최근 기후변화로 인해 매년 국지적 가뭄이 발생하여 가뭄 피해가 확대되고, 전국적인 물 부족상황이 우려됨에 따라 기상청에서는 '기상가뭄예보'를 통해 대국민, 유관기관을 대상으로 기상가뭄의 현황 및 전망 정보를 제공하고 있다. 기상가뭄예보는 기상청 확률장기예보를 반영하여 강수발생확률이 가장 높았을 경우를 기준으로 지역별 기상학적 가뭄 발생 상황을 예상하는 것으로, '1개월'과 '3개월' 단위로 예보하고 있다. 1개월 전망은 가뭄 현황 및 전망(발표일로부터 4주후 일요일 전망) 정보를 매주 목요일에 제공하고 있으며, 3개월 전망은 3개월간의 전망정보를 관계부처 합동으로 가뭄 예·경보를 통해 매월 10일경에 제공하고 있다. 기상가뭄을 판단하는 기준은 6개월 표준강수지수로, 가뭄단계를 4단계(약한-보통-심한-극심한)로 구분하여 기상가뭄을 판단하고, 지역별(167개 시·군)로 나눠 가뭄지도 형태로 정보를 제공한다. 기상가뭄 현황을 분석하는데 활용되고 있는 자료는 최근 강수량(3·6·12개월 등의 일정 기간 지역별 누적강수량), 6개월 표준강수지수 기준 기상가뭄 발생지역 현황, 기후 감시 자료 등의 내용으로 이를 분석하여 현황 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 전망 자료는 1·3개월 확률장기예보 확률결과를 기반으로 가뭄전망 값을 반영하여 생산한 기상가뭄 전망 결과 및 기상가뭄 발생 예상지역 등의 정보를 기상가뭄예보문으로 작성하여 날씨누리(http://www.kma.go.kr)와 수문기상 가뭄정보 시스템(http://hydro.kma.go.kr/hd)을 통해 정보를 제공하고 있다. 장기간의 강수량 부족으로 시작되는 가뭄은 다양한 형태의 물부족 현상을 유발시키므로 기상가뭄 정보를 활용하여 가뭄에 대해 선제적으로 대응하는 것이 중요하므로 기상청에서는 선제적이고 체계적으로 가뭄에 대응할 수 있도록 기상가뭄예보 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 지속적으로 제고하여 국민이 공감하고 우리나라에 맞는 기상가뭄 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 노력해 나갈 것이다.

지식경제부에서는 학교교육의 다양성 확대를 지원하고 체계적인 로봇교육 방안을 마련하고자, 초등학교 68개교를 대상으로 교구로봇과 교사 연수 등 교사의 로봇활용 지원체제를 구축한 후 교구로봇 시범교육사업을 실시하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초등 방과후학교의 교구로봇 시범교육사업에 대한 현황을 분석하여, 향후 교구로봇 확대사업에 대한 기초 자료 분석결과를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 시범교육사업 대상학교의 교육 개설 현황, 교구 및 교재 이용, 교 강사 현황과 학생만족도 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 초등학교에서 학생들의 창의력 향상, 로봇에 대한 관심 증대 등의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 적극적으로 수업에 참여하고 높은 집중 정도를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만 교재, 교구에 대한 개선 요구사항이 많은 것으로 나타나 학생들의 수준에 맞는 적절한 교재와 학생들의 다양한 활동을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 교구의 구성이 뒷받침 되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

최근 기업에서는 사무생산성을 향상시키기 위하여 조직의 특성에 맞는 사무자동화 기기를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 조직에 따라 OA추진 방식이 다양하므로 OA 추진현황을 분석하여 성공적으로 OA를 추진할 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있다면 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라의 OA현황을 조사분석하여 기업이 OA를 추진하는데 가장 적합한 추진방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 개략적인 OA추진운영 현황을 파악한 후 추진특성별 운영방식과 추진운영별 도입성과를 확인하여 OA도입성과를 극대화하는 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구조사를 위해 OA 추진 업체와 OA 관련 종사자를 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과는 대기업의 경우 OA가 일정수준에까지 도달하였으며, 대부분 장단기계획을 수립한 후에 OA를 추진하고 있으나 투자비용 제한, 개발인력 부족, OA기기에 대한 저항감과 같은 문제점을 안고 있는 실정이므로 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 마련하여 OA를 활성화하는 것이 바람직하다. OA실무자는 단순반복업무를 담당하고 있어 업무처리와 관리방식 개선과 같은 근본적인 업무를 거의 하지 못하고 있다. OA도입성과를 극대화하여 성공적으로 OA를 추진운영하기 위해서는 장기계획을 수립하여 추진하고 실무자의 의견을 반영하여 중대형 컴퓨터와 연계활용해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

