감염병 확산으로 인한 비대면 환경에서의 시험 감독을 위한 거버넌스 제안

  • 지난 2020년 전 세계적으로 코로나 19 확진자가 급증하자 세계보건기구(WHO)는 코로나 19 대유행을 선언하였다. 이러한 질병의 확산을 막는 방안으로 다양한 시험들이 비대면 시험으로 전환되면서 부정행위에 대한 우려가 있다. 또한, 이러한 상황에서 비대면 시험을 진행하고자 할 때 참조할 만한 체계가 없는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 상황을 고려하여 감염병 확산 이후로 불가피하게 진행될 비대면 환경에서의 감독 및 시험 방식에 있어 4단계의 거버넌스를 제시하고자 한다. 해당 거버넌스는 시험에서 사용되는 활용도 및 빈도수와 시험 감독 강도에 따라 4단계로 정의된다. 각 단계의 거버넌스들은 기존의 비대면 시험 방식과 코로나 19 이후의 시험 방식에 대한 비교 및 조사와 여러 시험 형식의 특성을 고려하여 제시된다. 제시된 거버넌스는 비대면 시험을 준비하고 시행하는 기관, 기업 및 학교들의 참조 모델이 될 것으로 기대하며, 비대면 시험의 "효율성"과 "공정성"을 확보하는 데에 기여할 것을 기대한다.

  • 코로나바이러스감염증-19로 인한 팬데믹 상황이 지속되면서 감염증 정보의 불확실성으로 인해 코로나 관련 루머가 온라인상에서 빠르게 전파되고 있다. 이러한 코로나 관련 가짜 뉴스를 사전에 탐지하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 한국어 코로나 가짜 뉴스 데이터셋을 구축하고, 개체명과 사용자 재확산 정보를 이용한 한국어 가짜 뉴스 탐지 모델을 제안한다. 가짜 뉴스 팩트체킹 언론인 서울대팩트체크센터에서 코로나 관련 루머 및 가짜 뉴스에 대한 검증 기사를 수집한 후, 기사로부터 개체명 추출 모델을 통해 주제 키워드를 추출하고, 이를 이용해 유튜브 상의 사용자 재확산 정보를 수집하여 데이터셋을 구성하였다. BERT 기반의 제안 모델을 다양한 비교군과 비교하였고, 특성 조합에 따른 실험을 통해 각 특성 정보(기사 텍스트, 개체명 데이터, 유튜브 데이터)가 가짜 뉴스 탐지 성능에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다.

Changes in Cement Hydrate Characteristics and Chloride Diffusivity in High Performance Concrete with Ages (재령에 따른 고성능 콘크리트의 수화 특성치와 염화물 확산성 변화)

  • Cement hydrates and the related characteristics change with ages, and the behaviors are much related with chloride diffusion. In this work, 30% replacement ratio with FA(Fly Ash) and GGBFS(Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) are considered for concrete with three levels of W/B (Water to Binder ratio) and 2 years of curing period. Chloride diffusion coefficients from accelerated condition are obtained at 5 measurement period (28days, 56days, 180days, 365days, and 730days), and the results are compared with porosity, binding capacity, and permeability from program-DUCOM. The similar changing pattern between chloride diffusion and permeability is observed since permeability is proportional to the square of porosity. Curing period is grouped into 4 periods and the changing ratios are investigated. Cement hydrate characteristics such as porosity, permeability, and diffusion coefficient are dominantly changed at the early ages (28~56 days), and diffusion coefficient in OPC concrete with low W/B continuously changes to 180days.

Performance Analysis of User Clustering Algorithms against User Density and Maximum Number of Relays for D2D Advertisement Dissemination (최대 전송횟수 제한 및 사용자 밀집도 변화에 따른 사용자 클러스터링 알고리즘 별 D2D 광고 확산 성능 분석)

  • In this paper, in order to resolve the problem of reduction for D2D (device to device) advertisement dissemination efficiency of conventional dissemination algorithms, we here propose several clustering algorithms (modified single linkage algorithm (MSL), K-means algorithm, and expectation maximization algorithm with Gaussian mixture model (EM)) based advertisement dissemination algorithms to improve advertisement dissemination efficiency in D2D communication networks. Target areas are clustered in several target groups by the proposed clustering algorithms. Then, D2D advertisements are consecutively distributed by using a routing algorithm based on the geographical distribution of the target areas and a relay selection algorithm based on the distance between D2D sender and D2D receiver. Via intensive MATLAB simulations, we analyze the performance excellency of the proposed algorithms with respect to maximum number of relay transmissions and D2D user density ratio in a target area and a non-target area.

Policy Direction Setting through Comparative Analysis of Foreign Smart City Policies (국외 스마트시티 추진 정책 비교 분석을 통한 성과 확산 방향 설정)

  • Various smart city projects have been actively promoted as important policies of governments in various countries. The key to the success of smart cities led by governments is to develop sustainable governance through the expansion and proliferation of outcomes. This study comparatively analyzed the smart city policies of the USA and Europe from viewpoints of outcome expansion and proposed policy directions for smart cities in Korea. The comparison items were case cities, the expansion of smart city technologies and services, the measurement of outcomes, the accumulation of knowledge and information, and standardization. This study found that the items of each index were linked for the purpose of assessment, expansion, and the creation of successful cases in the USA and Europe. Based on our analysis, four policy directions were proposed that included the early provision of follow-up measures for case cities, the development of a project performance assessment system, the provision of an integrated knowledge accumulation system, and an earnest promotion of industry activation policies.

