This study was tried for revitalization of the traditional markets, at which were located the same business district of grand supermarket of an urban area in Seoul. The Myung-Il Market, one of traditional markets near the Gang-Dong Homeplus was selected for this research. In our research including the survey from the 63 purchasers' samples of Myung-Il traditional Market, the policy to strengthen the traditional market's ability was suggested to use the price and hygiene factors which affecting on the customers' satisfaction significantly. And the other complementary stategic factors, service and geographical area factors, were induced which were significantly relating to the 100 samples of purchasers at Gang-Dong Homeplus as the grand modern market. Therefore this research suggests the maintaining and enhancement strategy related to price and the hygiene factors should be impressed on the preferential basis for revitalization the traditional markets. And the other strategy which including service and geographical area factors as from the grand modern market's survey result will be considerated complementarily.

This study is related with globalization development plans of the convergence systems and policies for domestic fire industry. The current issues are analysed from the condition of the policy enforcement of fire industry promotion and analysis results of the fire industry's environment. Consequently, advanced plans of promotion law and overseas expansion plans for fire industry is proposed, Especially, overseas expansion plans include technology policy strategies and activate plans of overseas expansion support for fire industry. Plans of overseas expansion support for fire industry are discussed in terms of three detailed plans including with diversification of foreign exhibitions support of fire industry, dispatch expansion of overseas market pioneer and expansion of the asian emerging markets. Especially, plans of expansion of the asian emerging markets will lead the strategic performances including with establishment of superiority in domestic fire system, provision of infrastructure abroad in domestic fire industry and of Induction of establishment in domestic fire inspection systems.

The engineering competitiveness of domestic construction companies is 70$\sim$80% of advanced countries. And Korean' companies fall behind China and South-East Asia in a competitive price. Recently, there are increased the amount of overseas order received in Korean construction companies. But, there is not enough the supporting policy of government. Therefore, this research compared and analyzed the competitiveness of domestic construction companies throughout benchmarking support system of overseas construction in advanced companies. Such research was obtained through business trip & consultation with related specialists for the difficulties of domestic companies in advancing into overseas market. This research provided governmental plans to advance into overseas market. First, this research provided assurance system and connected plan of ODA(Official Development Assistant) in construction. Second, this research suggested the improvement of overseas marketing survey and overseas construction marketing center. Third, this research provided the support system of bidding information and the training system of professionals.

As a part of the Saemangeum development, the Gunsan Bi-eung port is underway to be developed for a tourism complex. Since the perception and preferences of the residents are one of the most important steps for the project, those were surveyed and analyzed to generate a proposed vitalization plan. Based on the survey, most of residents had negative opinions on the current development and condition as well as the effectiveness of the development in the future. Residents also pointed out that leisure facilities and higher level of accommodation were necessary, and desired a coastal deck in the Bi-eung beach. Therefore, for vitalization of Bi-eung port area, construction of a comprehensive resort with sports and leisure facility is suggested to attract visitors. Also, efforts from residents and administrative supports are required in marketing, advertizement, and sound business environment.

본 연구에서는 지방의회 재출범 15년을 평가해 보고 충청지역(대전,충남,충북) 전문가그룹의 인식을 토대로 지방의회의 발전방안을 정책기능강화 측면과 주민참여활성화 측면으로 나누어 모색하였다. 정책기능의 강화를 위해서 본 연구에서는 전문 위원실 역할강화, 정책관련부서의 신설, 지방의원의 외유내실화, 상임위원회의 기준완화 등을 제안하였다. 그리고 지방의정에의 시민참여 활성화방안으로는 인터넷이나 케이블TV를 통한 의회활동중개, 의사일정의 고정과 적극적인 홍보, 주요의사 결정과정에 자문위원회 및 심의위원회의 대폭확대, 유급시민모니터링제도의 도입, 상임위원회에 민간위원의 참여(결정권 없이) 필요성 정도, 휴일의회 및 야간의회 개최 등의 방안을 제안하였다.

