4차 혁명 시대의 도래에 따라 정보통신기술(ICT) 활용 능력의 필요성은 나날이 늘어 가고 있으므로 범람하는 정보와 기술을 익히고 활용할 필요가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 미디어를 소비하는 방식이 다양화되면서 주목받는 MCN을 활용하는 교육 방안을 제안한다. 활용하는 방안을 기존에 제작된 콘텐츠를 활용한 교육, 콘텐츠 창작을 통한 교육, 그리고 활용 및 창작을 위한 미디어 리터러시 교육 방법으로 나누어서 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 MCN을 활용한 교육은 창의성 몰입도 등을 바탕으로 긍정적인 효과가 나타날 것이 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 정보산업의 발달로 급변하고 있는 교육환경하에서 인트라넷(intranet)을 활용한 경영모의게임(Business Simulation Game)의 활용방안을 제시하고, 이러한 수업이 갖는 장점 및 수업효과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 즉, 학생들이 팀을 이루어 게임을 하는데 있어 남녀별, 직장경험별, MBTI의 특성 별, 팀 구성원의 수의 차이에 따른 게임 성과 및 수업효과와의 상호관계를 실증적으로 비교, 연구하여, 궁극적으로는 한국교육실정에 맞는 인트라넷을 이용한 경영 모의 게임의 개발을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 근래에 정보 및 통신기술의 발전과 인터넷 사용의 보편화로 여러 가지 학문 분야에서 정보화 및 국제화가 많이 이루어져왔다. 특히 인터넷과 관련된 여러 가지 기술(technology)들을 적극적으로 통합, 활용하고자 하는 인트라넷(intranet)의 발전은 정보기술의 여러 학문 분야에서의 활용가능성을 더욱 높이고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 이러한 인터넷, 정보 및 통신기술의 교육현장에서의 활용 방안에 대한 많은 연구들은 실질적으로 그 이론적 배경 및 효과에 대한 깊은 연구없이 종래의 교육방법에 대한 대안 또는 보조 역할로서의 가능성만 제시하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 첫째, 경영모의게임과 정보통신기술의 활용을 위한 학술진흥방안의 하나로서 인트라넷을 이용한 경영모의게임 과목의 구축및 수행에 관한 구체적인 절차를 제시한다. 즉 경영모의게임 구성은 어떤 모듈들이 어떻게 인터넷상에서 사용되었으며, 도한 게임의 운영은 어떻게 하는것이 바람직한가 등에 관한 연구이다. 둘째, 성별, 직장경험별, MBTI 특성별, 팀의 크기별로 게임성과 및 수업효과에 관한 실증적 연구를 함으로써, 게임 이론의 경영마인드 형성 및 정보화에서 예견 될수 있는 여러 가지 문제점 및 가능성을 지적하여, 한국문화 및 현실에 맞는 정보화를 이용한 경영모의게임 교육방안을 제시한다. 셋째, 본 연구는 의사결정지원 시스템(DSS), 전문가 시스템(ES), 전자우편(E-mail)등과 같은 정보기술의 교육현장에서의 활용방안 및 그 교육적 효과도 점검하였으며, 마지막으로 본 연구는 당면현실로 다가온 정보화 및 세계화의 기업환경에서 예견되는 몰입(committment)의 약화에 대한 치유방안으로서, 정보화된 경영모의게임의 기업 교육훈련 시스템(Business Training System)으로의 발전 가능성을 제시한다 하겠다.

This paper proposes a platform construction plan for the use of spectrum big data, collects and analyzes the big data in the radio wave field, establishes a linkage plan, and presents a support system scheme for linking and using the spectrum and public sector big data. It presented a plan to build a big data platform in connection with the spectrum public sector. In a situation where there is a lack of a support system for systematic analysis and utilization of big data in the field of radio waves, by establishing a platform construction plan for the use of big data by radio-related industries, the preemptive response to realize the 4th Industrial Revolution and the status and state of the domestic radio field. The company intends to contribute to enhancing the convenience of users of the big data platform in the public sector by securing the innovation growth engine of the company and contributing to the fair competition of the radio wave industry and the improvement of service quality. In addition, it intends to contribute to raising the social awareness of the value of spectrum management data utilization and establishing a collaboration system that uses spectrum big data through joint use of the platform.

The 7th curriculum sets a basic direction based on learner centered teaching. To this end, the curriculum puts a focus on activity centered classes using teaching tools. In reality, however, elementary school teachers find using the teaching tools in their classes difficult, although there are various studies going on to improve the practical use of the teaching tools in the classroom. In this paper, we present an effective approach to utilize those prior studies on using the teaching tools in classes for 4th, 5th and 6th graders.

