A Study on Establishment and Management of Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network (훈련과정종합정보망 구축 및 운영 방안에 관한 연구)

  • Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network is allowed to searching the all curriculums and courses related with training but also is a one stop handling integrated learning system to cover a course registration, learning and analysis of learning performance. Through developing and managing the Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network, it is available to get the various curriculum thus it is for trainers able to enforce the self oriented course choice and then high quality of training could be proposed by the diverse training curriculums and competitions. To manage Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network more effectively, active public relations marketing activities, high reliable correct information service and rich contents are required. It is essential to manage the learner and learning contents supplier, stable financial resources, personal security issue and protecting a copyright of training curriculum to be a successful network system.

  • This study was aimed at the development of a standard model for vocational training course for the unemployed based on entrepreneurial skill system. The model reviewed the definition of skill-related concepts and skill system through the set-up of skill system in the first place, and developed job capacity system by coming up with the direction and the method in the development of the model for the job capacity system and training courses. Skill boundaries, core capacities, performances, capacity units and levels, and unit criteria were derived from it. And, training courses were composed and the structure was built in accordance with skill capacity system on the basis of it. As the result, the training model which drew to the development model of training courses, the structure of training courses and the model of training curriculum was finally developed.

효과적인 LNG 교육훈련을 위한 시뮬레이터 활용방안

  • LNG 선박의 급증에 의한 승무원 심각한 부족현상에 대비하여, STCW의 전면 개정 등과 같은 IMO의 대응은 물론 각 국가에서도 승무원 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개설은 물론 관련 법제 정비 등으로 대응방안을 마련하고자 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 국제해사대학연합과 한국해양대학교를 중심으로 한 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 향후 국제무대에서 활약할 LNG 교육훈련강사를 양성하기 위한 전문과정을 추진하고 있다. 이 발표에서는 LNG 교육훈련 전문강사 과정의 개요를 살펴보고, 이러한 과정을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 시뮬레이터의 활용방안에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

  • 최근 LNG 선박에 승무할 인력의 심각한 부족이 예상되고 있는 가운데, 국내는 물론 국외에서도 인력양성을 위한 교육훈련센터의 개설 등 활발한 움직임이 보이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 독자적으로 개발한 교육훈련 프로그램에 입각하여 교육생을 모집하고 있으며, 따라서 세계적으로 통일된 높은 수준의 교육훈련을 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이 발표에서는 국제해사대학연합의 LNG 활동의 일환으로 추진된 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터의 개요와 센터에서 개발된 표준 교육훈련 프로그램에 대하여 설명하고자 하며, 이러한 교육훈련과정이 향후 전세계 LNG 교육훈련의 표준을 정립하는데 초석이 되도록 노력하고자 한다.

A Comparative Study of the Vocational Education Training in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (독어권 국가의 도제훈련제도 비교연구)

  • The apprenticeship training is given as a solution of the youth unemployment problem. The apprenticeship is a system that companies hire and instruct trainees and is implemented in various countries. In Korea, there is a Korean work-learning dual system which is managed by the government rather than the company itself. This Study analyzed Germany, Switzerland and Austria's apprenticeship training system and compared common factors of apprenticeship system, a trainer in company and cost-benefit analysis. The result of the study can be shown as follows. First, Germany operates practical training, meanwhile Switzerland and Austria provide a pre-education course before students enter the upper-secondary VET course. Second, Germany and Switzerland give a single type apprenticeship training, whereas Austria runs a modularization system, which enables students to specify their skills and improves clarity. Third, social partners as well as the government, states, companies/schools actively participate in apprenticeship. Fourth, there is a suitable trainer's qualification system in all countries. Finally, Germany and Austria's companies cause larger cost than benefit in apprenticeship. On the other hand, Switzerland gets larger net-benefit than cost. We can give implications to the Korean work-learning dual system based on this study.

