미래 변화에 대응하는 역량으로 디지털 리터러시가 제시되고 있다. 국내에서는 2022 교육과정 개정의 중점 사항으로 미래 변화에 대응하는 역량으로 디지털 기초 소양을 강화한다. 한편 코로나19로 원격수업이 확대되면서 LMS(Learning Management System)의 사용이 증가하였다. LMS는 디지털 기기, 소프트웨어를 활용하므로 디지털 리터러시를 함양할 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 학교 현장에서 활용되는 Microsoft의 Teams, Google의 Classroom, KERIS의 위두랑과 e학습터를 비교하고 디지털 리터러시 내용 요소와 LMS 기능을 관련지어 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 LMS를 활용하면서 디지털 리터러시를 기를 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

빅데이터·인공지능 등 4차 산업혁명 기술은 교통·의료·환경 등 다양한 분야에서 기술개발을 추진하고 이미 많은 기술이 실제 활용되고 있다. 특히, 철도관제와 항공 관제분야에서도 인공지능 기반 시스템이 접목되어 운영되고 있으나 선박교통관제 분야는 현장에 접목되어 활용되는 기술은 극히 드물다. 선박교통관제사가 관제구역 내에서 적게는 수척, 많게는 수십척의 선박을 동시에 관제하며 발생할 수 있는 인적 과실을 줄이기 위한 인프라 구축은 선박의 안전확보를 위해 필수요소이다. 본 연구는 해양경찰청 선박교통관제기술개발단에서 자체 개발한 음주운항 자동탐지 시스템과 닻 끌림 자동탐지 시스템에 활용한 기술을 소개하고 향후 고도화 및 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

To complement the limitations of the public relations method performed currently in archives and serve various users, a new approach to public relations are needed. Recently, as the size of the webtoon market has expanded, public relations using webtoons continues to heighten in enterprises and public institutions. Therefore, this study proposed a method for public relations using brand webtoon as a means of promoting the archives. This study was focused on the National Archives of Korea. Thus, based on the analysis of roles, service, contents, and users of the National Archives of Korea, this study suggested production plans to increase the promotional effect in brand webtoons and strategies such as viral marketing, the brand story strategy, and the one-source, multi-use (OSMU) strategy.

Increased demand for the latest spatial information, it is necessary to study the complement current map updating systems for responding the diverse environment of the national territory information. This study suggests the way to update 1/5,000 digital maps with the application of as-built drawings based on current systems. This study compares current as-built drawings with digital maps, and consider intra and international related cases and regulations. This study also selects case areas based on different types of as-built drawings and updates digital maps with the application of as-built drawings. After the consideration of systems and regulations related to as-built drawings, the research results, including the improvement and the application of as-built drawings, are presented. It is expected that the foundation to provide more rapid and accurate geographic information can be achieved from the research result.

Developing Computational Thinking is getting attention as the importance of SW is emphasized. Also programming education is getting attention, especially, various researches that utilize robot in programming education are being carried out. This study focused on compensating the defects of the prior robot programming education and exploring the way of utilizing web based tool 2.0 while putting emphasis on communication and cooperation. This plan is based on $Gagn{\acute{e}}$ & Briggs nine events of instruction and can be used to implement cooperative learning with the Web 2.0 based tools at every instructional events. Tests for learner's cooperation were done before and after this new plan to evaluate its value. The result proves that this plan had a positive influence on improving learner's cooperative attitude.

This study analyzed appropriate equipment combination for emergency recovery after flood disasters and proposed an alternative approach for economic and rapid emergency recovery based on the utilization of human resources who have practical experience in construction business and in equipment operation. The current countermeasures and response to flood disaster including emergency procedures and methodologies are investigated and related legal framework was also analyzed. Currently, some emergency recovery works are over payed and delayed due to unclear and inefficient processes on equipment and human resources mobilization during and after flood disasters, particularly in local governments. Best practices in mobilizing equipment and human resources were compiled, theoretical foundation was investigated and analyzed, and improved emergency recovery schemes were proposed for effective flood disaster countermeasures in local government. Prioritization in equipment and human resources mobilization was also proposed considering equipment transportation distance and accessability to disaster sites. This study also proposed improved ways to utilize experts in local areas in supporting community emergency response volunteers for disaster risk management.

The study attempts to try a classification of tidal flats types by selecting indicators and go forward to suggest a management plan by tidal flats types. With several indicators selected and PSR(Pressure-State-Response) framework, the relationship between environmental changes and socioeconomic activities in tidal flats was investigated. Tidal flats types were consequently classified into three groups: Wetland Protection Area, Wetland Rehabilitation Area, and Wetland Use-coordination Area. Accordingly, 69 tidal flats were assigned into each groups by PSR analysis: 34 Wetlands Protection Areas, 26 Wetland Rehabilitation Areas, and 9 Wetland Use-coordination Areas. So the baseic management plan of tidal flats must be different by tidal flats and characteristics of region but basically it must give top priority to the sustainable use in the long term.