국내의 댐·하천 설계기준은 다양한 수자원 시설물 설계 시에 활용되고 있으나, 강우사상에 대한 분석은 과거의 강우 사상에 대한 통계분석에 따라 수행되어 기후변화의 영향을 고려하지 않고 있다. 또한, 하천 설계기준에서는 홍수량 산정에 대한 방안을 명시한 바에 따르면, 홍수량 산정 표준지침에서 활용하는 빈도해석을 활용하는 방안 또는 강우-유출모형을 활용한 방안을 제시하고 있으나, 홍수량 산정 표준지침 역시 미래 강수 변화에 대한 구체적인 방안을 반영하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 전 세계적인 기후변화는 국내의 기후변동성을 증가시켜 극한강우사상의 빈도와 강도를 증대시키므로 이를 고려한 미래강우에 대한 분석이 필요한 시점이다. 일반적으로 기후 전망에 활용되는 전지구 모델(Global Climate Model; GCM)은 한반도의 복잡한 지형을 고려하기 어려우므로 지역적인 강제력을 보다 효과적으로 고려하기 위하여 지역기후모델(Regional Climate Model; RCM)을 사용하고 있다. 역학적으로 상세화 된 RCM은 비교적 고해상도의 자료를 제공하고 있으나, 강수량을 전반적으로 과소 추정하는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지속시간 1-24시간 연최대 강우량(annual maximum rainfalls; AMRs)과 역학적 상세화 된 SSP 시나리오 일 자료를 활용하며, Copula 함수 기반의 상세화 모형을 통해 Sub-Daily 정보를 시간적으로 상세화 하였다. 최종적으로 이를 활용하여 미래 IDF 곡선을 유도하였다. 산정된 IDF 곡선 결과를 활용하여 기후변화의 영향을 고려한 설계강수량 변화량을 정량적으로 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to prepare diverse measures to enhance the utilization of national authorized qualification. The detail objectives of this study are first, to re-establish the utilization scope and range of national authorized qualification through analysis of advance research and theory in various fields of learning on the function of qualification; and second, to set the direction to strengthen the utilization of national authorized qualification. Based on discussions on the various fields of learning on the function of qualification, this study divided the utilization scope of qualification into personal utilization for the benefit of the qualification acquirer him or herself and public utilization for the social and economic benefits. And according to this distinction, we prepared measures to strengthen the utilization of national authorized qualification. First of all, as a way to strengthen personal utilization of the national authorized qualification, we prepared measures to enhance accessibility and facilitate further improvement. As a means to enhance accessibility, we proposed restriction on setting the application condition, diversification of qualification authorization method, facilitation of partial qualification system and minimization of expense required to acquire qualification. Also for the further improvement, we proposed creation of job-level centered grade system and development of job-level centered qualification item by stage. For strengthening the public utilization of national authorized qualification, we come up with ways of strengthening flexibility, transparency, public trust and compatibility. As a way to strengthen flexibility, we proposed establishment of qualification demand monitoring system, expansion of direct participation of users on qualification management, establishment of qualification expiration period and its renewal. For the strengthening of transparency, we proposed to build general qualification information system and to utilize qualification recommendation system. To strengthen public trust, we proposed to strengthen the management of qualification management regulation, secure independency, establish internal audit system and strengthen post management of national authorized qualification. And lastly, we suggested that compatibility comparison standard between qualification and qualification level standard be developed for the strengthening of compatibility.

Urban Air Transportation (UAM) is a three-dimensional transport within the city using eVTOL as an alternative to the saturation of land transportation due to overcrowding in major cities around the world. Design has played its roles in various fields in the development of transport, but research on the design application of UAM, which will be commercialized soon, is insufficient. Accordingly, there is a growing need for prior research on the forecasting the future environment and the design application through phenomenon analysis. The purpose of this study is to derive mega trends through STEP analysis for UAM and present ways to apply design in the UAM field based on this. The research method was conducted in the following order. First, the theoretical background of UAM was established by analyzing prior art documents on UAM. Second, five trends in the future environment centered on UAM were derived through STEP analysis. Finally, in order to derive a design application, five experts in each design area (product, visual, video, environment, service) discussed the design application focusing on the results of STEP analysis and derived a design application plan for each design area in the UAM field. Through this study, it was found that the most frequent design area in the STEEP analysis is product design and service design, and therefore related design development is important. After analyzing UAM's information provision plan, display method, and usage process suggested in this study, it is expected that it will lead to various prior design studies related to UAM, such as customized service design, to establish an infrastructure environment for commercialization of UAM.

뮤지컬 문화공연 시장 규모의 확대로 인해 다양한 뮤지컬 작품을 관객들은 원하고 있으며, 이에 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠의 OSMU의 활용이 중요하다. 이러한 활용방안으로 첫째, 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠는 역사, 설화, 문학, 국악, 영상(드라마), 영화, 무용, 댄스 등의 다양한 소스(작품)들의 상호 조합으로 새로운 멀티 유즈로의 활용이다. 따라서 뮤지컬의 문화공연 콘텐츠의 OSMU의 활용을 위해서는 다양한 뮤지컬 소재의 발굴과 함께 문화공연 작품의 창작 활동이 중요한 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 이미 작품화 된 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠는 다양한 부가가치 가지므로 공연 관련 상품을 가공, 판매를 하는 OSMU로의 활용이다. 이에 공연 기획 단계에서부터 부가 상품 판매에 대한 체계적인 마케팅 전략을 별도로 수립, 티켓 판매만이 아닌 다양한 부가 상품 개발을 통해 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠를 다양한 상품의 형태로 재 판매하는 OSMU 활용 방안이 필요하다.

본 연구는 최근 사회적으로 관심이 증가하고 있는 해양자원을 활용한 해양치유활동을 지원하기 위한 해양치유산업을 대상으로 지역별 해양치유자원을 활용한 지자체 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 협력지자체 선정을 위한 선정 방안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따서 본 연구에서는 국가 정책적으로 실행된 공공개발사업, 시범사업 대상지 등 기 실행된 입지선정 방안을 조사, 분석하여 해양치유산업 협력지자체 선정을 위한 평가방안을 개발하여 제시하였다.

This study aims to investigate the current state of digital literacy education in Korean public libraries and suggest improvements. The education programs were analyzed, which are offered in the National Library of Korea and related social and educational institutions, in order to explore the digital literacy education program required for public libraries. An interview was conducted with 38 librarians of the regional central libraries. Respondents reported that a cooperative program for digital literacy education with national library is essential, due to the lack of the budget and digital literacy resources. Based on the analysis, a model of the National Digital Library Information Literacy Education and the cooperative programs for digital literacy education were proposed.
