Relationships among Nursing Practice Environment and Turnover Intention of Hospital Nurses: The Mediating Effect of The Work-Life Balance (간호사의 간호근무환경과 이직의도 관계 : 워라벨(일과 삶의 균형)의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the mediating effect of WLB on the relationship between the nursing practice environment and turnover intention of nurses. Data were collected from October 5 to October 30, 2020 for 144 nurses for more than 6 months at three general hospitals located in A-do. Data analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. As a result of the study, WLB was partial mediating role in the relationship between the nursing practice environment and turnover intention. Therefore, in order to reduce the turnover rate of nurses, it is necessary to develop and apply programs along with organizational human resource management strategies to positively improve the nursing practice environment of nurses and to promoting WLB. Based on the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data to reduce the turnover rate of nurses by positively recognizing the nursing practice environment of nurses and improving WLB.

  • This paper is written to introduce a multimedia tutoring system for nondestructive testing using personal computer. Nondestructive testing, one of the chief methods for inspecting welds and many other components, is very difficult for the NDT inspectors to understand its technical basis without a wide experience. And it is necessary for considerable repeated education and training for keeping their knowledge. The tutoring system that can simulate NDT works is suggested to solve the above problem based on reasonable condition. The tutoring system shows basic theories of nondestructive testing in a book-style with video images and hyper-links, and it offers practices, in which users can simulate the testing equipment. The book-style and simulation practices provide effective and individual environments for learning nondestructive testing.

  • 갈대(Phragmites communis Trin.)란 염분이 있는 곳에서 자라는 염생식물로서 우리나라 전역에 분포하고 있다. 지난 50년 동안 우리나라의 여러 습지에 걸쳐서 갈대는 우점종으로 자라왔고, 육지와 수중서식지에서 갈대의 확산범위는 증가하고 있다. 갈대의 확산은 다른 습지 식물의 서식지를 파괴하고, 갈대가 번식하면 동 식물들의 번식 자체가 어려울 뿐 아니라 갈대숲에 포식자가 늘어나 살아가기 어려운 환경으로 변하기때문에 갈대를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구는 우점종이 다른 두 습지에서 갈대군집의 성장률을 관찰하고, 토양의 화학적 분석과 식물의 생리적 분석을 통해 갈대군집 성장에 미치는 영양염류의 영향을 규명하였다. 연구 대상지는 한강하구에 위치한 장항습지와 성동습지로서 동일하게 갈대가 분포하며, 장항습지에는 줄 군락이 성동습지에는 새섬매자기 군락이 우점하고 있다. 분석 항목은 이화학적 항목을 비롯하여 용존유기탄소(DOC, dissolved organic carbon), 체외미생물효소활성도(Extracellular enzyme activities), 암모니아성 질소($NH_4^+$), 질산성 질소($NO_3^-$)을 분석하였다. 실험결과, 두 습지 갈대의 성장은 7월부터 9월에 증가하였고 성동습지의 토양성분이 점토질로 형성되어 높은 수분함량과 유기물함량을 유지하고 있기 때문에 갈대의 밀도가 높고 성장률이 활발한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 미생물활성과 환경인자간 양의 상관관계를 보아 환경인자들이 미생물 활성을 자극하고 미생물들은 식물의 성장을 촉진하여 영향을 주며, 반면 식물 뿌리는 enzyme을 생성하는 미생물에게 C 삼출물을 공급해 enzyme 활성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다.

  • SMIL supports synchronization and nice screen form environments among various multimedia data. Thus it is utilized widely in the fields of internet virtual lecture, internet broadcasting, and so on. Those kinds of system which can be applied flexibly in spite of the change of environments are required continuously with important issue, and depending upon the trends the function of SMIL is upgraded step by step. In this paper main function of SMIL is analyzed and modeled depending upon object oriented methodology. Also I propose some class model which is inspired iron service combinator. Suggested class model can be tuned by user easily if he wants to optimize system environments.

  • In this paper, it represents the design requirements to make apartment houses comfortable in acoustic environments and to keep a privacy between dwellers. The sound insulation performance between rooms were tested in the fields and the conditions to satisfy the design requirements were investigated. For that purpose, the sound insulation performance between living room and bed room were investigated and noise transmittance according to the difference of arrangement in rooms were tested. Several flush doors and light-weighted walls which have difference with each material and structure were tested to suggest the methods that improve the acoustic environments.

  • Many researches have tried to introduce affective computing for Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). In the affective aspect, emotional memories significantly affect on people's cognitive processing activities. In this paper, to observe the effect of affective feedback for emotional state of learners in an e-learning environment, selected emotional feedback messages and delivery method are integrated into an e-learning system. Self reporting button for recognizing learner's emotional state are used for detecting learner's emotional states and the test results show that providing affective feedback to learner has positive effects in e-learning environment in terms of learner's academic achievements.

