{\mu}g/ml$), clonidine (0.003, $0.3{\mu}g/ml$) and cocaine $(0.03\;{\mu}g/ml)$. The inhibition was antagonized by yohimbine and pjperoxan. 3) The inhibitory effect of McN-A-343 $(0.03{\mu}g/ml)$ and cocaine $(0.03{\mu}g/ml)$ was markedly enhanced by the same dose of cocaine and McN-A-343, respectively. This enhanced inhibition was also antagonized by yohimbine. 4) The contractile response to the stimulation of 0.01 Hz and 5-10 Hz was markedly potentiated by comparatively large doses of McN-A-343 $(30\;{\mu}g/ml)$ and $(3\;{\mu}g/ml)$. This potentiation was not observed in the presence of thymoxamine. The potentiation by McN-A-343 also did not appear in the presence of atropine. 5) The contractile response to the above stimulation was potentiated by muscarine and the potentiation was markedly attenuated in the presence of thymoxamine and atropine.
