조종사들은 비행시에 일상 생활 환경에서는 경험하지 못하는 여러가지 적대환경에 폭로된다. 이러한 환경에서는 인체의 평형기관은 실제와 일치하지 않는 정보를 제공해 주는 경우가 허다하다. 예를들면, 내이의 미로 전정기관이나 피하압력기관기 등은 항공기의 기동으로 발생하는 중력과 지구의 중력을 구별 하지 못하는 기능의 한계성때문에 계기비행하에서는 대개의 경우 공간정위상실, 즉 비행착각을 유발한다. 이 착각으로 인한 항공기 사고는 통계상에서 상당 부분이 치명사고로 나타나고 있는데, 이러한 사실은 비행착각현상이 비행안전에 극히 위험한 요소가 되고 있다는 것을 실증한다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 조종사들은 비행시 공간정위 유지를 위한 철저한 대비가 있어야 한다. 공간정위 상실현상이 잘 발생하는 경우는 야간이나 기타 계기비행 환경에서 주위시각이 제약을 받을 때이다. 즉, 계기비행 환경에서의 편대비행시나 고기동시, 그리고 대조물이 모호한 야간의 활주로에서 이착륙할때 등을 들 수 있다. 비행시 공간정위 상실현상을 예방하기 위해서는 첫째로 이러한 유형의 사고분석자료를 토대로 하여 항공기의 설계단계에서부터 제작에 이르기까지 착각을 유발할 수 있는 구조적 요인을 제거해야 한다. 둘째로는 이러한 착각을 유발하지 않는 운항이나 기동방식을 택하여 비행임무를 수행토록 해야한다. 세째로 조종사들은 이러한 착각을 정상적인 인체의 반응에 의한 것이므로 자신에게도 당연히 일어난다는 사실을 용인해야 한다. 네째로 조종사들은 계기비행에 대한 구체적이고 실제적인 훈련을 통하여 계기비행 경험을 쌓아야 한다. 다음은 조종사들의 실제비행시 공간정위 상실현상에 봉착했을때의 처리요령이다. 첫째로 계기비행상황에서 자신의 감각과 계기가 일치하지 않을 때는 즉시 계기를 Cross Check하여 항공기의 자세나 기동형태를 정확하게 파악해야 한다. 둘째로 계기가 조종사의 의도대로 나타나도록 조작하고 이를 철저하게 의지하고 믿어야 한다. 세째로 자신의 감각과 계기가 일치할때까지 수평비행을 유지해야 한다. 그리고 마지막으로, 고성능 항공기가 계기비행중 저공에서 비행착각에 봉착하게 될때의 행동절차를 철저하게 숙지하고 있어야 한다.

Despite much recent researches on career development or career movement, research on domestic librarians' career development are rarely conducted. Therefore this study examined the career movement of directors of public libraries as one aspect of research for librarian workforce. This study surveyed directors of public libraries and analyzed the following points; age of first job, initial type of career, age when they became the director. Factors affecting career move, career paths, working years by career steps, the number of changing department before director, training opportunities for manager, and so on. This study also analyzed what kinds of efforts they exerted to become a director. The result showed 45.1% of respondents made an effort to increase knowledge and skills, 23.6% undertook an effort to improve their honesty and gain their integrity, 12.8% underwent an effort to increase competence and self-management efforts in about the library. Through analyzing the career development process of public library directors, we can find the ideal path for career development to become a director of public libraries.

This study examined social relation of cyber sports supporter's community and social capital as time passes. This study selected spectator sports supporters of cyber sports community based on number of number and history of cyber sports supporter. This community is a representative supporter's club of spectator sports. This study utilized 1,848 members accumulated during three month. To analyze data, Netminer 4.0 and social network analysis were used. The conclusion is following: First, social relation of cyber sports supporter's community showed up dynamic change. Second, social capital of cyber sports supporter's community shows Sports events and training schedules, player transfer, manager, record, game watching and TV watching, cheering, cheering uniform and tools, players, teams and clubs, game photos and video, etc. This is the poor-get-poorer and the rich-get-richer phenomenon.

Considering the recent increase in the number of sexual violence survivors, there is an urgent need to develop content for the training of professional workers to support victims. The purposes of this research are: (1) to investigate the status of existing training programs designed to produce workers to support sexual violence victims; (2) to conduct focus group interviews with 19 workers regarding their training needs; (3) to conduct a national-wide survey with 800 workers; and (4) to carry out a delphi study with 20 sexual violence professionals in regard to the topics and methods of training. According to the survey of practice workers, the areas of greatest need include the understanding of client characteristics, multidisciplinary approaches in training, and strengthening of basic training. The delphi study of professionals revealed the need for counseling skills, understanding the psychology of sexual violence victims, and skills to provide emotional support for victims. Based on these findings, this research suggests training content designed to provide support services customized to the types and characteristics of individual survivors.