Revisiting the Definitions and the Textbook Descriptions of Dissolution, Diffusion and Effusion (용해, 확산, 분출의 정의와 교과서 서술에 대한 재고찰)

  • Previous studies showed that many secondary school students and teachers have difficulties in distinguishing the phenomena of dissolution and diffusion, as well as the phenomena of diffusion and effusion. In this study, currently accepted term definitions of dissolution, diffusion and effusion were searched from the IUPAC Gold Book and the physical chemistry textbooks, and the points to differentiate the definitions were sought. Also, the term definitions of these three phenomena in the secondary school text books and the college general chemistry textbooks were surveyed and compared to the currently accepted definitions. It was found that dissolution is formation of one new phase from mixing two phases, while diffusion is the migration of matter down from the concentration gradient. The "concentration gradient" is considered to be a key point to distinguish diffusion from the dissolution. However, the concentration gradient was not mentioned in the definitions of diffusion in most of the secondary school textbooks and the college general chemistry textbooks. Effusion is differentiated from diffusion by the gas molecules escaping from the container through a tiny hole without collision. The definition of effusion was not found in most of the secondary school textbooks.

Fast OVSF Code Generation Method using Multi-Stage Spreading Scheme (다단 확산 방식을 이용한 효율적인 OVSF 코드 생성 기법)

  • This paper proposes the fast OVSF code generation method using the multi-stage spreading scheme based on the single code indexing scheme. The conventional OVSF indexing scheme based on the code-tree structure uses two numbers as the codeword indices, the layer number and the code number of the corresponding layer. However, the single code index number implicitly includes the information of the spreading factor as well as the code number. Since the binary representation of the single code indices shows the pattern of the codeword, the orthogonality between two different codewords can be determined by comparing their code indices instead of much longer codewords. The above useful property also makes the codeword can be generated directly kom its single code index. In this paper, the multi-stage spreading scheme is applied to generate the long code by spreading two shorter codewords with the appropriate code indices. The proposed fast code generation algorithm is designed for 3GPP UMTS systems and verified by the simulations.

A Study of Effects of Interorganizational Relationship Factors on Technology Diffusion in Supply Chain Networks (공급사슬 네트워크에서 기업 간 관계 요인이 기술 확산에 미치는 영향)

  • This study proposed a model to examine the interorganizational relationship factors on the technology diffusion in supply chain networks whereby a firm's adoption decision is influenced by information from physical and social proximity with others as well as its own attributes. To test several hypotheses developed in this context, this paper analyzed the data set of US consumer packaged goods companies adopting an inventory tracking technology in a retail supply chain and found that a potential adopter's decision is largely influenced by the social proximity with prior adopters in a network over time, while a firm's likelihood of adoption at the initial period is mainly determined by its own attributes.

BER Performance of an Offset Stacked Spreading CDMA System Based on Orthogonal Complementary Codes (직교 상보코드 기반의 옵셋누적 확산 CDMA 시스템의 비트오율 성능)

  • DS-CDMA system has very low bandwidth efficiency, hence it is difficult to maintain high spreading gain for high speed data transmission. Offset stacked spreading CDMA(OSS-CDMA) is a transmission scheme where spreading codes with chip offsets are overlapped, then transmitted. This kind of system requires a code set that guarantees orthogonality between codes in the set of any cjip offset. An orthogonal complementary code set has a property that the crosscorrelation function between codes in the group is zero for all shifts, hence it can be used for an OSS-CDMA system. In an OCC-OSS CDMA system each user is assigned an orthogonal complementary code group. User data bit is spread by the given codes and overlapped, and the code sequences are transmitted with multicarrier. However, the offset stacked spread sequences are multilevel, and the number of symbol levels is increases as the spreading efficiency is increased. When the OSS sequence is transmitted with MPSK mapping, the signal constellation becomes dense, and the system is easily affected by channel impairments. In this paper, we propose a level clipping scheme on OSS sequence before MPSK modulated. Simulations have been carried out to investigate the BER performance of the OCC-OSS CDMA system in AWGN environment. The results show that proposed scheme outperform the scheme without level clipping.

Numerical Model on Suspended Load Diffusion due to Tidal Flow (조류(潮流)에 의한 부유사(浮遊砂)의 확산(擴散)에 대한 수치모형(數値模型))

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a numerical model which can be used to compute the suspended load concentration of which the two-dimensional unsteady diffusion equation is able to be solved by the finite difference method using the implicit scheme. The pick-up rate formula from the bottom used in the open channel as a sink source term and the Coleman's empirical formula for the diffusion coefficient were taken, and especially the hindered settling velocity and the vertical velocity of flow due to the periodical tidal motion were taken into account, while the effects of the variables, such as the horizontal and vertical velocities of flow, tidal range, the settling velocity and hindered settling, on the suspened load concentrations have been discussed, comparing the results obtained from the different cases in the simulation conditions.
