Improved Real-time Video Conferencing System with Memory Buffer Control Management (메모리 버퍼 제어 관리 기능을 갖춘 향상된 실시간 영상회의 시스템)

  • The limitation of real-time video conferencing system is that the delay of network and buffering and the transmission of user information are not efficiently performed between systems, so real - time performance is not guaranteed completely. In order to overcome this problem, the study on the extension of the network infrastructure and the jitter delay is actively carried out, but the study on the buffering delay is insufficient. In this paper, we propose a frame-rate control buffer management (FRCB) scheme to solve the problem caused by buffering delay. The FRCB is used to prevent overflow and underflow of the buffer by adopting the two-stage buffer threshold of Fast-play THreshold (FTH) and Slow-play THreshold (STH). Therefore, it showed better performance than jitter buffer even under high CPU load, and showed that it is suitable for high quality real time video conferencing.

Interface is a big factor in the center of these changes. that is more and more development and there is currently using NUI technology. NUI technology is not necessary that discrete input device. and that use natural behavior like touch, gesture. among them, the smart phone device is a representative of appllying the NUI technology. smart phone as well as NUI technology applies kiosk, big table and that use Various fields, such as culture, defense, and advertising industries. In this research, development multi-touch table based multi-touch meeting system. and proposal efficient system possible improvements about Existing meeting system.

  • By emphasize and enhance security in encryption of same viewdata in this research, constructed video conference system that apply real time video encryption techniques that confidentiality and integrity aspect are emphasized than video conference system that depend on existent user certification techniques. Sender's image transmits Vernam's encryption process to listener by packet. Listener can display image through image's decipher process and uncompress after unite receiving transmited image. This time, solved transmission speed delay problem by video's real time encryption using Vernam's algorithm that encryption and the decipher speed are fast. Simplification problem of Vernam algorithm wished to solve Session Key that use security Key that is used encipherment and decipher in channel between Client and Server using RSA algorithm.

  • 본 논문에서는 2009년 5월부터 유럽 DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting)를 중심으로 본격적으로 진행되고 있는 차세대 VSAT(Very Small Aperture Terminal) 시스템 표준기술인 DVB-RCS (Return Channel via Satellite) NG(Next Generation) 표준의 시스템 및 서비스 개요와 표준화 ad-hoc 기술 그룹회의에서 제안된 기술들에 대해서 소개하고자 한다. DVB-RCS NG 표준은 2008년 5월부터 DVB-RCS CM (Commercial Module)과 시스템 interoperability 테스트 관할 협의체인 유럽의 Satlabs를 중심으로 새로운 규격 작업을 위한 상업적 요구사항 선정 및 구체적인 서비스/시스템 모델을 수립하였다. DVB-TM (Technical Module)과 CM을 거쳐 최종적으로 SB(Steering Board)에서 2008년 10월에 승인을 받고 RCS ad-hoc 그룹은 study mission을 수행하게 되었다. 2008년 11월부터 DVB-RCS NG 규격을 위한 call for technology 작업, 제안된 기술에 대한 평가 방법, 이를 평가하기 위한 system그룹 및 study 그룹이 결성되어 2009년 1월에 call for technology가 공지되고 2009년 5월 4일까지 20개 기관으로부터 19개의 기고서가 제출되었다. 본 고에서는2009년 7월 회의까지 검토된 후보기술에 대한 소개와 향후, RCS NG 표준에서 유망한 기술에 대하여 다루고자한다.
