Influence of Satisfaction of University and Family Cohesion on Perceived Entrapment: Moderating Effects of Resilience and Hope (대학만족도와 가족응집력이 지각된 속박감에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성과 희망의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of resilience and hope among satisfaction of university, family cohesion, and perceived entrapment. It was conducted to measure research variables from 610 university students. The moderating effect according to resilience and hope was analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis and presented in graphs of significant moderating effect. As a result of analysis, first, there were significant relationship, among satisfaction of university, family cohesion, and perceived entrapment. Second, satisfaction of university and family cohesion had a significant negative effect on the perceived entrapment. Third, resilience had moderating effect within the relationship of university satisfaction and perceived entrapment. Forth, hope had moderating effect within the relationship of family cohesion and perceived entrapment. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of resilience and hope that could be taken to reduce perceived entrapment.

The Effects of Clinical Nurses' Resilience and Social Problem-Solving Ability on Burnout (임상간호사의 회복탄력성과 사회적 문제해결능력이 소진에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted as a descriptive study with the aim of identifying the effects of clinical nurses' resilience and social problem solving abilities on burnout. Data collection for the study was carried out between May $30^{th}$ and June $19^{th}$, 2013 by surveying 192 clinical nurses working in university medical centers and general hospitals located in D city. Measures were subjects' resiliency, social problem solving abilities, and burnout. For the analysis of the data, the statistical methods of frequency, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis were employed. When the category of burnout was analyzed by general features, placement in a desired department and size of hospital, there were significant differences. Burnout correlated negatively with resilience and social problem solving abilities. Factors affecting clinical nurses' burnout were identified in the order of resilience, size of hospital, social problem solving abilities, and placement in a desired department and the explanatory power was 43.1%. The findings of the study indicate that in order to decrease clinical nurses' burnout, their resilience and social problem solving abilities have to be enhanced.

  • This study focuses on the vulnerability of our society and environment under the Covid-19 pandemic. The medical descriptions about severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus disease 2019 provide the serious manifestation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and a new resilient hope of its vaccination. Moreover, with the perspective of feminist practical theology, the author explores a resilient possibility to reconstitute an ecological relationship between our society and environment. In addition, many people's depression in the time of Covid-19 is understood in the meaningful narrative of the relationship between integrity and despair to be stressed by Erikson in the perspective of Loder. Especially, this study focuses on the main stream of designing the convergence curriculum of medicine and theology to move toward the life wellbeing of community members, overcoming their difficult circumstances such as Covid-19.

A Study on the Influence of Positive Psychological Capital on the Quality of Decision-Making through Absorption Capacity of Re-founders (재창업자의 긍정심리자본이 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of self-efficacy, hope, and resilience, which are factors of the positive psychology capital of the re-startup CEO, on the quality of decision-making through the absorption capacity, and the effect of the re-startup's absorption capacity. In particular, this study was started from the question of how positive psychological capital would affect to the re-startup CEO. The survey was conducted from re-founders who received funding from Korea SMEs & Startups Agency. And 144 sample data were analyzed by using SPSS 24.0 for descriptive statistics and by using Smart PLS 3.0. for SEM. The factors of Positive Psychological Capital were extracted to three factors: self-efficacy, hope, and resilience. As a result, it is shown that self-efficacy had a positive effect on potential absorption capacity, and hope had no effect on potential absorption capacity, and positive effects on realized absorption capacity. Resilience has been shown to have a positive effect on potential absorption and realized absorption capacity. It has been shown that potential absorption and realized absorption have a positive effect on the quality of decision making. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications.

Analysis of the Emotional Effects of Agricultural Experience Program Based on Social Emotional Learning Theory in Elementary School Students (사회정서학습이론을 기반으로 한 농업체험 프로그램이 초등학생의 정서적 건강에 미치는 효과 분석)

  • 본 연구는 방과 후 농업 체험활동 프로그램이 초등학생의 정서지능과 회복탄력성 향상 및 우울감 감소에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 서울시 초등학교에 재학 중인 4-6학년(11-13세) 초등학생 총 30명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 참여에 동의한 30명의 학생 중 농업체험 프로그램에 참여를 희망한 18명은 실험군으로, 농업체험 프로그램에 참여를 희망하지 않은 학생 12명은 대조군으로 집단화 하였다. 실험군은 2018년 4월부터 7월까지, 총 12주간(주 1회, 회기당 60분)의 방과 후 활동으로 본 프로그램에 참여하였다. 초등학생의 정서적 건강 증진을 위해 사회정서학습 이론에 기반한 농업체험 프로그램을 설계하였다. 프로그램 실시 전과 후에 자기보고식 설문지를 이용해 정서지능, 우울, 회복탄력성을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 농업 체험활동 프로그램에 참여한 초등학생의 정서지능이 향상되었고(P=0.031), 우울감이 감소된(P=0.011) 반면 대조군에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(P>0.05). 회복탄력성은 실험군과 대조군에서 모두 실험 전후 유의한 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 본 농업체험 프로그램에 참여한 아동들은 프로그램에 대해 높은 만족감을 보고하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 사회 정서학습이론을 적용한 농업체험 프로그램이 초등학교 고학년 학생의 정서지능 향상과 우울감 감소에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 추후, 표본수를 확대하여 농업 체험활동 프로그램의 효과 검증 연구가 추가적으로 필요할 것이라 생각되며, 다양한 지역의 초등학생들에게 확대 적용하는 연구도 필요할 것이다.