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Hourly Course Fee in Vocational Competency Development Course (직업능력개발훈련과정의 시간당 수강료 영향 요인 분석)

  • Currently financial support for vocational skills development training is provided based on the NCS standard unit price set according to the NCS occupational classification. Such a standard unit price system has the advantage of reducing administrative burdens required in managing the training levy-grant system. In this paper, it is pointed out that current unit price system may distort the social integration function of vocational training policy as it is based on the tuition fees of training course. As a basis for finding a more appropriate financial support system, we analyzed what factors are influencing the training course fees set by training institutions. As a result, it was confirmed that the monopolistic nature of the training courses or the high level of willingness of pay of training participants influenced the training course fees. Therefore, the necessity of removing the influence of such factors from unit price system was suggested so as that the training policy contributes to the social integration. Furthermore, it is required to establish new support criteria centered on the government's policy judgment if the training costs of all training courses cannot be exactly estimated.

  • In the era of global aging and the retirement of baby boomers, the response is very intensive and dynamic. As baby boomers actually retire, the terms for middle-aged people have been diversified into middle-aged, midle-elderly, and the new middle, which are also evident in the training process. In line with the timing, the government and academia are also making efforts to advance the development of training courses for middle-aged, along with organizing terms for middle-aged. From this point of view, this study aims to analyze the performance of the three-year training courses (2018-2020) for the new middle at Korea Polytechnics and suggest the direction of development of the new middle training course. As a result of the study, the three-year performance of the Shin middle-aged training course gradually increased, but the completion rate and employment rate gradually decreased, indicating that countermeasures were needed. In addition, campus performance in the metropolitan area was higher than that in the non-capital area, so a plan for this deviation was needed. In addition, the need for the integrated operation of the existing 'middle-aged' and 'the new middle' courses operated by Korea Polytechnics was suggested, and measures to specialize in the new middle-aged were proposed.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to present a method for effectively conducting discussion-based training in disaster response safety training. Method: To this end, we analyzed the disaster response training of developed countries and suggested the training scenarios by applying the war-game process that is currently applied in the operation planning of our military. Result: In one disaster situation, several contingencies could be identified, and supplementary requirements for the manual could be derived. Conclusion: Therefore, in conclusion, if the military war-game process is applied to the discussion-based training in disaster response safety training, effective training can be carried out.

A Study On the Automatic Generation Algorithm of Reference Pattern Using Levelbuilding Algorithm. (Levelbuilding 알고리즘을 이용한 참조패턴의 자동생성 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 연결단어 음성인식 상에서 올바른 참조 패턴을 생성하기 위해 Levelbuilding 알고리즘을 이용하여 인식대상 단어의 표본 집합(훈련패턴 집합)으로부터 참조 패턴을 자동적으로 생성하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 분한 K-Mans 훈련방법에 기초하고 있으며, Levelbuilding 알고리즘을 이용하여 훈련패턴으로부터 참조 패턴을 생성하는 것이다. 먼저 초기화 과정에서 훈련 패턴을 그에 포함된 단어 수만큼 등간격 분리하여 분리된 단어들을 소속 Cluster로 분류하고 각 Cluster의 Center들로 초기 참조패턴을 구성한다. 그리고 참조패턴, 제어정보 및 Levelbuilding 알고리즘을 이용하여 각 훈련패턴을 분리하고, 분리된 단어들을 소속 Cluster로 분류하여 단어 Cluster집합을 구성한 후 DTW 및 minimax알고리즘을 이용해 각 Cluster의 Center를 구하여 참조 패턴을 생성한다. 참조패턴 구성에 변화가 없을 때까지 전 단계의 참조패턴과 본 알고리즘을 반복 수행하여 최적의 참조패턴을 생성한다. 본 알고리즘을 이용하여 3개 숫자의 연결단어 집합으로부터 영('0')에서 구('9')까지 숫자음에 대한 참조패턴을 자동 생성하였다. 참조패턴 생성과정에서 가정 중요한 처리인 훈련패턴 분리과정을 분석하기 위하여 각 반복과정에서 분리된 정보를 그래프로 도시화하여 확인하였다.
