In this study, an automatic information collection system and geographic information construction algorithm for the transportation disadvantaged using electric mobility aids are implemented using an object recognition model. Recognizes objects that the disabled person encounters while moving, and acquires coordinate information. It provides an improved route selection map compared to the existing geographic information for the disabled. Data collection consists of a total of four layers including the HW layer. It collects image information and location information, transmits them to the server, recognizes, and extracts data necessary for geographic information generation through the process of classification. A driving experiment is conducted in an actual barrier-free zone, and during this process, it is confirmed how efficiently the algorithm for collecting actual data and generating geographic information is generated.The geographic information processing performance was confirmed to be 70.92 EA/s in the first round, 70.69 EA/s in the second round, and 70.98 EA/s in the third round, with an average of 70.86 EA/s in three experiments, and it took about 4 seconds to be reflected in the actual geographic information. From the experimental results, it was confirmed that the walking weak using electric mobility aids can drive safely using new geographic information provided faster than now.

패키징기술센터(센터장 심진기)는 2010년 조사를 시작으로 2년 마다 주기적 통계 조사를 수행하고 있으며, 제3회차 2014년 산업현황 보고를 발표했다. 센터는 패키징 산업통계 조사를 실시함으로써 국내 패키징 산업의 규모와 현황을 분석 및 추정하고 향후 패키징 정책 수립 및 발전 방안 수립의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하며, 주기적 통계조사를 통해 시계열 데이터를 확보하여 향후 패키징 산업 발전을 정확히 예측하고 대응할 수 있는 자료를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 고에서는 '2014년도 패키징산업현황 보고'의 일부 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

This study set out to develop a logistics rationalization model to reduce logistics costs including return route costs by using open information systems that overcame the limitations of the old closed logistics systems by the corporations and applying the principle of freight car sharing among them. In recent years, information infrastructure that can be easily shared by many such as information networks, however, One of the causes of rising logistics costs is high empty transfer rates on return routes after goods are transported from the distribution center of each company to consumption sites, It is propose to promote logistic efficiency and innovation. The study especially identified a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages of transportation on the circulation route of a distribution system from the distribution center of a corporation to consumption sites and the empty transfer rates and their current state.

This study examines the relationship between the operational turnaround time and the rolling stock requirements. In this study, the operational turnaround time of rolling stock is divided into physical turnback time and waiting time. This paper presents a variety of models and estimation results of the existing studies on operational turnaround time. The proposed estimation model of the operational turnaround time in this study is designed to minimize the operational turnaround time in terminus stations, while the rolling stock requirement is reduced. The developed estimation model was applied in a real-world example, and it was found that the operational turnaround time and the required rolling stocks were lessened compared with the current condition. The method presented in this paper is expected to be utilized in train operational planning and rolling stock routing plans, thereby minimizing the rolling stock requirements of existing railway operating authorities.

The purpose of this study was to find a desirable time to ask a question to effectively improve creativity as an engineering viewpoint and apply it to daily schedule as a diverse teaching method in daily schedule of young children's curriculum. Forty five young children among three kindergarten of G Metropolitan City, aged 5, were selected as a subject for this study. Type A of Thinking Creatively with pictures, TTCT was used as an instrument, and the resistant score for the lower level of elements: Fluency, Ingenuity, Originality, Abstractness of Titles, hasty conclusion. The total score of creativity was highest in the 1st-time period ($M=95.52{\pm}12.21$). As a result, it was concluded that desirable story-telling time should be after 10 a.m., the 1st-time period, to improve the highest creativity.

본 논문은 스토리에 기반하여 여러 편의 드라마 동영상 파일 중에서 사용자가 찾고자 하는 파일을 찾아주는 검색 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 기술한다. 기존의 동영상 검색 방식은 제목 및 주연 배우와 같이 제한적인 검색어에 의한 검색을 제공하고 있으나, 대부분의 드라마 파일은 영화 또는 다른 동영상 파일과 달리 여러 회로 나누어져 있기 때문에 기존의 주연 배우나 제목과 같은 정보만을 가지고 사용자가 원하는 파일을 검색하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 드라마의 제작사에서 제공하는 각 회당 스토리를 기본적인 불리안 모델과 결합시켜 사용자가 원하는 회차를 검색하는데 유용한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방식의 유용성을 보이기 위하여 실제 서비스 되고 있는 드라마를 대상으로 실험을 하였으며, 실험결과 높은 검색 능력을 보이고 있다.

