The purpose of this study is to suggest a writing education paradigm appropriate for the ideology and ideal persons of Christian universities, and to show the effective application plan. For this, this study utilizes the ideas of digital writing in the concept of digital literacy education. The paradigm of "the digital writing education using bible storytelling" consists of two activities. The first one is 'bible listening and observation,' and the second one is 'media text creation and sharing'. In the first activity, there are two steps: 'listening and observation of bible storytelling' and 'exploration and meditation.' In the second activity, there are also two steps: 'application and action,' and 'sharing in communities.' After the suggestion, this study proposes the application plan for the paradigm. They are 'the utilization of various media and the merit of interaction,' healing effectiveness in an individual and a community,' 'building expertises in both letter writing and Christian education(Divinity),' 'building expertises in both letter writing and media literacy,' and 'expanded application toward diverse patterns of writing.'

This study suggests the application of library assisted instruction(LAI) by analyzing Japanese social studies text-books that are configured for the library assisted instruction and cooperative instruction. The results of the analysis found that the use of a variety of materials and curriculum integrated skills instruction is reflected in the social studies text-books in Japan. Based on the results, this study suggested the strategies of the application of library assisted instruction(LAI) in three separated proposals. revision of related laws, organizational joint between teacher librarian and subject teachers, textbooks development for Information literacy instruction.

As ISNI spreads, the process and utilization method of authority control that identifies and links individual or group names is also expanding. In this study, the characteristics of the connection and utilization of ISNI and national authorities in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany were derived, and a plan to improve the connection and utilization of national authorities and ISNI was presented, focusing on the National Library of Korea. Focusing on major countries actively participating in the establishment and utilization of ISNI since its founding, national authorities and ISNI linkage methods and ISNI data used in services were analyzed. The implications of this study for the linkage and convergence of national authority and ISNI data were: first, applying ISNI to support authority work, second, establishing a close cooperation system with the publishing community, and third, establishing infrastructure for linking ISNI and authority records at the national level, and finally, providing user service pages based on authority data.

This study aims to provide methods and policy implications for vitalizing the regional regeneration of local small cities through utilizing idle spaces, with Hongcheon-gun as a case. Hongcheon-gun has been changed into cultural and art space since it was selected as the venue of Gangwon Triennales, and it is an example region that vitalized local areas by utilizing idle spaces on the basis of its placeness and characteristics. For the effective future utilization of idle spaces and regional regeneration, however, first, the survey of local resources is required for the systematic management and utilization of idle spaces. Second, foundations for the management and operation of idle spaces should be constructed. Third, methods for utilization should be sought in consideration of the characteristics of idle spaces and local conditions. Fourth, connected projects should be vitalized in consideration of possibilities for the regeneration and utilization of idle spaces.

지난달까지 홈페이지 제작에 필요한 각종 HTML 태그들과 이들의 활용에 필요한 여러 가지 사항들을 살펴 보았다. 이번 달에는 딱딱한 HTML 태그에서 벗어나 좀더 재밌있고. 활용성이 강한 멀티미디어 데이터를 홈페이지에서 활용하는 방안에 대해 다루어 보겠다. 그리고 다음달에는 Microsoft Internet Assistant For Word를 이용 Word에서 만들어진 데이터를 HTML태그입력 없이 손쉽게 홈페이지를 만드는 방법을 소개하고자 한다.

본고에서는 자연계에 존재하는 동조 현상을 이해하고 공학적으로 활용하기 위하여 동조 현상에 관한 대표적인 수학적 모델을 살펴보고 동조의 원리를 분석한다. 또한 동조 현상을 공학적으로 활용한 주요 사례를 살펴봄으로써 자연계를 모방한 동기화 방식의 장단점을 분석하고 자연계 모방 기술의 필요성을 역설한다. 아울러 동조 현상을 공학적으로 활용하는데 필요한 향후 연구 이슈를 제시한다.

최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부와 공공기관 그리고 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 한국형 인터넷 웹 접근성 지침에 대하여 살펴보고, 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 다운 받아서 프로그램을 활용하고 일선 학교에서 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 웹 접근성 평가 도구를 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라서 평가하는 방안을 제시한다. 평가 결과에 따라 나타나는 검사 항목 통계 보고서를 토대로 웹 접근성 준수 여부를 분석한다. 마지막으로, 평가 결과 나타난 오류와 경고 항목을 평가보고서에서 요구하는 방향으로 수정하여 교육용 홈페이지의 웹 접근성을 향상시키는 방안을 제안한다.

삼천포 보령 당진 등 국내 대형 기력발전단지에서 냉각수로 사용되고 방류되는 해수는 약 150cms로 (100Mwe당 약 5cms) 약 3,000kW 이상의 수력에너지를 보유하고 있으나, 현재 활용되지 못하고 그대로 해양으로 방류되고 있어 이 소수력에너지의 개발 방안을 검토하였다. 발전소 온배수의 원활한 배수를 위한 설계 낙차와 함께 남서해안의 조위변화에 따른 낙차를 이용하는 것으로 소수력 발전 방식과 조력 발전 방식의 특징을 동시에 활용하는 것이다. 국내의 기력발전소 가운데 삼천포, 보령, 하동화력발전소에 대하여 소수력에너지 개발방안을 검토하였으며, 배수로에 댐을 축조하여 방류수 전량을 발전에 이용하는 댐식, 배수로 중간에서 방류수 일부를 취수하는 수로식, 배수로의 빠른 유속을 이용하는 조류식 발전 방안을 중심으로 각 발전소의 구체적 적용여건에 따라 다양한 대안을 검토하여 기술적 가능성 및 경제성이 충분함을 입증하였다.

미래 정보사회로 의미가 확대된 유비쿼터스 환경은 글로벌 컴퓨팅 환경에 기반한 유비쿼터스 인프라에서의 최적 보안 서비스 제공을 위한 지속적인 정보보호 기술이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같이 보안 서비스는 사용자에게 유비쿼터스 사회에서의 안전성, 신뢰성, 건전성을 제공하기 위한 다양한 수단을 포괄하는 개념으로, 개인의 프라이버시 침해 및 컨텍스트의 무분별한 사용이라는 문제점에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 현재의 ID/Password를 사용한 인증 단계에서 발생되는 여러 문제들에 대한 대응 방안으로 OTP(One Time Password)가 부각되고 있다. OTP는 다양한 어플리케이션으로의 적용 및 유연한 사용자 권한 설정이 가능한 장점을 통해 다른 사용자 인증 방식에 비해 유비쿼터스 환경으로의 효율적인 적용이 가능하다. 하지만 OTP에 대한 인식의 부족 및 사용자 인증에 대한 중요성 인지 미흡으로 인하여 OTP 활용을 위한 시스템과 구조 연구가 부족하고, 제한적인 서비스에 OTP가 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자를 위한 보안 서비스를 제공하고자 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 보안 요소 강화를 위한 OTP의 보안 요구사항을 분석하고, OTP를 이용한 다양한 적응 방안을 고려한다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 OTP의 효율적 관리 방안과 다양한 서비스 및 환경에서의 적용 방안 연구를 통하여, 기존 인증 방식보다 보안성이 강화된 인증 체계의 구현과 다양한 보안 서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대 된다.
