  • A web-based instructor-learner system has changed the form into a learner-centered environment. Especially a self-regulated learning which is a self-leading and a positive learning, is an ideal learning, and the interest on it is more increasing. In this research, learners can organize the individualized course based on the learner's demand and learning level after making a contract process with the system, The self-regulated learning system which can recognize a learning status and result by analyzed data, and which can lead to a learning goal effectively by establishing a learning strategy, is designed and implemented. The proposed system provides the learner-centered learning environment which can process the differentiated and flexible individualized-teaming service considering an individual characteristic.

Geomagnetic Depth Sounding to Investigate the Trend of Electrical Conductivity in and around the Korean Peninsula (지자기 수직 탐사에 의한 한반도 주변의 전기전도도 구조)

  • Geomagnetic depth sounding (GDS) was performed to analyze the characteristics of deep resistivity structure in and around the Korean Peninsula. The data that have 0.01 nT precision were collected from 5 geomagnetic observatories and measured every one or five second. In this study, amount of 16 days of geomagnetic data were used for analyzing. Generally the sea affects the GDS data seriously due to its high conductivity. However, though the Korean peninsula is surrounded by seas in three sides, the results given by induction arrow strongly show that the trend of electrical conductivity at neighborhood of the Korean Peninsula is reigned by some geological features. Also it is believed that observation in Jeju island is related with the electrical structure around the East China Sea.

  • 본 연구는 초등학생들에게 능동성과 책임감을 바탕으로 하여 자기주도적으로 과제를 해결할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있는 웹 학습실을 설계하고 개발한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 학생들이 자기주도적으로 학습을 해 나갈 수 있도록 학년별, 단원별, 차시별로 구성된 사회과 학습실이라는 웹 환경을 마련하였다. 두 번째로 학생들이 스스로 학습 과제를 선정하고, 다양한 도서와 멀티 자료, 기타 관련 웹 사이트 등 과제 해결에 필요로 하는 자료와 정보를 검색하여 자신이 설정한 과제를 해결해 나가는 일련의 과정을 실시할 수 있는 과제 학습실이라는 웹 환경을 마련하였다. 이러한 사회과 웹 학습실 운영을 통하여 얻어지는 효과는 초등학생들의 컴퓨터 활용 능력을 향상시키고, 학습에 대한 흥미도와 참여도를 높이며, 게시판이나 대화방을 통해 과제를 선정하고, 역할분담, 자료 수집, 분류해 나가는 과정에서 학습활동에 대한 책임의식과 학습에 대한 자기주도성 신장에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Predictors of Multitasking and Learning Flow on Self-Regulated Learning Strategies in Nursing University Students of Non-face-to-face Learning Environment (비대면학습 환경에서 간호대학생의 미디어멀티태스킹과 학습몰입이 자기조절 학습전략에 미치는 예측 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the predictors of self-regulated learning strategies among nursing university students. Data were collected from 212 nursing university students in G metropolitan city and K city. The SPSS WIN 23.0 version program was used for data analysis. The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. There were significant correlations between media multitasking and self-regulated learning strategies(r=.45, p<.001), learning flow and self-regulated learning strategies(r=.59, p<.001), and media multitasking and learning flow(r=.32, p<.001). Friendship satisfaction, media multitasking and learning flow explained 45% of the variance for self-regulated learning strategies. To increase the self-regulated learning strategies among nursing university students, it is necessary to develop multiple interventions that enhance friendship satisfaction, media multitasking and learning flow.

  • This paper proposes the control method of fuzzy based sensor fusion by using the self localization of environment, position data by dead reckoning of the encoder and world map from sonic sensors. The proposed fuzzy based sensor fusion system recognizes the object and extracts features such as edge, distance and patterns for generating the world map and self localization. Therefore, this paper has developed fuzzy based control of mobile robot with experimentations in a corridor environment.

