Previous performance evaluation focusing on objective data of service agency has the limitations that did not reflect user-centered evaluation. With the expansion of voucher service, importance of perspective of service user such as satisfaction index is increasing. As voucher service has been delivered by the financial burden of government and user, we need the performance evaluation system that reflects the both performance indices to meet the accountability of two stake-holders. So this study focuses on deriving integrated evaluation system developing systems what mixed objective and subjective performance. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users. Using General Satisfaction Index and Efficiency Index by DEA, this study analysed the correlation between efficiency and satisfaction index, and integrated performance evaluation model is constructed through portfolio map. This study has the following implication. This study theoretically explains the relation of objective performance and subjective performance and gives practical guidance in performance evaluation criterion and interpretation of performance.

This study aims to elevate the usefulness of the current annual Accreditation of Hospitals. To achieve this purpose, A modeling of an efficiency analysis based on DEA and AHP to the Accreditation of Hospitals Data from 2004 to 2008. By applying to AHP and DEA_AR to the scores derived from the various domains in data, An adequate prediction model about conversion factor in fee contract is made. By summarizing information derived from DEA, factor analysis and Generalized Linear Model, The linear functions combining conversion factor and efficiency index is successfully established. The factor analysis with AHP was used to merge diverse scores from the domains of evaluation. Not only the input and output initially introduced, AHP scores, dummy variables of hospital classification, geographical location are effective variables to forecast a conversion factor. If a predicted conversion factors from efficiency is used, It will be a great contributions to the annul doctor's fee contract.

Archives should provide a web-based archival information service with good usability based on the understanding of users' needs. Thus, this study analyzed the usability of the National Archives of Korea (NAK) website's search service through expert and usability evaluations for various users and suggested improvement plans. A literature review, heuristic evaluation, one of the usability expert evaluation methods, and usability evaluation for users were performed. As a result of expert evaluation, the severity rating for the usability problem was highest regarding a match between the system and real world and the lowest in error prevention. In the usability evaluation, it was assumed that the user's background and whether the website's help was provided is associated with usability. Usability evaluation was conducted for 22 participants, including those majoring in records management, web/application developers, and people without such backgrounds. Furthermore, a presurvey, a five-second test, and search tasks were conducted in a row. The analysis based on usability components in ISO 9241-11: 2018, i.e., effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction, showed that web/application developers had the highest search effectiveness, and those majoring in records management showed high effectiveness only in the search for archival content services. Background factors did not affect efficiency, and the more familiar with the finding aids, the better the efficiency. Moreover, providing the website's help was found to be positively associated with effectiveness and satisfaction. This study suggests that the NAK website will offer a user-friendly interface and search function, expand help support, and display a consistent web interface.

Recently, management of Newspaper developmet of the internet news, broadcasting and free newspapers escalated competition between newspaper companies and other media companies as well as competition among newapaper companies. This paper analyzes the efficiency of Korean Newapaper using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR-O, BCC-O efficiency, SE and RTS of 30 Newspaper. We also suggest the Newpaper which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. The result shows that ten Nespaper whose values of CCR-O efficiency are 1, and Fourteen Nespaper whose values of BCC efficiency are 1. RTS indicates IRS of 1 firms, DRS of 16 firms and CRS of 13 firms. To variables on the effectiveness of newspaper publishing companies for the understanding and performance analysis.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a non-parametric productivity analysis tool, has become an accepted approach for assessing efficiency in a wide range of fields. Despite of its extensive applications, some features of DEA remain bothersome. For example DEA is good at estimating "relative" efficiency of a DMU(Decision Making Unit), it only tells us how well we are doing compared with our peers but not compared with a "theoretical maximum." Thus, in order to measure efficiency of a new DMU, we have to develop entirely new DEA with the data of previously used DMUs. Also we cannot predict the efficiency level of the new DMU without another DEA analysis. We aim to show that DEA can be used to evaluate the efficiency of ports and suggest the methodology which overcomes the limitation of DEA through hybrid analysis utilizing DEA along with C5.0. We can generate classification rules C5.0 in order to classify any new Port without perturbing previously existing evaluation structures by proposed methodology.

