The Effects of Job Environment and Job Esteem on Job Satisfaction in Skin Beauticians (피부미용사의 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to look into the effects of the job environment and job esteem on job satisfaction in the field of skin beauticians. To achieve this, a survey of their characteristics, job environment, job esteem and job satisfaction was carried out on 470 women in their 20s~50s working at skin care shops in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. First, it was found that the effects of the working environment on their vocational satisfaction, sense of belonging, level of contribution, wages and welfare, which are sub-factors of job satisfaction, are relatively high. This result shows that it is important to ensure proper resting facilities and resting areas. Second, it was shown that the higher the social evaluation, self-(implicit) assessment, future value, and self-fulfillment orientation, the higher the sub-factors of job satisfaction. This means that it is important to treat skin beauticians as professionals in order to improve their social recognition. The sub-factors of job environment-working conditions, organizational environment and job stability, and sub-factors of job environment-social evaluation, self(intrinsic) evaluation, future value and self-achievement orientation, had a major effect on the sub-factors of job satisfaction, respectively. Together with the general improvement in the sub-factors of job environment, the future value, as well as social evaluation, self(intrinsic) evaluation and self-achievement orientation, which together constituted the current value of job esteem, were the major factors affecting job satisfaction. Consequently, this study hopes to contribute to the development of the skin beauty industry by providing basic data on personnel management for skin care managers to improve skin beauticians' job satisfaction.

An Analysis of Factors Affecting Satisfaction with Seoul Public Bike (서울시 공공자전거 이용환경 만족도 영향요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose a policy direction to improve the service of public bicycles in Seoul by identifying the physical characteristics that affect the satisfaction level in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle use environment. To this end, a survey was conducted on users regarding their experiences using public bicycles in Seoul, and the responses of 567 people were analyzed. IPA analysis and ordinal logistic analysis were used. An analysis of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle IPA showed that the satisfaction level was lower than that of importance in all categories. Among them, the most urgent need for improvement was the installation of bicycle roads, improved connectivity of bicycle roads, improved road management, classification of roads and bicycle roads, improved safety during night driving, and low satisfaction levels. Second, an analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction in the public bicycle use environment showed that the model's explanatory power increased significantly from 0.062 to 0.437 after incorporating perceived variables, confirming that the perceived neighborhood environment characteristics are an important variable for determining the satisfaction level in the public bicycle use environment, among the perceived neighborhood environmental characteristics, accessibility, convenience, manageability.

  • The change of concept about real estate marketing and the solution about unsold houses are getting important nowadays. This paper is analyzing the solution of unsold houses as location environment, residential environment, macro environment, and marketing, and research question is which elements are important to real users. In addition, this paper is analyzing on impact relationship in terms of real users' buying intention about unsold houses and satisfaction of price of selling a house (price of selling a house, rise in housing value) by PLS structural equation. To sum up, first, macro environment, residential environment, location environment is statistically valued on the satisfaction of price of selling a house. However, marketing strategic is not impacted on the satisfaction of price of selling. Second, macro environment, marketing strategic, satisfaction of selling a house is statistically valued on buying intention.

  • This study was executed to give a help in planning and implementing Blended learning through investigating the learners' satisfaction difference according to Blended learning situation and learners' trait. For this purpose this study divided online learning situation into three types to examine the influence on satisfaction. And participants was divided based on the learning style to examine the influence of the trait on satisfaction. The Blended learning satisfaction classified into four; web environment, content, face to face sessions, general view on Blended learning's implementation.

A Study on the Resident's Perception the Satisfaction and the Propensity to Move - With the Special Reference to the Residential Zonging of Seoul Area - (근린환경 인지, 만족 및 주거이동 성향에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 근린환경에 대한 거주자의 인지도를 파악하고, 현재 거주하고있는 지역의 근린환경에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 앞으로의 주거이동 성향이 어떻게 나타날 것인가를 예측해보는데 그 목적이 있다. 측정도구의 신뢰도계수($Cronbach's\;\alpha$)는 0.865이며, 분석방법은 빈도, 평균, $x^2$ 검증, t-검증, 일원변령분석 요인분석, 피어슨의 상관계수, 중다회귀분석, 다변량판별분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 '입지성' 속성에 대해 거주자의 인지와 만족이 가장 긍정적이었고 '쾌적성 및 정체감' 에 대해 가정 부정적이었다. 둘째 근린환경 인지도가 높을수록 부인의 교육수준이 높을수록 주거소유권이 자가이고 상가주변지역에 살고 있는 거주자들의 근린환경에 대한 총 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째 거주기간 총 만족도, 주거용도 지역, 주택규모, 소득수준이 주거이동 성향을 판별하는 변인으로 나타났다.