BIM 전기설계는 조달청 공고에 따라 공공부문에서 의무 적용을 시작하면 민간까지 점차 활성화 될 것으로 보이지만 기술적인 부분이 뒷받침이 되어야 조기정착 뿐만 아니라 관련분야 시장경제 활성화를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 하지만, BIM 활용가이드, 프로그램 등 활용상의 기술적인 부분이 개발되어 있지 않아 현실적인 어려움에 처해 있는 것이 사실이지만 이보다 더 시급한 것이 실무자들이 활용할 수 있는 기반을 마련해 주는 것이 더 시급하다. 그 일례로 BIM 설계에 필수요소인 라이브러리를 활용하고 공유하기 위한 기본체제인 라이브러리 표준화가 가장 시급한 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 논문에서는 BIM을 국내 전기설계시장에 조기 정착시켜 모든 용역에 대해 BIM을 적용할 수 있는 방안으로써 라이브러리의 표준화 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

미디어 플랫폼의 다양화로 인하여 다양한 교육방법이 시도되고 있으며, 특히 교육용기능성게임은 G-learning 베이스로 새로운 교육방법으로 제시되고 있다. 하지만 "게임"이라는 부정적 인식으로 인하여 저변확대가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 게임을 즐기고 자라난 게임세대들에 대한 인식전환과 교육용 기능성게임에 대한 교육적 효과검증을 통하여 교육용 기능성게임을 새로운 교육방법으로 활용하기 위하여는 사회적 인식전환과 저변확대가 우선순위이다. 이를 위하여는 일반인들에게 교육용기능성게임을 알릴 수 있는 대회를 활성화하여 인식의 전환과 효과를 직접 체험할 수 있도록 해야한다. 이를 위하여 국내외 교육용 기능성게임대를 분석하고 활성화 방안을 모색하여 새로운 교육패러다임전환에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 향후 국내 교육용 기능성게임 유저를 확산시켜줄 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 교육적 방법으로 활용할 수 있는 계기를 제시할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구에서는 국내의 정보보호관리시스템(ISMS)와 국외의 비즈니스연속성관리시스템(ISO22301)의 비교를 통해 ISO22301의 인증 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 또한, ISMS와 ISO22301의 정의 및 필요성, 인증, 인증혜택 등을 알아보고 ISO22301 인증 활성화 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 연구 결과 ISMS 인증은 의무이고 인증 혜택도 전문업체 지정 시 가산점, 입찰 과제선정 평가 시 가산점 부여 등 명확한 혜택이 있었으나 ISO22301은 조직의 명성강화 브랜드 보호 등 인증의 혜택보다는 인증의 효과적인 측면이 강하므로 ISMS의 인증 중 입찰 과제선정 평가 시 가산점 부여, 정보보호관련 보험 가입 시 할인 혜택 등 명확한 혜택을 부여한다면 현재 ISO22301 인증 보다 활성화 될 것으로 판단한다.

The purpose of this study is to study the methodology of deriving a policy that activates artificial intelligence from the governmental perspective in order to induce corporate growth by effectively grafting artificial intelligence technology into society and thereby improve individual and national competitiveness by creating new jobs. In order to derive activation plans, 1) detailed investigation of the domestic environment, 2) discovery of priority support fields and models that can be applied to artificial intelligence, 3) preparation of guidelines for activation and introduction, 4) specific methods for promoting and activating artificial intelligence Should be presented. The proposed artificial intelligence activation method performs a procedure to verify and confirm the effectiveness of artificial intelligence nurturing through a multi-faceted approach. The multi-faceted analysis approach includes business ecosystem aspects, industry-specific aspects including companies, technology fields, policy aspects, public and non-public services aspects, government-led and private-led aspects. Therefore, it can be reviewed as a method of inducing activation in various forms. In the future research field, it is necessary to prove the effectiveness of the proposed activation plan based on empirical data on artificial intelligence-based services. The expected effect of this study is to contribute to support the development of artificial intelligence technology and to establish related policies.
