연안역이란 해안선을 기준으로 인접해 있는 육지(연안지역)와 바다(연안해역)를 포함한 개념, 즉 인근 해양 환경에 영향을 미치는 배후 육지와 바다를 합친 자연환경 대이다. 국토해양부는 연안역의 공간이동 효율성을 높이고 부존해양자원의 체계적인 개발과 보전을 위해 "연안역관리법" 특별법으로 관리한다. 하지만 연안역의 안전시설물에 대한 체계적인 설계지침이나 유지관리 등의 지침서가 아직 만들어지지 않았다. 따라서 현재 연안역 설치되어 있는 안전시설물에 대한 현장조사를 하였으며 국내 외도로, 해안, 항만구조물의 안전시설기준을 비교, 분석, 정리하였다. 또한 인간공학을 통해 위험을 감소할 수 있는 청각적 시각적 신호 체계를 분석하여 연안역에 맞는 새로운 신호체계를 마련할 토대를 제시하고자 한다.

도시경관에 있어서 이를 구성하는 시각적 요소로서의 도시시설물, 건축물 등의 주변 환경과의 조화는 도시의 정체성 및 이미지를 결정 짖는다. 현대 서울을 비롯한 국내 대부분의 도시는 난립된 간판과 도시시설물들이 주변 환경과 조화롭지 못하고 지역마다의 고유색이 사라지고 어느 도시나 비슷하게 획일화되어 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 도시들은 고유의 도시 정체성을 찾아보기 어렵게 되었으며, 세계적 수준에 못 미치는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점이 개선되기 위해서는 장기적인 도시경관디자인 개선이 시급하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서 국내 도시경관디자인 현황을 파악하고 문제점을 분석함으로써 추후 국내 도시경관의 체계적인 개선방안을 제시하는데 자료로 사용 가능케 한다.

Recently, context-awareness computing becomes prerequisite to pervasive computing, called ubiquitous paradigm. Especially, it plays much of roll as a part of the ubiquitous infrastructures, one of three ubiquitous city components. This paper proposes the optimized procedures to deal with the various hypothetical water-leaking situations in the water supply systems. These procedures suggested in this paper will be employed to develop the context-awareness modules or models for urban infrastructure maintenance in the future works.

현대 사회는 정보의 중요성이 부각되고, 유무선 네트워크 기술이 발전함에 따라 이동 중에 통신 서비스가 가능한 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 특히, 정보화 기기가 소형화, 지능화됨에 따라 이 기기들이 자유롭게 네트워크에 연결되어 정보를 공유할 수 있는 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous) 환경의 필요성은 더욱 증가하고 있다. uMC는 도시의 모든 기반 시설물을 관리, 관제하고 운용하는 새로운 개념의 도시 통합관제 센터로 기존의 소방 방재센터, CCTV, 경찰청 등의 단위 시스템별 관제 센터 등을 물리적으로 통합하고 모든 시설물과의 네트워크 통신 등을 통합 관리하는 도시 관리의 중추적인 역할을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 uMC에 접속하는 과정에서 접근 및 보안성을 강화하기 위해 네트워크상에 존재하는 단말기기에 효율적으로 IP를 할당하고 인증 할 수 있는 방안을 연구한다.