This article intends to establish a online service of oral history archives. Unlike common records, it is important to understand the contextual relation of oral history archives. The context of oral history archives can include the context of oral history contents in addition to the connection with records produced in the process of performing work function of agency which performs collecting oral history archives, and the connection between oral history archives formed in the process of collecting oral history archives. Therefore this article emphasizes that the context of oral history archives has an important role and function in on-line service of oral history archives by researching the plan for on-line service of oral history archives based on the context of oral history archives.

최근 국내에서는 기후변화로 인해 지역별·계절별 강수편차가 커지고 있으며, 이로 인해 상습가뭄지역(충남 서부, 경기 남부, 전라 등)의 가뭄 피해가 확대되는 등 수자원의 안정적인 공급을 위협하고 있다. 실제로 지난 2014-2015년 발생한 가뭄으로 인해 충남·경기지역 일부에서 수 개월간 생·공용수 공급이 제한된 바 있다. 기후변화에 대비한 국내 수자원의 추가 확보 및 효율적인 활용 방안의 필요성이 증가하고 있으나, 신규 수공시설물(댐, 저수지 등)을 건설하기 힘든 국내 개발 여건상 기존 수공시설물을 최대한 활용하기 위한 다양한 방안이 추진되고 있다. 기존 댐의 용수공급 능력을 재평가하거나, 댐·보 시설물의 연계운영을 통한 용수공급능력의 분석은 대부분 다목적댐 및 용수공급댐을 대상으로 수행되어 왔으며, 발전용댐을 활용한 용수공급능력 평가는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 최신화된 데이터 및 발전용댐 특성을 고려한 객관적인 평가방법을 통해 발전용댐의 용수공급능력을 새롭게 평가할 필요가 있다. 당초 수력발전이라는 단일목적으로 건설된 발전용댐은 다목적댐 대비 구조적 특성과 운영 측면에서 상이한 부분이 많아, 용수공급능력 평가 시 발전용댐의 특성을 고려할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에는 발전용댐의 구조 및 운영특성을 고려하여 발전용댐 별 유형(저류형 및 비저류형)을 구분하는 방안을 제안하고, 발전용댐 유형별 용수공급능력 산정 방안을 제시하였다. 제안한 기법은 북한강수계에 위치한 발전용댐에 적용하여 정량적인 용수공급능력을 평가하였다. 본 연구는 국내에서 연구가 미흡하였던 발전용댐을 대상으로 댐 이수능력을 검토하였으며, 향후 국가 수자원 계획 수립에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

빗물이용시설은 2014년 「물재이용법」 개정에 따라 시설 확충에 맞춘 획일적인 운영으로 시설수는 증가하고 있으나 대상 시설의 이용량 증가에 대한 부분은 한계를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 설치 의무대상시설에 대한 적정한 시설의 이용현황을 조사 및 분석을 통해 이용시설의 효율적인 운영 및 관리 방안 마련이 필요한 실정이다. 빗물이용시설의 효율적 관리방안 설정을 위해서는 의무 대상시설별 설치 및 운영관리 실태조사, 빗물이용시설관련 기준 검토 및 분석, 빗물이용시설 개선방안 마련의 단계로 방안을 수립하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 빗물이용시설 기준 검토 및 분석에서 지역별, 수요처별, 용도별 일정 빗물이용 활용률을 확보할 수 있는 빗물이용시설의 평가를 위해 수문학적 물수지 분석을 통한 물수요-공급시계열 분석을 수행하였다. 물수지 분석 툴이 없기 때문에 본 연구를 통해 빗물이용시설 물수지 분석 excel 도구를 개발하였으며, 이를 통해 빗물이용시설 공급충족률(필요수량 대비 빗물이용량), 빗물보장률(전체일수 대비 빗물이용일수), 빗물이용시설 이용률(빗물이용시설용량 대비 빗물이용가능량)에 대해 분석을 수행하였다. 개발한 물수지 분석 excel 도구를 이용하여 현재 설치되고 운영하고 있는 의무대상시설의 운영현황과 도구에서 계산된 활용성 평가 결과의 비교를 통해 현재 운영 현황을 개선할 수 있으며, 다양한 시나리오 적용에 따른 운영 결과를 시설 설치 이전에 확인하여 최적 운영방안 도출에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
