최근 산업의 고도화에 따른 건물의 고층화로 하나 또는 그 이상의 승강기를 보유한 건물들이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 건물에서 화재와 같은 긴급한 재난 발생 시 피난계단을 이용하여 탈출해야 한다는 상식에도 불구하고 본능적으로 승강기를 이용하여 대피하려는 경향이 뚜렷하다. 화재상황에서 승강기 이용 시 독성의 연기 유입으로 피난 활동이 어려우며, 전원 차단으로 정지 시 연기에 질식사할 확률이 급증한다. 따라서 승강기 내부로의 고립이나 승강기를 이용한 피난활동 시 연기로부터 안전한 호흡장치의 개발을 위한 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tobacco cessation activities of the dental staffs in Wonju city. All 137 subjects were surveyed by structured questionnaire with convenience sampling. The distribution and correlation of attitude, behavior, and intervention were evaluated by both frequency test and ANOVA test. 75.2% of total subjects responded that the dental staff should give a model through prohibition of smoking and 66.5% responded that tobacco cessation activities should be responsibility of the dental staff. Tobacco cessation counsel was performed by little but with positive attitude. Advice method of tobacco cessation was used to counsel on tobacco cessation (68.6%). The dentists (48.2%) and dental hygienists (23.4%) were responded adequate for the tobacco cessation counselor, however, it was shown that the dentist had lower level of attitude about tobacco cessation than dental hygienist (p<0.01). The dental staff needs to participate in the tobacco cessation counseling program more regularly and actively. In order for the dental staffs gets the counsel effectively and intervene with tobacco cessation, it is essential that the education of tobacco cessation is integrated in dental school. Furthermore, it is necessary for the dental staffs to take continuing education for more effective understanding of tobacco cessation.

Spatial activities of Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) were investigated weekly using yellow sticky trap which were placed at three different height and monitored during four time periods. Yellow sticky trap placed at plant height caught significantly more L. trifolii (Burgess) than did traps placed at 30 and 60cm above plant height. Diel activities of L. trifolii (Burgess) were monitored with yellow sticky traps at 1- and 2-h intervals during three time periods. Leafminer flight activity in May, July and October peaked from 1400 to 1800 hours, 0800 hours and from 1200 to 1400 hours, respectively. 2nd peak of flight activity only occurred in May. Attraction of L. trifolii (Burgess) for yellow sticky traps was affected by temperature as well as solar intensity. Male of L. trifolii (Burgess) appeared more responsive to yellow sticky traps than female regardless of trap height or time of day.

In this study, the summary and characteristics of WHO International Safe Community are examined and the activities for the establishment of safe city were analyzed targeting Samcheok City in Gangwon-do which prepares for the certification of the International Safe Community. And, based on the result, this study intends to present the direction of establishment and development of international safe city to improve the regional safety. First, for the establishment of safe city, measures and programs for vulnerable classes and accidential forms in the area must be developed and operated continuously. Second, continuous and systematic activities must be done by establishing combined network between regional government association and relative organ and resident association in the area. Third, public policies for establishing safe city so as to improve regional safety, such as enactment of relative si/do ordinance, etc, must be prepared so as to operate it systematically. Finally, through the various activities by establishing international network, education, publicity activities and various informations must be acquired.

In this paper, multilevel models are adopted to identify interactions among household members in trip making behaviors. The multilevel approach is a proper methodology to handle samples, which are extracted from a hierarchical structure universe. PSTP dataset is used in developing models and understand proportion of variations among individuals and household. The results of this study show that for activity participation and travel behavior household level variance is more than 1/4 of person level variance and therefore not negligible. The results confirm the importance of multilevel model in travel behavior analysis.

프로젝트 학습은 구성원간의 협동을 통해 문제를 해결해 나가는 학습형태로 학습자의 문제해결력을 높일 수 있는 방법이며, 프로젝트 학습에서의 평가는 교사의 조언과 지도를 통해 학생의 학습 능력을 향상시키는데 도움을 준다. 그러나, 협동학습에서는 일명 '무임승차'라는 문제점이 발생할 수 있어 오프라인 상태에서의 학습활동시 교사가 학생 개개인의 프로젝트 학습 능력을 측정 및 관리하기가 정확하게 이루어지기에 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹상에서 이루어지는 프로젝트 학습시, 학습자에게 효과적으로 조언과 지도를 통하여 학습수행능력을 향상시킬 목적으로 개별 학습자의 프로젝트활동을 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 평가는 프로젝트 중 평가와 프로젝트 후 평가로 이루어지며, 단계별 평가 기준 관점은 Chard가 제시한 프로젝트 활동 평가 준거를 참고하여 정하였고, 루브릭 평가 방법을 도입하여 세 가지 단계로 제시하였다.

교통수단의 발달과 경제활동이 활발해짐에 따라 많은 오염문제가 발생하였는데, 특히 대도시를 중심으로 차량과 경제활동에 필요한 에너지 소비의 증대로 대기오염의 심각성은 더욱 커지게 되었다. 일반적으로 대기중 분진의 발생원은 토사의 재비산이나 해염입자, 화분 등과 같은 자연적인 발생인과 산업시설, 소각시설, 가정난방, 수송수단 이용 등의 인간활동에 의한 인위적인 배출원으로 대별된다. 그런데 환경오염 측면에서 보면 인위적인 배출원의 영향은 자연적 발생원에 비해 그 영향이 보다 폭넓고 중요하게 다뤄지고 있다. (중략)