Human error is an important cause of maritime accidents and the identification of human error is fundamental to maritime-accident preventions. In particular, the pattern of technical behavior taken in the circumstance of bridge teams(navigator & helmsman) provides important information to identify human error. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze technical behavior pattern of bridge teams using Williamson's turn for rescue of persons overboard. The focus of this study is to build and analyze a cognitive model of the human behavior factors of the bridge teams in the process of implementing the experiments. The experimental environment was constructed using a ship-handling simulator and conducted an experiment on participants from 24 bridge teams. As a result of the experiment, it was able to identify the behavior pattern of the ship's maneuvering and maintain trajectory using the rudder and engine. This study is expected to correct human error in the bridge teams application to the certification and training of seafarers.

The purpose of the study was to develop a computer access assessment system for improving computer access of individuals with physical disabilities for the first time in Korea. Korea-Computer Access Assessment System (K-CAAS) presented in this article tests five user skills of aim, drag, menu, scan, and switch. Skill levels of the five test areas could be set as low, middle, and high according to individuals' characteristics. All tests have their default set in each level, and skill levels can be selected and controlled by the abilities and goals of a user. Tests could be selected for users' training and their results could be traced and shown. Therefore, the K-CAAS is a training program to improve computer access skills as well as an assessing program. It would help users with physical disabilities operate a computer by themselves as improving their computer access skills.

Traffic terror is one of the terror types subject on transportation means. However, unlike the aircraft or ship, there is no case of negotiating with passengers as hostage but to unconditionally attack that the human casualty would be much greater. In act, the terror on subway or bus would have much bigger damage than the terror on aircraft or ship. Because of such fact, there is a need for full preparation thereto, however, there is no preparation of advance preventive measure, particularly, when comparing to the cases involving aircraft. In addition, the passengers who use railway and others in the position of citizens do not have any defense mechanism against any terror activity to make the problem even more serious. Therefore, in order to prevent traffic terror, the first thing is to implement the identity confirmation of passengers, followed by the through search of cargos of the passengers, supplement the capability against the terror by the security team members, strengthen the responsive capability of citizens, thorough check on facilities, expansion of social security network and others. All terrors are within the reach of our neighborhood at the time when we neglect it, and the most secured and safe way to prevent the terror is to check and prepare at all times beginning from our familiar facilities or means.

This research is aimed at looking into the effect of the leadership of a leader of a guard martial art on majors' exercise results. For this purpose, this research selected the present students of guard science-related department as a population as of the year 2008, and finally used the data from the 259 questionnaires collected mainly from the first-year students to the third-year students among the man & woman majors in Taekwondo at colleges across the country by using convenient sampling. To achieve research results, this research set a statistical significance level at $\alpha$=.05. A guard martial art leader's positive leadership can help Taekwondo majors improve their exercise results, so a leader is encouraged to show a leadership pattern having respect for objective, reasonable majors in tune with the paradigm of swimming with the stream of times rather than a traditional leadership pattern-lopsided communication. In addition, Taekwondo majors' potential for growth could get bigger, and visible results could also increase when a leader makes a positive effort to induce majors into making definite suggestion of their vision and growth at an all-inclusive viewpoint.

This paper is being established in Sungkyunkwan University based on a new lecture, "Scientific and Technical Writing and Presentation". The course feature and core educational goal is mainly to focus on challenging students to be able to learn scientific engineering communication, recognizing problem and solving it which involve a basic process of formulating thinking and expression skills. Basically, Scientific and Technical Writing and Presentation lecture is a blended learning that will put students in various type of problem based learning (PBL) in order to distinctively build their problem solving skills and emphasizing self-leadership skills in their profession. Through group activity participants in this learning area will be exposed to more specific problems to ensure more individual participation and in the same time they will be able to actively review the objective of their own activity which are part of this course objectives.

As the electric vehicle (EV) market in South Korea grows, it is required to expand charging facilities to respond to rapidly increasing EV charging demand. In order to conduct a comprehensive facility planning, it is necessary to forecast future demand for electricity and systematically analyze the impact on the load capacity of facilities based on this. In this paper, we design and develop a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network model that predicts the daily peak electric load at each charging station using the EV charging data of KEPCO. First, we obtain refined data through data preprocessing and outlier removal. Next, our model is trained by extracting daily features per charging station and constructing a training set. Finally, our model is verified through performance analysis using a test set for each charging station type, and the limitations of our model are discussed.