독립창업자의 기업가정신과 환경요인이 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

  • 최근 창업분야에서 나타나는 현상을 보면, 창업자에게 창업기회가 일생에 한번만 오는 것이 아니라 몇 차례의 창업을 시도한 창업자를 많이 볼 수 있게 된다. 이러한 경우에 창업자의 성공과 실패에 대한 과거의 창업 경험이 이후에 진행되는 창업의 성패에 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것을 창업에 있어서 주된 현상으로 관찰하게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 이와 같은 현상에 주목하여 1차 창업을 한 독립창업자가 사업을 더욱 성장시키기 위한 전략으로 2차 창업을 계획하고 진행하는 현상에 대한 연구를 진행하고 한다. 연구를 통해 1차 창업을 진행한 독립창업자가 2차 창업이라고 할 수 있는 프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 창업을 성장전략으로 고려할 때, 어떤 요인이 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고, 이 요인들 사이에는 어떤 관계를 갖는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구는 기존 선행연구를 바탕으로 한 이론적 배경으로 연구를 진행하고자 독립창업자의 기업가정신과 환경요인을 독립변수로, 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업의지를 종속변수로, 창업자의 창업경험과 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업교육을 매개변수로 설정한 이후에, 각 변수 간에 어떤 영향을 주고 있는지에 대한 연구를 진행하기 위해 설정한 연구모델에 대하여 크게 4가지의 가설을 설정하고 이에 대한 실증분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 살펴 보면, 독립창업자의 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업의지가 높아지기 위해서는 1)독립창업자의 기업가 정신이 높고, 환경요인이 우호적일수록 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주게 되고, 2)독립창업자의 창업경험을 통해서 자기효능감이 높아짐으로써 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주게 되고, 3)프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업교육의 참여 기회를 통해 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주게 됨을 제시하고 있다.

Gradient On-Off Beamforming Algorithm Based On Eigen-Space Method For a Smart Antenna In IS-2000 1X Signal Environment (IS-2000 1X 신호 환경하에서의 고유공간 방법에 근간한 그래디언트 온-오프 빔평성 알고리즘)

  • This paper presents a gradient ON-OFF algorithm of which the performance is very robust even when the angle spread increases in the mobile communication environments. The proposed method getting the diversity gain by utilizing the primary and secondary eigenvector, which corresponds to the largest and the second largest eigenvalue of the autocovariance matrix of the received signal vector, outperforms the method which just utilizes one eigenvector. By applying the proposed method to IS-2000 1X signal environments, it is observed that the proposed method shows excellent performance compared to a typical beamforming method using just one eigenvector, which considerably degrades the receiving performance as the angle spread increases.

Factors associated with Behaviors that Reduce Exposure to Environmental Hormones among Nursing Students (환경호르몬 저감행동 영향요인)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the factors associated with behavior that reduces exposure to environmental hormones among nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 160 nursing students in D and B cities, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, and the analyses included descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient test, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Behavior that reduces exposure to environmental hormones differed significantly in terms of the participants' knowledge about environmental hormones. Behavior that reduces exposure to environmental hormones was negatively correlated with knowledge of environmental hormones, attitude towards pro-environmental behavior, and environmental self-efficacy; these factors were significant predictors of behavior that reduces exposure to environmental hormones, and accounted for 27.0% of the variance. Conclusion: Environmental self-efficacy was identified as the most significant factor affecting behavior that reduces exposure to environmental hormones in nursing students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop programs to improve pro-environmental behavior and environmental self-efficacy in nursing students.

Development of the Autoregressive and Cross-Regressive Model for Groundwater Level Prediction at Muan Coastal Aquifer in Korea (전남 무안 해안 대수층에서의 지하수위 예측을 위한 자기교차회귀모형 구축)

  • Coastal aquifer in Muan, Jeonnam, has experienced heavy seawater intrusion caused by the extraction of a substantial amount of groundwater for the agricultural purpose throughout the year. It was observed that groundwater level dropped below sea level due to heavy pumping during a dry season, which could accelerate seawater intrusion. Therefore, water level needs to be monitored and managed to prevent further seawater intrusion. The purpose of this study is to develop the autoregressive-cross-regressive (ARCR) models that can predict the present or future groundwater level using its own previous values and pumping events. The ARCR model with pumping and water level data of the proceeding five hours (i.e., the model order of five) predicted groundwater level better than that of the model orders of ten and twenty. This was contrary to expectation that higher orders do increase the coefficient of determination ($R^2$) as a measure of the model's goodness. It was found that the ARCR model with order five was found to make a good prediction of next 48 hour groundwater levels after the start of pumping with $R^2$ higher than 0.9.
