21세기는 창의력과 적응력이 국가 발전의 척도가 된다. 지식 격차를 줄이고, 창의력과 적응력을 효과적으로 습득하기 위해서는 책읽기가 필요하다. 결국 독서문화의 성숙 없이는 급격하게 변화하는 국제환경에 올바로 적응하기 힘들며 국가 경쟁력을 가지기도 힘들뿐만 아니라 국가 발전도 요원하게 된다. 따라서 책을 읽을 수 있도록 하는 사회, 교육환경을 개선하는 일이야말로 그 어떤 인프라구축보다도 시급히 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of older workers career adaptability on turnover intention and to examine the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention and to investigate the effect of perception on older workers on work engagement. A total of 458 cases were analyzed. The major findings were as follows: First, it was found that there was a negative relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention. Second, it was found that work engagement meditated the relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention. Third, the mediation effect of work engagement in the relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention did not differ according to perception on older workers. Based on the findings, practical implications about older workers' career adaptability and the way how to hold older workers.

The purpose of this study was to understand and develop various environmental designs to play a key roles in urban design, so that public green spaces remain vital with future changes. Variability in space, ecology, and society were analyzed based on research of variable environmental spaces in 11 selected studies conducted locally and abroad since the 2010s. Moreover, landscape characteristics, design methods, and design strategies were analyzed accordingly for each case. The results of the study showed that variability in landscapes provided various possibilities for spatial change and satisfied people's functional needs for spatial use. In addition, variable environmental design greatly compensated for the defects by solving the issues associated with fixed landscapes by increasing the flexibility of use and adaptability to the environment. This study showed that variable design is applicable to public green spaces; environmental stress; and variability in architecture, the environment, and landscaping, and it contributes to enhancing the sustainability and resilience of the environment.

스트림 데이터를 생성하는 응용의 증가로 스트림 데이터 처리에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 응용의 예로 센서네트워크, 모니터링, Selective dissemination of information(SDI)등이 있다. 특히 SDI와 같은 웹 환경의 응용은 XML을 기반으로 스트림 데이터 처리에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다. XML은 웹상의 데이터 교환의 표준으로 웹 응용의 증가로 인해 스트림 데이터 처리 분야에서도 XML을 사용하는 스트림 데이터 처리 시스템에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 XML을 기반으로 하는 기존의 시스템들은 정적인 질의계획을 사용하여 스트림 데이터를 처리하기 때문에 동적으로 변하는 스트림 데이터에 적응력있게 대처할 수 있다. 이와 달리 관계 데이터 모델을 사용하는 스트림 데이터 처리 시스템은 동적인 질의 계획과 질의 처리 연산자의 라우팅(스케쥴링) 기법을 사용하여 적응력있는 질의처리를 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 관계 데이터 모델을 사용하는 시스템의 적응력있는 질의처리 모델을 XML을 기반으로 하는 시스템에 적용하는 기법들에 대하여 설명한다. 그리고 XML을 기반으로 하는 기존의 대표적인 시스템인 YFilter[7]와 본 논문의 제안하는 시스템과의 질의처리 성능을 비교 평가한다.

As we are getting to deal with more applications that generate streaming data such as sensor network, monitoring, and SDI (selective dissemination of information), active research is being conducted to support efficient processing of queries over streaming data. The applications on the Web environment like SDI, among others, require query processing over streaming XML data, and its investigation is very important because XML has been established as the standard for data exchange on the Web. One of the major problems with the previous systems that support query processing over streaming XML data is that they cannot deal adaptively with dynamically changing stream because they rely on static query plans. On the other hand, the stream query processing systems based on relational data model have achieved adaptiveness in query processing due to query operator routing. In this paper, we propose a system of adaptive query processing over streaming XML data in which the model of adaptive query processing over streaming relational data is applied. We compare our system with YFiiter, one of the representative systems that provide XML stream query processing capability, to show efficiency of our system.

최근 생체인식시스템의 개발에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라서 성능을 측정할 수 있는 적절한 평가의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 실제 생체인식시스템의 성능평가는 매우 단순한 항목들로 구성되어 있어서 실질적으로 도움이 되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실제 생체인식시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해, 환경적 요소와 사용자집단의 유형을 분석함으로써 시스템의 환경적응력을 평가할 수 있는 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 결과로 환경적 영향에 대한 정량적 측정의 가능성을 볼 수 있었다.

Location-based service providing the customized information or service according to the user's location has attracted a lot of attention from the mobile communication industry. The service is realized by means of several building blocks, a localization scheme, service platform, application and service. The localization scheme figures out a moving target's position through measuring and processing a wireless signal. In this paper, we propose an adaptive localization scheme in an indoor localization system based on IEEE 802.15.4 standard. In order to enhance the localization accuracy, the proposed scheme selects the best reference points and adaptively reflects the changes of propagation environments of a moving target to approximate distances between the target and the reference points in RSS(Received Signal Strength) based localization system using triangulation. Through the implementation of the localization system, we verify the performance of the proposed scheme in terms of the localization accuracy.

But we can't use current homepages of schools in making characteristic information or sharing educational resources. In this study, this I-CUBE system with RSS was designed and embodied for sharing characteristic educational activities and works in schools. Currently, I-CUBE is being under experimental test for sharing education activities and making community in elementry schools,.

우리나라의 굴 양식업은 1970년대 수하식 굴 양식기술 개발보급으로 계속 증대 발전하였으나, 연안의 산업화와 도시화에 의한 수질환경 악화 그리고 장기간의 집약적 양식에 의한 어장 노화와 양식 굴의 품종 열화 등에 원인하여 1990년대에 들어서면서 양식 생산량이 점차 감소하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 따라서 굴 양식의 지속적 생산 방안의 모색을 위하여 환경 적응력이 강한 굴 품종을 선발하고 변화된 어장환경을 이해하고자, 산지별 굴의 양성 해역별 양성시험을 실시하여 굴의 성장도, 비만도 및 생존율의 비교 조사와 그리고 환경조사 등을 실시하였다.
