해양사고 예방용 교육.훈련 지침 및 시뮬레이션 평가 모듈 개발에 관한 연구

  • 우리나라를 비롯한 세계적인 물동량 증가로 국내 항만에 입출항하는 선박 척수의 지속적 증가, 연안 및 원양해역에서 선박간 위험한 조우상황의 빈번한 발생 등과 함께 국내 연안 해역에서의 해양사고 발생 건수가 꾸준하게 증가하고 있다. 최근 5년간의 해양사고의 주 원인으로 선원의 인적과실에 의한 해양사고가 약 90%에 달하며, 사고원인은 운항과실(항행법규위반, 조선부적절)이 대부분을 차지하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인적과실로 인한 사고예방을 위해 진행되고 있는 BRM과 SHS교육의 문제점을 분석하고 효과적인 교육 훈련 지침을 제시하였다. 또한 안전운항 평가 모듈 마련에 이용하기 위해 항해사들의 판단에 맡겨져 있는 초동조치 개시거리와 안전 이격거리 설정을 설문자료를 바탕으로 정량화하였다.

  • 최근 국가기반시설 산업제어시스템은 시나리오를 기반으로 시뮬레이션 훈련을 진행한다. 그러나 국내 ICS 보안 기술은 외부 경계 보호에 중점을 둔 시나리오가 대다수였기 때문에 내부에서 발생할 수 있는 시나리오 가이드라인이 상대적으로 부족하고 이를 평가하는 기준 또한 제대로 정의되어 있지 않다. 내부 공격이 증가함에 따라 국내에서도 사회공학적 기법에 초점을 둔 시뮬레이션 훈련을 진행할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 NEI 08-09 의 운영·관리항목 중 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 위협을 바탕으로 한 시나리오 및 구성요소를 개발하고, 이를 평가할 수 있는 명확한 기준을 제시하여 효과적인 비상대응 훈련을 수행할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 재난안전 대비 현장훈련시스템을 개발하기 위하여 현황을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 미국, 일본의 재난대응훈련의 특징은 우리나라와 같이 평가지표 틀에 맞춘 시나리오를 개발하지 않고 있으며 시나리오 구성도 세분화하지 않고 단지 상황 설정과 대응 메시지, 돌발 메시지 등으로 위기대응 능력을 평가하고 있다는 것이다. 에너지산업 현장용 재난대비 훈련시스템 개발 및 구축은 국가안전 관리 측면에서도 매우 중요하다. 국가 차원의 종합 재난대응 및 인프라 제공을 위한 다수의 정보화사업이 추진되고 있으나 재난 정보를 활용한 사전 예방, 신속한 상황 전파, 정보 공동 활용 및 대응 미진에 대한 종합적 진단이 필요하다.

A Comparative Study between Vocational Training Using Virtual Reality and Traditional Training: Focusing on Industrial Cranes (가상현실을 활용한 직업훈련과 전통적인 훈련과의 비교연구: 산업용크레인을 중심으로)

  • In industrial sites, experiential virtual training contents are partially used to replace high-risk and high-cost training, and virtual training contents development is also becoming active along with the increasing demand for non-face-to-face industries. Existing studies mainly focused on quantitative research through surveys, and only measured the change in users' learning commitment. This study attempted to investigate the effect of the combination of theoretical education and virtual training on the improvement of actual job performance in a dual vocational training environment by conducting an experimental study. This study studied whether the combination of theoretical education and virtual training can improve the performance of vocational training in dual vocational training (comparative work and learning) in which companies and schools participate. The results of pre- and post-evaluation of vocational training using traditional vocational training and virtual training contents were compared with 24 vocational training trainees. As a result of the study, it was demonstrated that the outcome of virtual training education was higher than that of traditional vocational training, and the combination of virtual reality-based education was more effective in theoretical education. This study suggests that the virtual training content presents a new paradigm for industrial safety education, and through the interview results of trainees, it was confirmed that virtual training can lead to a change in attitude toward safety beyond just knowledge transfer. This contributes to the prevention of safety accidents in industrial sites and provides important implications for improving the quality of vocational training.

