Recently, Namak New Town is under construction adjacent to Mokpo City, and New Great Harbour Bridge between Mokpo City and Koha Island is designed to be built across Inner Harbour of Mokpo. Citizens' concerns about and participations in 「Campaign for Shaping Mokpo into Beautiful Seaport」 are required to make up the sight of Mokpo harbour beautifully. The of 「Master Plan for the Development of Beautiful Mokpo Seaport」 was reviewed. Citizens' levels of consciousness of and participation in 「Campaign for Shaping Mokpo into Beautiful Seaport」 were ascertained through questionnaire surveys of citizenry opinions, and prerequisites and requirements for the success of 「Master Plan for the Development of Beautiful Mokpo Seaport」 were suggested on the basis of the results of questionnaire surveys. As most of citizens are not satisfied with the existing urban environment in Mokpo City, the urban environment and the view of Mokpo are required to be made up according to the natural, social and environmental characteristics of Mokpo and its adjacent Islands in coastal waters. In order to cultivate citizens' basic cultural consciousness and sense of public kindness, cleanliness and orderliness, various educational programs are required to be developed and executed. Only when local government of Mokpo City collects the public opinions and continues to shape Mokpo into international beautiful seaport in the direction of a reflex of public opinion, Mokpo harbour can be made up into international beautiful seaport successfully with citizens' positive participation in citizenry practicable action plan.

This study examines the concepts and functional characteristics of consciousness in comparison of memory and attention from the perspective of information processing. It also provides an understanding of the relationships between the three as hypothetical constructs. Consciousness is regarded as too ambiguous a concept to be understood and accepted as a mental construct without the inclusion of memory and attention in any conceptualization. We need one criterion to count satisfactorily as an explanation of consciousness in information processing. Consciousness would be a subjective awareness of momentary experience and also have the characteristic of an operating system performing control and consolidation in information processing. This could be called cognitive consciousness which refers to a subjective awareness and an executive control system, even though those are not equivalent concepts. Consciousness, memory and attention, three mental constructs could operate dependently or independently depending on the specific tasks conditioned in many information processing levels whose modules with three mental constructs could operate in hierarchy. In this premise, working memory could not be a unitary system, contrary to those of Baddeley and Hitch(1974) and Baddeley(1992, 2000), just being a mental workplace consisting of two components: the phonological loop, and the visual-spatial sketchpad without the episodic buffer and a central executive which are the characteristics of consciousness. In the continuum of information processing, the conscious processes and the unconscious processes seem not to be totally different and contrasting processes.

의학의 발달과 산업화로 인한 생활환경의 향상은 인류에게 질병으로 인한 고통이나 사망의 위험에서 벗어나게 해 주었다. 그러나 최근 우리사회에서 일어나고 있는 대형 안전사고로 인한 사망이나 부상피해는 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 이는 사회 전반에 퍼져있는 안전의식의 결여가 낳은 결과로, 사고를 사전에 예방하고, 사고로 인한 인명피해를 줄이기 위해서 모든 국민은 안전교육의 중요성을 인지하고, 교육의 활성화를 위해 노력해야 한다. 특히, 감수성이 예민하고 지식이나 가치관, 태도의 형성과정에 있는 어린이들에게 안전의식을 체계적으로 형성하고 관련지식을 갖도록 하는 것은 중요하다. 일선 학교 교사들도 안전교육의 필요성은 느끼지만, 교육적으로 활용할 수 있는 자료는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학생을 위한 안전교육 코스웨어를 연구하여 이를 아동들이 언제 어디서나 웹을 통하여 학습할 수 있는 장을 마련함으로써 아동들에게 안전에 대한 경각심과 안전의식을 심어주는데 목적이 있다.

혼례는 인류가 시작되면서부터 가장 중요한 의식으로 여겼고, 각 민족의 오랜 전통으로 계승되어 현재까지 이어져오고 있다. 혼인의례는 인간이 한생을 살면서 치르는 의례 중 가장 큰 의식으로 혼인대례(婚姻大禮)라고 한다. 혼례는 몇 십 년 동안 서로 다른 환경에서 살아온 두 남녀가 합쳐 가정을 이루고, 자식을 낳아 인류의 번영을 이루는 것으로, 우리 인간에게 생애 가장 중요한 전환점이자, 인간만이 행하는 의식이라고 할 수 있다. 혼례는 단순히 두 남녀의 결합이 아니라 집안과 집안의 만남, 서로 다른 가풍과 가풍의 만남, 그리고 남과 여라는 음(陰)과 양(陽)의 조화이다. 이렇듯 작게는 남녀 개개인에서 크게는 집안, 문화의 만남으로 이루어지는 것이 혼례이다. 따라서 혼례를 치를 때 갖추는 예는 단순한 형식에 머무는 것이 아니라 몸과 마음을 다해 배우자와 배우자 집안 어른들에게 올리는 정성이라고 할 수 있다. 이처럼 혼례는 한 인간과 한 집안에서 가장 큰 경사인 셈이다. 새로 사람을 맞아 가족으로 받아 들이는 것만큼 중요하고 경사스러운 일도 없을 것이다. 신랑과 신부가 가족, 친지, 지인들이 모인 자리에서 서약을 맺고, 이들에게 따뜻한 축복을 받는다는 것은 일생 최대의 행복이다.