불확실성이 큰 콘텐츠 산업의 특성상 방송 콘텐츠는 막대한 투자에 비해 그 효과 예측이 매우 어려우며 아직까지 출연진과 제작진에 대한 합리적인 평가지표도 존재하지 않는다. 방송용 드라마의 경쟁력을 평가하는 수단으로 현재까지 가장 유용한 지표는 시청률이다. 비록 스마트폰과 같은 매체를 통한 시청이 늘어남에 따라 TV 시청률의 절대 수치는 지속적으로 감소하고 있지만 TV 시청률을 대체할 만한 유용한 지표는 아직까지 없다. 본 연구에서는 방송용 드라마에 참여하는 인적자원의 평가지표와 시청률의 비교 우위를 활용하여 드라마의 흥행성을 과학적으로 예측하려고 한다.

Salicylic acid (SA), a phenolic compound, plays a pivotal role in regulating a wide range of physiological and metabolic processes in plants such as antioxidant cellular defense, photosynthesis, and biotic and abiotic stress responses during the growth and development. We examined the effect of exogenous SA application (100 mg·L^-1) on the growth, yield, photosynthetic characteristics, lipid peroxidation, and antioxidant enzyme activity of chili pepper plants under high temperature and drought stress conditions. SA treatment induced increases of net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) under the stress condition with the highest level after the third treatment. The contents of malondialdehyde and H₂O₂ were significantly lower in the third treatment of SA compared to the control. The activity of ascorbate peroxidase, catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase, increased in treated plants by up to 247, 318, 55 and 54%, respectively compared to the nontreated control. There was no significant difference in the growth characteristics between SA-treated and nontreated plants, while the SA treatment increased marketable yield (kg/10a) by about 15% compared to the nontreated control. Taken together, these results suggest that foliar application of SA alleviates physiological damages caused by the combination of drought and heat stress, and enhances the photosynthetic capacity and antioxidant enzyme activities, thereby improving tolerance to a combination of water deficit and heat stress in chili pepper plants.

유사(sediment)란 지각의 풍화작용에 의해 생성되어 유수나 바람 등에 의해 침식, 이송, 퇴적된 물질을 말하며, 일반적으로 하천유사(fluvial sediment)를 말한다. 유사의 크기는 작게는 미세한 점토입자부터 크게는 자갈에 이르기까지 매우 다양하며, 하천에서의 소류사량과 부유사량을 포함한 총유사량의 추정은 하천유사 문제의 기본이며 하천내의 수리구조물의 설계 및 유지관리, 하천개수 및 하도의 안정, 홍수터 관리, 저수지의 설계 및 운영 등 수자원 개발 및 관리를 위한 하천계획에 필요한 기본적 요소 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 중소하천에서의 실측을 통한 유사산정을 위해 대상하천에서 각 유량에 따른 부유사를 채취하여 시료분석을 통한 결과와 대상하천의 수리특성을 분석하여 총유사량의 산정 및 분석을 하였다. 이를 위하여 대상하천에 대하여 알맞은 측정조사지점을 선정하여 15회에 걸쳐 현장측정을 시행하였으며, 현장 측정시 유량측정을 위한 수위 및 유속을 측정하였고, 부유사농도 및 부유사입도분석을 위한 시료를 채취하여 실내 실험시 SS분석 및 BW관 분석을 시행하였다. 대상하천의 현장실험 측정성과와 수리특성을 기초자료로 하여 각 회차에 걸친 총유사량의 산정을 하였으며, 총유사량의 산정은 총유사량 추정 방법들인 직접 실측에 의한 방법, 간접계산에 의한 방법, '실측+계산'에 의한 방법 중 신뢰도가 높으며 경제성이 높은 '실측+계산'에 의한 방법과 간접계산에 의한 방법을 사용하는 공식으로 산정하였다. 결과들의 비교와 대상하천의 수리특성들에 대한 연구를 통해 적정공식을 선정하고 공식의 선정 원인에 대한 연구를 시행하였다.

For this study, Clinical evaluation of the diverse Autorefractors was performed to examine validity and repeatability compared with subjective refraction. Measurements of refractive error were performed on 212 eyes of 106 subjects subjectivly noncycloplegic. Intersession repeatability of the Autorefractors were also assessed on all 106 subjects together with intersession repeatability on 7 to 14 days intervals. Spherical powers of subjective refraction and autorefractions by Autorefractors were analyzed by paired T-test.
