Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate pediatric nurse parent partnership and factors associated with this partnership. Methods: A survey was conducted with 158 nurses working in pediatric practice at one of 7 hospitals in Seoul, Incheon, and Chungcheongbuk Province. Data were collected from September to December 2013, and analyzed with SPSS Windows 21.0. Results: In hierarchial multiple regression analysis, self-efficacy (${\beta}$=.19, p=.016), clinical decision making (${\beta}$=.15, p=.046), and empowerment (${\beta}$=.29, p=.001) were associated with pediatric nurse parent partnership, after adjusting for marital status, children, education, position and satisfaction with work unit. These factors accounted for 44.0% of the variance in the pediatric nurse parent relationship. Conclusion: These results suggest that pediatric nurse parent partnership could be influenced by the predictors. Ultimately, intervention programs focusing on these factors should be effective in helping pediatric nurses improve partnership with parents.

The function of music in a motion picture ranges widely from supporting the storyline to being the main storyline delivering the major plots. This trend and can be seen in recently produced films, advertising as well as in music videos. Many attempts were made to express music visually in the past. But it was through Disney's creative production, "Fantasia", that such attempts became a reality in a motion picture. This paper will look into the difference between the "Fantasia" and "Fantasia 2000" through a comparative analysis of the correlation between the musical element and the storyline of the 2 Disney animation movies. The most distinct difference is that the "Fantasia" has a storyline that is faithful to the original interpretation of the true meaning of the music, while, on the other hand, the "Fantasia 2000" has a storyline that endeavors to express the special features of the overall sound of individual pieces as best as possible. And the differences between the two animations, thus compiled, is hoped to facilitate and enhance a better understanding of the two Disney's finest animations.

Purpose: Dynamic Replacement Method currently lacks of sufficient research, implementation cases, and case histories, compared with other comparable methods, such as Dynamic Compaction Method. Method: In this study, for Dynamic Replacement Method, the effective improvement depth and improved strength were analyzed for silty clayey soils. Results: Testbed test was performed to verify the effectiveness of Dynamic Replacement Method followed by the main dynamic replacement implementation on real construction site. Conclusion: A The effects of changes of soft ground depth, dynamic replacements' diameter, depth, spacing, and applied energy on dynamic replacement efficiency in silty clays were assessed and the followings were found: Empirical coefficient for soil $n_R$ of Dynamic Replacement Method was within the range of 0.14~0.32 and its ${\sqrt{WH}}$ is recommended to be 1.25~2.5 times of those from Dynamic Compaction Method.

■ Objectives This clinical study is to report the effect of Korean medicine on patient with hot flushing ■ Methods A patient who suffered from hot flushing was treated with herbal medicine 'Gami Ahnjeonbaekho-tang', acupuncture, moxibustion and pharmaco-acupuncture. Degree and frequency of flushing were measured. Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) was used to estimate the temperature of skin surface for the outcome assessment ■ Results After taking Gami Ahnjeonbaekho-tang, degree and frequency of hot flushing reduced and skin temperature of patient was reduced on DITI. ■ Conclusion This clinical case study showed the effect of Korean medicine on hot flushing