2005년 4월 강원도 산불로 인해 낙산사 화재가 발생하여 많은 문화재의 손실이 발생하여 문화재에 대한 소중함과 경각심을 일깨워 주었으며 화재로 인해 발생하는 문화재 손실을 막기 위해 많은 노력이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 강원도 중요 목조문화재인 낙산사 화재 발생 후 6년이 지난 현 지점에서, 주민 방재의식조사를 통해 낙산사 주변지역의 방재의식 변화에 대해 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 문화재 방재대책을 제안하고자 한다.

개방화시대, 21세기 선진국 대열로 진입하기 위해서는 과학기술의 발전없이는 불가능하다. 과학기술의 발전을 위해서는 과학기술에 종사하는 전문가들의 헌신적인 노력과 뚜렷한 사명감이 절실한데 그들은 지금 어떤 환경에 있으며 어떤 의식을 갖고 있나, 국내ㆍ외에 거주하는 과학기술자 1천2백69명을 대상으로 서면에 의한 설문조사를 했다. 이 설문조사는 한국과학재단의 지원으로 박택규(건국대교수), 이걸삼(과총사무처장) 그리고 필자가 공동으로 수행했는데 이번호에는 우리나라에 유치되어있는 고급기술자 1백50명과 재외 한국인과학기술자 3백50명 등 모두 5백명을 대상으로 한 해외한국과학기술자의 의식조사 내용을 소개한다.

오늘날 컴퓨터는 우리 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 중요한 기능을 담당하고 있으며, 20세기 초에 컴퓨터가 만들어진 이후로 인류사회는 여러 분야에서 이들 컴퓨터에 의한 새로운 조류를 경험하고 있다. 이들 정보화의 도래는 우리의 생활 전반을 변화시키고 있으며, 이들 변화의 물결 속에서 우리는 긍정적인 영향과 아울러 부정적인 영향이 동시에 공존하는 사회를 경험하고 있다. 특히, 컴퓨터의 발달과 정보화 시대의 도래는 무한한 정보를 공유할 수 있는 유익한 공간을 제공하는 동시에 프라이버시 침해 등 많은 범죄의 온상이 되는 공간을 제공하는 이중성을 보이고 있다. 우리의 선택여하에 관계없이 이미 우리는 정보화 환경에 속하게 되었으며, 이로써 발생되는 많은 문제점을 인식하고 해결해 나가야할 책임과 의무가 불가피한 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 사용에 있어서의 많은 폐해들을 기술적인 측면을 뛰어넘어 보다 근본적인 문제인 윤리의식에 초점을 맞추어 그 대응방안 및 해결책을 모색하고자 하였다. 즉, 컴퓨터 윤리의식에 대한 학자들의 많은 논쟁들을 비교분석하고 나아가 바람직한 도덕적 미래를 위해 가능하거나 필요한 현실적 노력들을 제시하도록 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 농산물 수입개방에 대한 소비자 의식과 농산물을 구매할 때의 평가기준, 구매 이유 등의 구매태도가 농촌과 도시 소비자간에 어떤 차이를 보이는가를 조사함으로써 급속히 변화된 국제시장환경에 대처하기 위한 소비자측면의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 조사대상은 서울, 인천, 김포 지역에 거주하는 20세 이상의 남녀 214명이었으며 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였고, 분석방법은 SPSS PC 프로그램을 이용하여 지역간의 차이를 $X^2로$ 검정하였다. 농촌 소비자가 도시 소비자보다 농산물 시장개방에 대하여 더 큰 피해 의식을 가지고 있었으며 이에 대한 대응방안에 대하여도 도시소비자는 재래품종개발, 공산품위주의 산업구조 편성, 유통절차의 간소화로 응답한 반면 농촌소비자는 식량안정지급에 필요한 주곡류 육성, 정부지원 등으로 응답하였다. 또한 구매 태도에서는 우리 농산물의 품질을 인정하면서도 도시와 농촌이 모두 가격이 싼 수입 농산물을 선호하는 양상을 보였으며 구매장소, 평가기준 등에는 도시와 농촌간에 차이를 보였다.

The drone market, an unmanned aerial vehicle, is rapidly expanding and developing into an important area related to the huge changes in the traffic system of the future. With various technologies on the fourth industrial revolution, including drones, mentioned at the Davos Forum in January 2016, interest in drones is emerging as an explosive demand for national certificates. The number of drone pilots, which was only 400 in 2015, is continuing to surpass 17,000 as of 2018. Therefore, this study analyzed the safety perception of the pilots based on the DREEM (Dundee ready environmental assessment) model designed to evaluate the educational environment along with the current state of drone education in Korea. This led to the conclusion that the high level of satisfaction of the pilot with the educational environment contributes to the overall safety perception, including compliance with procedures.

The purpose of this research is to arouse attention to the importance of eliminating the 'Shadow Encroaching Phenomena on the Essence' in advertising expression by interdisciplinarily applying ethicality. This research shows that when advertising expression is planned and executed without enough consideration of ethicality, short-term effectiveness to reach goals can be increased, but it is easy to induce an unintended 'Shadows' Boomerang Phenomena'. This research also proposes that such processes arouse consumers' ethical defense mechanisms, possibly causing the 'Shadow Encroaching Phenomena' in the end. In conclusion, this research proposes the following. First, the pursuit of commercial profit in a capitalistic society must be done under the premise of securing a consensus of ethicality in a common society. Second, under the premise of an integrated process of education, sharing, execution, and confirmation of ethicality, companies can achieve both the micro-practical goal of profit pursuit and the macro-environmental goal of ecological sympathy.