  • 본 연구는 판매원의 판매노력을 효율적으로 일하는 것과 열심히 일하는 것으로 나누고, 판매노력이 목표수준과 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 그리고, 효율적으로 일하는 것과 열심히 일하는 것, 목표수준에 대한 선행요인으로 개인적 변수에 해당하는 경쟁심(경쟁기질)과 자기효능을, 환경변수에 해당하는 심리적 경쟁분위기와 판매관리자 신뢰도를 탐색하여 성과에 대해 간접효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 보험설계사를 대상으로 설문조사하여, 265부를 실증분석 한 결과 열심히 일함은 목표수준에 영향을 미치며, 목표수준은 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 효율적으로 일함과 열심히 일함의 성과에 대한 영향은 비유의적이었다. 매개변수(효율적으로 일함, 열심히 일함, 목표수준)에 대한 선행요인의 영향에 대해서는 개인변수인 경쟁심과 자기효능은 모두 유의적이었으나, 환경변수는 심리적 경쟁분위기만이 효율적으로 일함에 유의적이었다. 결과적으로 판매원의 성과에 대한 자기효능과 경쟁심의 효과는 열심히 일함 그리고 목표수준에 의해서 매개됨을 확인하였다.

  • 기존 컴퓨팅 패러다임에서는 고정된 환경을 가정하여 소프트웨어를 설계하였으므로 급속한 시장 환경의 변화와 소비자의 불확실한 요구조건에 대응하여 개발하기에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 외부 환경의 변화를 직면하였을 때 동작을 멈추는 것이 아니라 그 변화를 감지하고 대안을 선택하여 지속적으로 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 자기 적응형 소프트웨어가 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 자기적응형 소프트웨어에 대한 연구는 적응형 소프트웨어에 영향을 주는 문맥정보를 모델링하는 기법이나 적응을 위해 대체할 수 있는 기능들을 찾아내는 방법에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 시나리오를 이용한 목표 기반으로 분석을 하고, 분석된 요구사항의 가변 수와 크기에 따라 프로그램의 문법뿐 아니라 사용자의 관점에서도 의미 있도록 프로그램 동적 슬라이싱 기법을 적용하도록 한다. 또한, 제안된 방법이 전 과정에 문맥에 대한 분석, 설계 정보가 반영되어 동적으로 재구성하는 방법을 제시하도록 한다.

The Effects of Environmental Education Program using Action Learning on the Environmental Literacy and Self-efficacy of Elementary Students (액션러닝을 활용한 환경교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경소양과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effect of environmental education programs using action learning on elementary school students' environmental literacy and self-efficacy. To this end, an environmental education program using action learning was applied to 22 sixth graders of 'A' Elementary School in Busan. The results of this study were as follows. First, environmental education programs using action learning were effective in improving the environmental literacy of elementary school students. After implementing the environmental education program using action learning, students' environmental values, cognitive, and procedural ability changed positively. Environmental issues awareness and ecological knowledge improved, and there was a significant increase in environmental behavior and environmental function. Second, environmental education programs using action learning were effective in enhancing the self-efficacy of elementary school students. After implementing environmental education programs using action learning, students' confidence in problem solving and their ability to judge their behaviors improved. Third, elementary school students showed active participation and interest when conducting environmental education programs using action learning. Students have become open to protecting the environment when they find problems, devise solutions, and practice them. After reflection, it was confirmed that students' immersion and satisfaction in class were high as a solution was reached, leading to efforts to sell items they did not use and donate profits to environmental protection organizations.

Effects of Person-environment Fit on the Job Performance of Public Officials (공무원의 환경 적합성이 직무수행에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the effects of person-environment fit on the job performance in the National Assembly legislative support organization. Job performance was classified into task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Impacts of each factors on the job performance were identified through structural equation model. From the results of analysis, it was confirmed that supplementary fit of officials of legislative support organization of the National Assembly had a positive effect on task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. However, complementary-fit does not directly affect task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Rather complementary-fit affects job performance by the mediating role of variable self-efficacy. The implications of this study confirm that it is important to match between organization members and jobs in order to improve the job performance of civil servants in the legislative support organization. The necessity of introducing self-efficacy enhancement program into the education and training process of the legislative support organization was proposed.