플라즈마 토치를 이용한 시료의 가스화용융 기술에 대하여 원리, 적용 분야, 그리고 현황에 대하여 소개한다. 플라즈마 토치는 아크방전이나 고주파에 의하여 상압 조건에서 기체를 열플라즈마로 만드는 장치이며, 산업적으로 대규모의 시료를 처리할 때는 주로 아크방전을 이용한 토치가 사용된다. 최근에는 이 플라즈마 토치가 주로 폐기물의 가스화 용융에 활용되고 있는데 이는 폐기물을 고온에서 처리할 경우 친환경적인 처리가 가능하며 경우에 따라서는 발생되는 합성가스를 이용하여 고효율로 전기를 생산할 수도 있기 때문이다. 또한 플라즈마 토치는 밀폐된 로에서 소량의 가스로 고온에서 동작할 수 있기 때문에 방사성폐기물이나 플럭스 등을 친환경적으로 용융하는 것이 가능하므로 이러한 적용 분야도 증가하고 있다. 이 발표에서는 플라즈마 토치기술과 이를 이용한 가스화/응용기술의 기본적인 소개와 함께 플라즈마 가스화용융기술을 이용한 폐기물의 가스화용융기술의 세계 현황과 국내현황, 그리고 GS플라텍의 기술 현황에 대하여 소개한다. 아울러 몇가지 구체적인 실제 플랜트를 소개하고 실제 가동 데이터와 상업적 운전 결과에 대하여도 소개하고자 한다.

Video content is often used as a means of education due to the characteristics of the medium: representation, information delivery, immersion, and experience. In particular, religious films are being used more often in public schools and religious communities to promote understanding and inspiration. The purpose of this study is to examine how Daesoon Jinrihoe utilizes video content via the film, The Road to Peace and Harmony, and the videos that were made for the Museum of Daesoon Jinrihoe Museum. The study will also make suggestions regarding the future use of such contents. In Section 2 of this study, the status of the video contents as currently used by Daesoon Jinrihoe will be examined and analyzed in terms of how the film, The Road to Peace and Harmony, and the videos produced for the Museum of Daesoon Jinrihoe are being utilized. In Section 3, the limitations of Daesoon Jinrihoe's video contents will be considered in that these materials in terms of how these videos are only used within the religious order. There is the potential that such materials could be used in broader society. Lastly, in Section 4, it is proposed that video materials produced by Daesoon Jinrihoe could be used within multicultural religious education in a public setting beyond mere in-group religious education. Through this, it is hoped that Daesoon Jinrihoe will be able to expand as a world religion in a more timely manner than what would otherwise be achieved.

This study was designed to identify the expected effects and implications of STEAM education using open source-based knitwear to be designed as an open source task in the future by analyzing the current status, trends and case studies of domestic and foreign STEAM education using open source widely used in various fields. As a research method, the theoretical examination was conducted based on the literature research, and the current status and trend of STEAM education using open source at home and abroad were investigated and analyzed. As a result, the social interest in STEAM education using open source was confirmed to be increasing, and the education was designed for the purpose of generating interest, self directed learning ability, and creative thinking development, and the positive effects of the education were visible. Based on these implications, the expected effects of using an open source made knitter are presented and the design direction and significance of the STEAM training to be designed in the future are reviewed.

The purpose of this survey was to examine the trend, purpose, and overall needs on the use of music by the baby boomer generation. On 87 participants aged from 57 to 66 living in five cities of Korea, online and offline surveys were conducted. As a result, first, the baby boomer generation mostly listened to popular music on their mobile phones when taking a rest alone, and it has been confirmed that the purpose of music use was for happiness, hobby, confidence, and fulfillment in order. Second, there was shown that the baby boomer generation hope to do singing and lyric-discussion in a club setting. Third, for the purpose of music use according to genders, there was found that female participants more significantly focused on volunteering than male. It is meaningful that this study could provide basic data to develop music programs considering characteristics of the baby boomer generation.

As commercialization of the Internet has brought flood of information and the proportion of electronic source in the library collection has been gradually increasing, it is highly important for the library to quickly obtain and utilize the latest information. SDI service is expected to fulfill the needs providing the latest information swiftly and accurately to the digital library users. This study seeks to analyze the current standing of practical application of the SDI service in the universities of South Korea based on surveys and make a proposal on the advancement and extension of the SDI service.

This paper presumes the size and status of the deviation from S&T workforce career-path throughout the whole life cycle. For this purpose, we make a operational definition and analyzing framework for career departure of S&T workforce and then find out some results as followings. For example, the career departure is more serious in the utilization phase of S&T workforce than the training phase and the qualitative career departure is a still more important problem at both phase. Finally, we suggest some policy implications to solve these problems.

This paper reviews various surveys on the Internal users and the Internal one con-ducted in Korea, the United States and the United Kingdom. By the comparisons and analyses of these survey results, this paper intended to provide visions on the future direction In the Internet service provision and the Internet uses in general.