컴퓨터 하드웨어의 빠른 개발 주기에 맞춰 저 가격, 고 효율성, 높은 신뢰성, 호환성 등의 장점을 가진 PC가 현대의 컴퓨터 흐름을 주도하게 되었다. 이에, 산업분야 전반에 걸친 컴퓨터 증가는 많은 발전과 변화를 가져왔다. 특히, 자동화 시스템분야에서 그 효과가 두드러졌는데 이는 고 가격, 긴 개발기간 등을 필요로 했던 과거와 달리 저 가격, 짧은 개발기간, 다양한 개발환경 등을 이룰 수 있었다. 또한, 생산량 증가에만 의존하던 과거의 자동화 시스템은 현대에 이르러 시스템의 최적화, 효율의 극대화, 시스템의 안정성, 운용의 편리성, 호환성 등의 개념들이 도입되고 있다. 특히, 시스템의 생산성을 높이려는 노력도 많이 이루어지고 개발되었는데, 이를 위해서 시스템의 효율성은 그 기준이 되는 필수적인 요소가 되었다. 자동화 시스템에서 효율성을 평가하는 기법은 여러 가지가 있다. 그중 생산성과 직접 관계되는 효율 데이터는 UPEH(Unit per hour)를 들 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 효율성에 관련하여 그 기준이 되는 생산 데이터에 대한 시스템 효율성을 자동으로 산출하며, 이를 사용자에게 제공함으로써 보다 정량화되고 객관적인 평가 자료가 되도록 하였다. 본 논문이 적용된 자동화 시스템은 제어부 시스템과 GUI 시스템으로 나뉘어지는데 효율 데이터의 산출 및 관리는 GUI 시스템에서 담당하였다. 또한, 이를 위하여 Windows 98 운영체제를 사용하였다.

There have been numerous researches in minimizing the total cost of program development in order to improve productivity of the programs. The incremental evaluation is the evaluation method of reevaluating only affected parts instead of reevaluating overall program when the program has been changed. Since the incremental evaluation method carries its advantage, the method itself is very important when considering the execution efficiency of the program developing environment. This paper extends the dependency chart for an imperative language and presents the extended version of dependency chart which can be applied to the Object Oriented Programming Languages such 'Java'. This paper also presents the incremental evaluation algorithm for Object Oriented Programming Languages and proves its correctness, analyzing the efficiency of incremental evaluation by the simulation.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance efficiency and productivity change of the regional public hospital in Korea. We use DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) for CCR, BCC model, and MPI(Malmquist Productivity Index). DEA is a useful nonparametric technique for measurement of efficiency of a DMU(Decision Making Unit) and MPI is a evaluation method to measure DMU's productivity change. We utilize 34 regional public hospital's time-series data over 6 years from 2003 to 2008.The results of this study were as follows. First, technical efficiency(TE) shows that approximately 3.6% of inefficiency exists on the regional public hospitals and it reveals that the cause for technical inefficiency is due to scale inefficiency. Second, MPI's results show that regional public hospital made effort to improve total factor productivity change to raise technical efficiency. In order to raise efficiency, the regional public hospitals should deploy internal innovation and the government should support welfare policies.

컴퓨터 하드웨어의 빠른 개발 주기에 맞춰 저 가격, 고 효율성, 높은 신뢰성, 호환성 둥의 장점을 가진 PC(Personal Computer)가 현대의 컴퓨터 흐름을 주도하게 되었다. 이에, 산업분야 전반에 걸친 컴퓨터 적용의 증가는 많은 발전과 변화를 가져왔다. 특히, 자동화 시스템분야에서 그 효과가 두드러졌는데 이는 고 가격, 긴 개발기간 둥을 필요로 했던 과거와 달리 저 가격, 짧은 개발기간, 다양한 개발환경 등을 이룰 수 있었다. 또한, 생산량 증가에만 의존하던 과거의 자동화 시스템은 현대에 이르러 시스템의 최적화, 효율의 극대화, 시스템의 안정성, 운용의 편리성, 호환성 등의 개념들이 도입되고 있다. 이에 따라, 반도체 자동화시스템의 개발 및 활용부분에서도 저가의 PC를 활용한 시스템 구축이 실용화되고 있다. 특히, 시스템의 생산성을 높이려는 노력도 많이 이루어지고 개발되었는데, 반도체 부품 생산성 향상과 운용설비의 효율성 극대화를 위한 여러 가지 기법들이 연구 도입되고 있다. 그중 생산성과 직접 관계되는 효율 데이터는 UPEH(Unit per hour)를 들수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 효율성에 관련하여 그 기준이 되는 생산 데이터에 대한 시스템 효율성을 자동으로 산출하며, 이를 사용자에게 제공함으로써 보다 정량화 되고 객관적인 평가 자료가 되도록 하였다. 이를 패트리넷을 이용하여 설계 프로세스를 검증하고 실제 산업현장에 적용함으로서 본 시스템에서 제공하는 효율성 데이터가 운용설비의 가동에 관한 평가 기준이 됨을 보였다.
