The compensation system for reproducing or interactively transmitting works in libraries has been introduced in 2003. It has passed more than 7 years since this system has been implemented in July 2004. This study investigated current situation of operation on the compensation system for reproducing or interactively transmitting works in libraries. The survey on the effectiveness of the compensation system was conducted to a group of authors and librarians. First, the difference of the effectiveness of the compensation system between a group of authors and librarians was analyzed. In addition, the difference of the effectiveness of the compensation system according to status variable of author group was analyzed. Also the difference of the effectiveness of the compensation system according to status variable of librarian group was analyzed. Finally, this study pointed out the problems of the compensation system and presented the way to improve the problems.

This study was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about utility awareness of medical machinery. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into three types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided '1[(N=11) : Safety & Importance of Advertising 1], 2[(N=9) : Safety & Importance of Advertising 2], 3[(N=10) : Safety & Endurance]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about reception type on utility awareness of medical machinery ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

웹의 발전과 더불어 웹 캐시 시스템의 중요성이 증대되면서, 다양한 구조의 웹 캐시 시스템이 제안되고 있으며 최근에는 Squirrel 과 같은 P2P 방식을 이용한 웹 캐시 시스템도 출현하였다. 본 논문에서는 Squirrel과 같은 일반적인 P2P 웹 캐시를 서브넷에 국한시킨 경우의 P2P 웹 캐시의 효용성을 분석한다. 이를 위하여, P2P 웹 캐시를 이용하는 사용자들의 웹 접근 성향을 웹 로그 트레이스로 시뮬레이션 하여 P2P 웹 캐시가 서브넷에서도 웹 캐시로서의 효용성이 있음을 보인다. 또한 현실적인 접근법으로써 중앙 프락시 서버를 두고 P2P 웹 캐시를 사용하는 경우에도 성능상의 효용성이 있음을 기술한다.

본 논문에서는 Q방법론을 중심으로 대학생들의 지역 기업브랜드 광고의 효용성 인식을 진단하고, 기능적인 측면에서 세부적인 효과요인들을 짚어보고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위에서 제기된 사항들의 해답을 얻기 위하여 주관성연구 분석방법을 활용하였다. 앞으로 계량적인 실증적 연구와 관련 이해당사자들간의 종합적 비교와 대안책이 추가된다면, 지역 기업브랜드 광고의 효용성 인식에 대한 개선과 활성화를 위한 정책방향에 보다 심도 있는 연구결과가 제시될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구는 메타버스의 정보전달 효과를 확인하기 위해 대면 대화 대비 메타버스의 정보전달 효용성을 비교 분석하였다. 대면 대화, 메타버스, 화상회의, 메신저앱 플랫폼을 독립변수로 하여 정보전달 효용성을 측정하였으며 설문조사로 구성된 1차 실험과 사후 행동 관찰을 실시한 2차 실험으로 나누어 실험하였다. 1차 실험에서는 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았으나 실험을 마치고 수 일이 지난 후 예고없이 실시한 2차 실험에서는 대면 대화와 화상회의가 높은 수치를 기록한 데에 반해 메타버스와 메신저앱은 유의미하게 낮은 수치를 기록하였다. 메타버스가 코로나시대에 사회적 공간제약을 극복하는 대체재로 쓰였으나 자유로운 대면 활동이 다시 가능해진다면 대면대화 대비 정보전달 효용성이 떨어질 수 있으므로 메타버스의 장단점을 충분히 이해하고 활용해야 할 것이다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰들은 저조한 수익성에도 불구하고 소비자를 끌어들여 매출을 증대시키기 위해 다양한 유인가격전략을 사용하고 있으나 이러한 유인전략이 과연 효용성이 있는가 하는 문제를 주제로 6 개 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 실제 web logdata 를 활용하여 소비자의 실제 쇼핑행동을 파악하여 유인가격전략의 효용성을 실증적으로 측정하였다. 방대한 클릭데이터를 효과적으로 정리하는 방법을 제시했고 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체의 유인가격전략 수립에 대한 가이드를 제시하였다.

