특허맵 (Patent Map, 특허동향조사)이란 특정 기술분야에 대한 국내외 특허출원 및 등록현황에 대한 자료를 여러 기준으로 상세하게 분석한 후, 이를 사용목적에 맞게 가공하여 이해하기 쉽게 작성한 자료로 기술의 추이와 특허동향이나 현황을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 도표, 기호, 그림 등 다양한 형태로 표현한 것이다. 연구자나 기업들의 R&D와 사업은 연구나 사업의 실패 확률을 줄이기 위해 특허맵, 특허동향조사를 필수적으로 활용한다. 특허동향조사를 활용함으로써 다음의 이점을 제공받을 수 있는데, 즉 연구개발방향의 설정에 활용할 수 있고, 중복연구 및 특허분쟁을 미연에 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 경쟁자의 동향을 용이하게 파악할 수 있으며, 기술개발 추이를 파악하여 미래예측이 가능하다. 이러한 활용을 통해 연구개발 예산을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 특허맵이나 특허동향조사가 활용되는 시점은 연구기획단계에서부터, 연구개발단계, 비즈니스단계 및 특허소송에 이르기까지 전 과정, 즉 R&D부터 그 활용단계에까지 필수적으로 필요한 도구(tool)라 할 것이다. 본 발표에서는 줄기세포분야에 대한 국내외 특허동향을 조사해 보았다. 국내에서는 2000년 이후부터 관련 기술의 급격한 출원을 보이고 있으며, 서울대, 고려대, 제론, 위스콘신 등 국내외 대학이 주요 출원이었다. 또한, 출원현황을 통한 국내 연구 분야의 활성도는 성체줄기세포가 배아줄기세포에 비하여 월등히 앞서 있음을 파악할 수 있다. 특히, 역분화와 관련된 기술도 국내에 약 10건 정도가 검색되었으며 주로 해외 출원인이 주를 이루고 있다. 해외의 경우, 약 6,800여 건을 검색하였으며 미국에서의 출원이 가장 두드러지고 있다. 특허출원의 추이는 국내와 유사하게 2000년 이후에 급격히 증가되었으며 국내보다 2년 앞선 2004년에 최고의 출원량을 보이고 있다. 주요 출원인으로는 OLYMPUS, GENRO, OSIRIS, JAPAN SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, ACT, SYSTEMIX 등의 순서임을 확인할 수 있었다.

재난 발생이 예상되거나 발행한 경우, 신속하게 정확한 정보를 전달할 수 있다면, 효과적으로 재난 피해를 줄일 수 있다. KBS는 재난 방송 및 재난 경보방송 주관방송사로서 방송을 이용하여 전국적 및 국지적으로 재난 정보를 신속히 전달하고 있다. 본고에서는 KBS가 수행하고 있는 통합 디지털 재난 방송시스템과 그 활용 현황을 중심으로 하여, 재난 방송과 재난 경보방송의 개념, DMB 재난 경보방송, KBS가 구축한 통합 디지털 재난 방송 시스템의 상세 구성과 활용, 그리고 DTV 긴급경보 전송시스템에 대하여 알아본다.

In order to know the situation of statistical Quality Control in Korea, we have surveyedabout 4, 500 manufacturing companies in Korea. Among the first 4, 500 manufacturing companies, 2, 586 companies have answered for the questionairs of the sample survey. In this research a statistical analysis is conducted for the 2, 586 companies and diagnosis of the situation of Statistical Quality Control is Korea in presented in terms of levels of development and degrees of implementation.

최근 AI와 로봇기술 등으로 개인정보를 포함한 데이터의 처리가 일상화됨에 따라 한국정부는 개인정보 비식별 조치 가이드라인 및 데이터 3법을 발표함으로써 개인정보 비식별화를 돕고자 하였다. 하지만 복잡한 비식별화 절차와 이의 효과에 대한 불명확함으로 기업들이 개인정보를 포함한 빅데이터의 활용에 어려움을 겪고, 동시에 시민단체나 소비자단체에서는 현 가이드라인에 따른 비식별화 절차가 개인정보를 보호하기에 충분하지 않다고 지적하고 있다. 본고에서는 비식별화 현황과 기술을 검토하고 현 가이드라인의 한계점을 보완 함으로써 데이터 활용 업체와 기관들의 정확한 비식별화를 돕고 빅데이터 활용의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

본 조사목적은 양돈농가와 유통업체 간의 원료돈 정산방법 중 등급판정결과를 활용한 가격정산 현황을 파악하여 돼지도체 등급제도에 대한 홍보 및 정책 수립 시 참고 자료로 활용하고자 조사를 수행하여 분석하였다. 조사대상은 '12년 8월 등급판정두수 1,168천 두 중 99.4%(1,161천두)를 조사하였으며, 조사업체로는 총 461개소(미파악 3개소포함)이며, 효율적인 자료 분석을 위해 전국식육점은 1개소로 계산하였다. 본 조사의 분석결과를 먼저 요약하면 등급별정산은 조사 두수 1,161천 두 중 경매를 포함하여 287천 두로 24.7%를 차지하였으며, 지급률정산(73.6%)에서 등급판정결과를 인센티브 등에 활용은 532천 두(45.8%)로 분석되어 등급판정결과를 활용한 정산은 70.5%로 분석되었다. 또한 등급판정결과인 도체중량 등지방 등의 활용을 포함하면 89.8%가 등급판정 결과 및 항목을 이용하여 가격정산에 활용하는 것으로 분석 되었다.

The utilization of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) has become increasingly important in educational endeavors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of the utilization of ICT in elementary schools and to investigate problems and tasks to be solved for the effective use of ICT. Concerning the first purpose, a survey was conducted in February 2000, and the results are reported in this paper. For the second purpose, hindering factors are analyzed in relation to hardware, software, teacher training, curriculum, and administrative and financial support. Undoubtedly, ICT has been playing an important role in education. The effectiveness of this role largely depends upon how ICT is utilized in educational setting. Thus educators should carefully consider all aspects of the implementation of ICT, and devote efforts to solve problems occurring in the process of the implementation.

The purpose of this article is to review the status of designation and preservation, management of national prehistoric sites and to suggest future applications. Prior to the discussion, the overall status of national prehistoric sites was reviewed. Specifically, the current status of designation, designated area, and distribution by region of national prehistoric sites according to the period and nature of the sites were examined in detail. Next, in order to understand the preservation and management of national prehistoric sites, I report the results of field trips to several sites, such as Geomdan-ri in Ulju, Songguk-ri in Buyeo, and Seoktaek-ri in Hongseong, and propose some measures for preservation, maintenance, and management of the remains. Finally, by referring to cases of US national historic sites such as protection, conservation, operation and management system and academic research project of cultural heritage, it is necessary to consider the need for a direction of the utilization that considers both socio-economic aspects as well as education and research on cultural heritage. The active use of cultural heritage can be a measure that leads to the continuous preservation and management of the sites, and ultimately will be a shortcut to increasing the value of national prehistoric sites.