  • 해양사고는 선박운항 또는 기기작동에 대한 전문적 지식의 결여에서 기인되는 부분도 있으나, 사고의 많은 부분이 운항자의 정신적 해이 또는 주위상황 식별오류 등에 의해 발생되는 경우가 많다. 이에 따라 해기교육이 강화되고 교육 효과를 향상시키기 위해 선박조종시뮬레이션을 포함하는 다양한 교육훈련 과정이 개설되고 있지만 사고 발생율이 높은 하급면허를 소지한 항해사들은 영세한 선사들에 소속되어 시뮬레이션 교육의 기회가 많지 않다. 따라서 영세선사에서도 이용할 수 있는 초급 및 하급 항해사용 간이 시뮬레이터의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 간이 시뮬레이터에 사용될 시나리오와 시뮬레이션 Debriefing에 이용하기 위한 자기평가서, 그리고 시뮬레이션 결과를 정량화 시킬 수 있는 평가 알고리즘을 항해사 및 해기교육 대상자들의 설문결과, 사고사례 통계조사를 기반으로 개발하였다.

Development of Evaluation Method for Competition Intelligence of Sport Talented Children (체육영재의 영재성 평가를 위한 도구 개발)

  • Sport talent development center have been operating in order to support sports gifted children of the training in the early finding and selecting potential elementary school students for sports. For this purpose, elementary students in grades 2~6 are selected through basal fitness and physique test. However qualitative assessment of the student was not in progress, but depending on current physique and fitness totally sports talented children were selected. Therefore this study was to develop a tool to determine giftedness based on the observation method to assess the athletic potential of gifted children based on Yoon's competition intelligence(2011). For this purpose of study, sub-factors were extracted through expert consultations. Based on the extracted sub-factors, such as training intelligence, learning ability practical intelligence were extracted for practical intelligence, and finally 16 evaluation questions were proposed to evaluate sports talented children. Proposed questions will be helpful for quality evaluation of sports gifted children, as well as using as a method for discovering sports gifted children.

  • As face-to-face education becomes difficult due to the spread of COVID-19, the use of e-learning content and virtual training is increasing. In the case of information security education, practice to learn response techniques is important, so simulation hacking and vulnerability analysis activities have been supported as virtual training for a long time. In order to increase the educational effect, contents should be designed similar to real situation, and learning activities to achieve the learning goals should be designed. In addition, excellent functions and scalability of the system supporting learning activities are required. The researcher developed an LMS evaluation index that supports non-face-to-face education by considering the key elements of non-face-to-face education and training. The developed evaluation index was applied to the information security education platform to verify its practical utility.

  • The aim of this study was to determine the effect of action observational physical training on upper extremity function and activities of daily living in stroke patient. 19 hemiparetic patients participated in this study and were randomly selected into an experimental group and a control group. An experimental group observed performance actions of purposeful activity task through a video and imitated actions with the traditional occupational therapy, and a control group only observed actions with the traditional occupational therapy. Traing was performed 3 times a week and 30 min for each round for 4 weeks. WMFT were performed for an upper extremity function and MBI were performed for activities of daily living. As a result, WMFT and MBI showed significant difference between before and after in two groups but didn't show significant difference between two groups.

The Effect of Coordinative Locomotor Training with Elastic Band on Balance and Flexibility in Elementary School Baseball Players (탄력밴드를 이용한 협응이동훈련이 초등학교 야구선수의 균형 및 유연성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of coordinative locomotor training wit on balance and flexibility of elementary school baseball players. A sample of 30 subjects were recruited for this study. Coordinative locomotor training group(n=15) with elastic band and coordinative locomotor training group(n=15) were six times a week for four. For evaluation of balance, Biorescue was used and for evaluation of sit-and-reach. The results were as follows: there were significant differences in balance and flexibility accoording to time. From the results, elastic band in coordinative locomotor training is expected to be an effective intervention for elementary school baseball players.