본 글에서는 도로교통소음을 예측할 경우; 소음영향평가시 계획한 도로변에 방음시설물의 설치여부를 결정할 경우, 그리고 방음시설을 설치할 경우에 그 방음 시설의 구조와 설치기준을 결정하기 위하여 적용할 수 있는 방음시설물에 의한 차음 효과예측법의 문제점과 해결방안을 언급하였다. 방음시설물의 종류와 구조 그리고 그 설치범위 등을 정확하고 공평하게 그리고 경제적으로 결정하기 위해서, 특히 환경영향 평가가 공정하게 실시되기 위해서는 국가에서 방음시설물 설치기준과 정밀 한 차음효과 예측법을 하나의 통일된 규정으로 확정하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 본문 에 언급한 요소들을 참조하여 기존의 방음벽설치 지침을 대폭적으로 수정.보완하여야 한다. 그러나 보다 정확한 예측과 실세계에 근접한 소음값을 계산하기 위해서는 소음 원과 소음전파 공간환경의 특성을 고려한 연구가 계속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 도로교통소음을 공정하게 예방하기 위해서는 조속한 시일내에 이에 적합한 대상지역별 도로교통소음예방 규제기준값을 법규에 명시하여야 하고, 현재 교통로 주변에 주택을 건설하는 경우에는 사업자가 택지로 확보한 부지안에 설치하고 있는 방음벽은 최대한 소음원에 근접하여 교통로변에 설치할 수 있도록 관련규정을 개정 하여야 한다.

안성시시설관리공단은 2000년 7월 1일 안성시가 자본금 전액을 출자해 설립한 지방 공기업이다. 이곳은 안성 시민들의 편안한 문화생활을 돕기 위해 시민회관, 문예회관, 종합운동장, 실내체육관, 국제정구장, 국민체육센터, 청소년문화의 집 등 공공시설물을 관리 운영을 하는 것은 물론 생활폐기물 및 재활용품 수거, 종량제봉투 판매사업을 통해 쾌적한 도시환경을 조성하고 있다. 이처럼 시민의 편의와 복리증진을 위한 여러 업무를 수행하고 있는 만큼 공단의 인력 구성 역시 각종 시설물을 관리하는 전문가에서부터 중장비 기사, 프로그램 강사, 환경미화를 담당하는 미화원에 이르기까지 매우 다양하다. 때문에 공단은 사전에 업무별로 위험요소를 분석하고 근로자들의 안전사고를 예방하려는 움직임으로 더욱 분주하다. 사고 규모를 떠나서 재해가 발생하면 피해 당사자는 물론 공단, 나아가서는 안성 시민에게까지 피해를 입힐 수 있기 때문이다. 안전을 최우선으로 삼고 최상의 공공서비스를 제공하고 있는 안성시시설관리공단을 찾아가봤다.

The era of autonomous vehicles, which drive themselves and in whose operation the driver does not intervene, is fast approaching. The safety of autonomous vehicles can be guaranteed only if they recognize the road infrastructure. However, the road infrastructure consists of road safety facilities, traffic operation systems, and cross-sectional concerns, which include a variety of components, such as types, shapes, and sizes. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize the road information. This study was conducted to select the priority with which the road infrastructure attributes should be acquired using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The road infrastructure attributes were categorized into 2 levels, levels 1 and 2, which consisted of 3 and 26 types of attributes, respectively. As a result of the AHP analysis, it was found that the highest priorities of the road infrastructure are the road safety facilities, traffic operation systems and cross sectional concerns. Also, in level-2, the priorities of the safety barriers (road safety facilities), traffic signals (traffic operation systems), and the median (cross sectional) are the highest. Also, this study provides application examples of road infrastructure extraction with the Point Cloud. The results are expected to support the recognition of technology for autonomous vehicles.

With introduction of amended educational curriculum in 2007, optimizing project of educational environment to accomplish its purposes and goals includes expanding educational facilities and supplying eco-friendly school facilities. However, while the focus of optimizing project of educational environment is quality improvement of educational facilities, aging of these facilities built at th times of quantitative expansion and its management become serious problems. Higher concerns on studies and jobs on management of building caused by serious aging of facilities, management cost of building becomes a very crucial issue. Therefore, this study aims to analyze environment improvement budget of school facilities through building and using data warehouse, by investigating and analyzing the current status of environment improvement budget of school facilities and its cost through questionnaire and interview surveys on officers who are in charge of environment improvement budget of school facilities in educational administrations. This study thus analyzed environment improving budget of school facilities by using data warehouse technology collecting related data to the topic and setting levels by region, school class, establishment year, school facility types and others.