There are no ex-port evaluations for the propriety and efficiency of AtoNs considering risk elements and environmental changes after the opening of a port. It is necessary to develop objective indicators and evaluation models to fill this gap. This study establishes an efficiency analysis model for Aids to Navigation (ANEffic) focusing on manned lighthouse, which include 20 function indices. After running a function assessment, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Likert scale are used to address port operations, national policies and expert opinions. As the result of the assessment, Yeongdo, Gageodo, Geomundo and Jukbyun Lighthouses are highly regarded in the propriety and efficiency of AtoN. And Uleungdo, Gasado, Songdaemal and Ulgi Lighthouses need to review detailed evaluations. The ANEffic developed should be utilized as basic tool to collect data for efficient management and to re-arrange the policy decisions regarding AtoNs as appropriate.

본 연구에서는 기업의 인수 합병(M&A)과 관련하여 풍문 설이 유포되었을 때 사건연구 방법을 사용하여 조회공시를 확인, 부인, 혹은 검토의 유형별로 분석하여 공시의 정확성과 효용성(정보전달 효과)을 살펴보고, 공시가 적시성이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 실증분석에 따르면 조회공시는 대체적으로 효율적이지 못하다고 결론지을 수 있다. 우선 공시의 적시성에 있어서는 조회 공시일 이전에 주가 수익률이 급격하게 상승함으로 미루어 증권시장에 풍문이 난무하여 공시가 충분히 신속하지 않았다고 할 수 있다. 공시의 정확성과 그 효용성 측면에서 보면 부인공시의 결과는 결코 합리적이지 못하다. 즉, 부인공시는 정확하지만 정보로서의 효용성이 없다. 그런데, 조회공시 유형별로 정보전달 효과는 조금씩 차이가 있어 일반 투자자들에게 투자 전략적으로 시사하는 바가 있다. 확인공시의 경우는 공시 전에는 주가의 상승정도가 미미하여 부인공시의 경우보다 적지만 공시내용의 확인을 거치면서 주가가 꾸준히 상승하여 부인공시의 수익률을 초월하여 제한적이지만 정보의 효용성이 있었다. 한편 검토 중 공시의 초과수익률은 확인공시나 부인공시의 경우보다 항상 낮게 나타나 증권시장에 퍼져있는 풍문이 사실과 거리가 있을수록 관련된 투자자들이 초과수익을 더 높일 수 있다는 비합리적인 주장을 뒷받침 한다. 결론적으로 조회공시 유형별로 정보전달 효과를 살펴보았을 때 M&A의 풍문에 대하여 사실무근이라는 유권해석이 투자자의 초과수익률에 나쁜 방향으로 작용하지 않는다는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information necessary for the establishment of mobile service marketing strategies, educational service development, and engineering education for Generation Z by analyzing the utilitization of various applications by Gen Z. To this end, 177 essays on mobile service usage experience were collected, major topics were analyzed using topic modeling, and these were visualized through word cloud analysis. As a result of the study, the main topics were related to 'transportation' such as movement and public transportation, 'personal management' such as schedule management, financial management, food management, 'transaction' such as checkout, meeting, purchase, 'leisure' such as eating out, travel, study, culture. Additionally, words such as time, thought, people, life, bus, information, confirmation, payment, KakaoTalk, and so on were found to have a high of frequency of use. Also, there was found to be a difference between topics by college. This study is meaningful in that it collected essays, which are unstructured data, and analyzed them through topic modeling.

When users of mobile environments move fast or slow into a number of base stations(BS) and request the services of continuous media data such as video or audio, this study examines what the caching has the usefulness in mobile environments. Namely, to reduce packet disconnections and network overheads in mobile environments and minimize transmission delay time, we propose domain-based hierarchical caching structure and study whether application of caching has the usefulness. So we have a model based on user environments and hierarchical network structure to process continuous media services, and analyze the usefulness of caching which depends on the mobile patterns of user and the locations of caching nodes. And then, we research whether caching offers the usefulness in mobile environments. As the result, we are able to see that an adaptable application of caching is needed because the hit ratio and the number of replacement vary in large according to mobile patterns of user and locations of caching.
