Recently, according to the rapid development of the Internet, information is increasing exponentially. A lot of this information Various studies are being conducted in order to communicate smoothly. In recent years, related researches applying artificial intelligence and big data technologies have been actively conducted. However, it has not produced remarkable results. One of the causes can be found in the severe limitation of the lack of language and knowledge standards. Currently, there is an active research on conferences using a multimedia approach, and gradually, interest in knowledge-based conference systems has begun. In the case of a meeting with a multimedia approach, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing offline meetings are expressed online as they are, and the management of information on the actual contents and process of important meetings is neglected. Therefore, in this paper, we study a plan to convert conference content information into an ontology, and propose a method to systematically analyze the ontology-formed information.

Since the adoption of GMDSS, the band 495-505 kHz has no longer been globally used for maritime calling and distress and the designation of this band for calling and distress was suppressed at WRC-07. In accordance with provision RR, maritime mobile operations are presently limited to radiotelegraphy. Accordingly, use of the band has diminished.This frequency band 415 kHz to 526.5 kHz and high frequencies is ideally suited to broadcast from shore to ship. The surface wave propagation of a coast station using this band can provide a coverage area from the coast to 400 nautical miles off shore.

This paper shows the maximum data flow utilizing the Weight Bipartite Graph Matching system. The Weight Bipartite Graph Matching system sets the data transmission as edges and guides the maximum data flow on the set server and the client. The proposed Weight Bipartite Graph Matching system implements the multi-user interface video conference system. By sending max data to the server and having the client receive the max data, the non-continuance of the motion image frame, the bottleneck phenomenon, and the broken images are prevented due to the excellent capacity. The experiment shows a two-times better excellency than that of the previous flow control.

Multimedia services(i.e. teleconferencing and Video on demand) have been developed on MBone. The video and audio data of them require Real-Time service using QoS(Quality of Service) guarantees. RSVP(Resource reSerVation Protocol) on the Internet has been suggested to support QoS guarantees. But currently, it has two problems : complexity and scalability. To solve these problems, this paper describes the design and implement of teleconferencing system with QoS guarantees by simplifying the resource reservation processing to solve the RSVP's complexity and scalability.

원자력발전소는 다중방호의 개념에서 복수의 안전설비를 갖는 등 계통이 팽대하고 복잡하며 또한 엄격한 품질관리를 실시하므로 다른 발전형식에 비해 건설비가 높은 편이다. 따라서 설비의 유효이용을 도모하는 것이 중요하다. 이와 같은 관점에서 앞으로 기설발전소의 장수명화를 도모하고, 전수명기간의 발전전력량을 증대시킴으로서 원자력발전 코스트를 다른 발전코스트보다 유리하게 하는 것도 가능하다. 장수명화를 실현시키기 위해서는 수명평가상 중요한 구조기기의 노화진단기술, 수명예측방법 및 수명을 좌우하고 교환이 곤란한 기기$\cdot$시스템의 보수기술$\cdot$공법 등에 관한 기술개발이 중요한 과제이다.

스웨덴의 원자로 marker Asea-Atom사는 지역난방(DH)용 원자로로 SECURE를 개발했다. 이 원자로는 (1) 저온도, 저압력, (2) 본질적인 안전성(기술적 안전시스템에 의하지 않은)에 의해 로의 정지${\cdot}$냉각이 어떠한 상황아래에서도 보증된다, (3) 사고시에 운전원에 의한 조작을 필요로 하지 않는다, (4) 출력밀도가 낮기 때문에 핵분열생성물질의 방출 우려가 적다는 등의 특징을 가지며 그 안전성으로 인해 도시부근에 위치할 수 있으며 또한 경제적으로도 석유나 석탄을 연소시키는 boiler보다 훨씬 유리하다.

본 논문에서는 ITU-T 영상회의 프로토콜 표준안(H.323)에서 보안 프로토콜로 권고된 H.235를 기반으로 하여 사용자 인증, 비디오 및 오디오 데이터의 암호화, 암호키의 보호에 대하여 구현한다. 인증 방법으로는 패스워드 기반의 대칭키 암호 인증을 사용하고, 비디오 및 오디오 데이터의 암호화에 사용되는 암호키의 보호를 위해서는 DES와 Diffie-Hellman의 키 분배 방법을 사용한다. 또한, DES를 사용한 비디오 및 오디오 데이터의 암호화/복호화를 보여준다.