액셀러레이팅 프로그램 만족도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

  • 스타트업은 우리 경제의 성장 동력으로 자리매김하고 있으며, 다양한 분야에서 스타트업이 탄생해 일부는 스케일업(scale-up)하여 유니콘 기업으로 발전하는 반면 일부는 데스밸리(Death Valley)를 넘지 못하고 실패한다. 스타트업이 창업 이후 성공적인 사업화를 통해 지속적인 성장을 이룰 수 있도록 공공과 민간부문에서 다양한 노력을 펼쳐 나가고 있으며, 창업자 보육에 필요한 서비스를 종합적으로 제공하는 액셀러레이터가 스타트업 육성 모델로 주목받고 있다. 액셀러레이터에 대한 관심이 증가하는 것에 비례하여 액셀러레이팅 프로그램의 효과에 대한 연구도 최근 활발하게 이루어지고 있으며, 많은 연구에서 액셀러레이팅이 기업성과에 미치는 긍정적인 효과가 검증되고 있다. 액셀러레이팅 프로그램의 운용 주체와 내용이 다양하여 프로그램 효과 분석도 다각적인 시각에서 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 본 연구에서는 동일한 프로그램에 참여하였음에도 불구하고 기업성과에 차이가 발생하는 것이 참여자의 특성에 기인하는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 액셀러레이팅 프로그램에 참여하는 스타트업 CEO의 특성에 초점을 맞춘 연구모형을 설정하였다. 액셀러레이팅 프로그램에 대한 만족도를 독립변수로, 기업성과인 재무적성과와 비재무적성과를 종속변수로 설정하고, 자기효능감, 낙관주의, 희망, 회복탄력성인 긍정심리자본을 매개변수로 설정하여 CEO의 긍정심리자본 정도에 따라 액셀러레이팅 프로그램의 효과에 차이가 있는지 실증적 분석을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 연구 대상은 중소기업 지원 정책금융기관인 신용보증기금과 중소기업은행의 액셀러레이팅 프로그램인 스타트업 네스트(Start-up NEST)와 IBK창공에 참여한 경험이 있는 스타트업 CEO를 대상으로 하였다.

The Effect of Participation Degree in Sports for all of People with Physical Disabilities on Positive Psychological Capital(PPC) (지체장애인의 생활체육 참여정도가 긍정심리자본(PPC)에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was intended to closely examine an effect that the level of physically challenged person's participation in community sports had on positive psychological capital. In order to accomplish the purpose of study, data on 212 physically challenged persons who lived in B city and participated in community sports were analyzed. Korean version of positive psychological capital created by Taehong Lim (2014) through the reconstruction of scales developed by Luthans, Youssef and Avolio(2007) and Sangwan Jeon and Jonghun Yang's (2009) level of participation in community sports was reconstructed through modification·improvement as measurement instrument. An exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, paired difference test, and multiple regression analysis was carried out by using SPSS 18.0 program for data processing. First, It was shown that there was a significant difference in positive psychological capital according to gender, age, and disability grade among physically challenged persons' socio-demographic characteristics. Second, it was shown that, among sub-variables (period, frequency and intensity) of level of physically challenged persons' participation in community sports, the frequency of participation and the intensity of participation had a significant effect on self efficacy. On the other hand, it was shown that the period of participation didn't have a significant effect. Third, it was shown that the frequency of participation had a significant effect on optimism. On the other hand, it was shown that the period of participation and the intensity of participation didn't have a significant effect. Fourth, it was shown that the frequency of participation and the intensity of participation had a significant effect on hope. On the other hand, it was shown that no significant effect was produced on the period of participation. Fifth, it was shown that the frequency of participation had a significant effect on resilience. On the other hand, it was shown that no significant effect was produced on the period of participation and the intensity of participation. Sixth, it was shown that the frequency of participation and the intensity of participation had a significant effect on positive psychological capital. And it was shown that no significant effect was produced on the period of participation.