  • 지난 7월 4일부터 7일까지 열렸던 국제안전보건전시회 기간에는 27개에 달하는 다양한 세미나가 함께 개최되어 산업안전의 중요성을 강조했다. 그 가운데 인쇄산업과도 관련성이 있고 흥미를 가질 수 있는 <근로환경 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구>를 요약, 게재한다. 근로자의 의식수준이 높아지고 일부 사업장에서 발생하고 있는 산업재해와 직업병이 사회적인 문제로 대두되면서 근로환경에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 근로환경 개선은 생산성 증가를 통해 기업성과에 영향을 미치고 국민 대다수가 취업자인 현대사회에서 기본권을 보장하는 측면에서도 중요하다. 더욱이 저출산, 고령화 사회의 도래로 근로활동인구의 부족이 경제성장의 중요한 장애요인으로 작용할 것으로 예상되는 상황에서 업무상 질병 및 사고를 줄이는 것은 근로자복지 제고뿐만 아니라 예상되는 근로자 부족 문제를 완화하는데도 기여할 것이다.

Study on Key Factors for Student Satisfaction in Web-based Learning (웹 기반 자기조절학습에서 학습자 만족도 요인 연구)

  • Many web-based learning systems have been developed and used widely. But it is known that web-based courses have higher drop out rate. Prior studies in classroom-based courses have shown there is a high correlation between student satisfaction and retention. This paper examines the developed web based self-regulated learning system and analyze self-regulated learning factors. We have derived key factors and their relationship that affect student satisfaction in web-based learning. The key factors are Self-evaluating, Goal setting & Planning, Seeking information, Seeking social assistance and Reviewing records. We found the key factors will help retention in web-based learning.

UGC를 제공하는 웹사이트의 서비스 품질이 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향

  • User Generated Content(이하 UGC)는 웹사이트 이용자에 의해 생산된 콘텐츠를 일컫는 말로, 미디어 조직에 속하지 않은 일반인들의 비직업적 활동의 산물로서 웹 공간에 공표한 콘텐츠를 의미한다. 본 연구는 UGC가 활성화되기 위해서 풀어야 할 과제를 도출하고, 도출된 요인을 바탕으로 개선된 형태의 UGC 웹 서비스 품질(Web Service Quality)의 최적화된 모형을 제시하고자 한다. UGC 웹서비스 품질은 정보성, 디자인, 통신환경, 커뮤니티, 실재감, 보안성 등의 6가지 요인으로 나누어 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고, 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도 간에 매개 변수로서 관여도를 두어 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도간의 영향 요인을 온라인상 UGC 사용 및 이용 경험이 있는 사용자 총 355명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 연구하였다. 연구 결과, UGC 웹서비스 품질 요인으로 정보성, 디자인, 통신환경, 커뮤니티, 실재감, 보안성은 모두 고객 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 고객 만족도는 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 고객 만족도 또한 관여도에 영향을 미친다. 매개 변수로서 관여도는 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 의료서비스 만족도가 재이용의도에 미치는 영향연구에서 회귀분석을 통해 만족도에 따른 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 정도를 분석한 결과, 모든 변수가 33.9%의 정(+)의관계를 보이는 것으로 나왔고, 변수별로는 의료전문성만족도가 가장 크게 영향을 미쳤고 다음으로 시설환경 만족도, 친절만족도 순으로 분석되었다.

  • The study was to investigate the effect of the environmental factor on the emotion and satisfaction at the waiting lounge of the Busan International Cruise Terminal. This study focus on tourist at the waiting area in the Busan International Cruise Terminal. The data was collected through self-administered questionnaires and the research performed to face-to-face interview. For data analysis, used SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 of a structural equation model. The results of the study were found as follows: first, the physical environmental factor of the lounge influenced on the positive emotion. Second, the social factor affected the positive emotion. Finally, emotion affected the positive satisfaction. This study suggested that environmental factor was totally affected by emotion and thus environmental management depended on an individual characteristics of the individual place. The port authority will need more efforts to make a better waiting lounge setting for higher tourist satisfaction.
