  • RV 차량의 쿠션 패널을 생산하여 조립하는 공정은 작업자의 오류로 인한 불량이 많이 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 불량을 제거하기 위한 화상검사장치를 개발함을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 장치개발은 쿠션패널 고정용 지그, 카메라 인식영역, 이송을 위한 X-Y테이블, 카메라 모듈, 제어기 로 구성되어진다. 본 논문에서 제안한 화상검사장치를 설계하고 화상인식 프로그램을 통해 불량을 판정하여 화상검사 시스템의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • As a nondestructive inspection technology currently in use, infrared thermography has gradually expanded its application range to industry. The method detects only defect areas by grafting ultrasound on a technique of detecting infrared energy emitted from all objects with absolute temperature of 0 K and converting this energy into thermography for inspection. Ultrasound infrared thermography has merits including the ability to inspect a wide area in a short time without contacting the target object. This study investigated the applicability of the technique for defect detection using variable ultrasound excitation inspection methods on samples of Terfenol-D, a magnetostrictive material with a tunable natural resonant frequency.

편측 성대마비와 성대폴립 환자의 수술 전후 음성검사와 이미지 화상분석의 상관관계에 대한 객관적 비교연구

  • 각종 음성질환에 있어서 음성검사는 진단뿐 아니라 치료를 위한 중요한 방법으로 알려져 왔다. 특히 수술전후 음성질환의 평가에는 음성검사 뿐 아니라, 후두스트로보스코피를 이용하여 비교함으로써 가능하다. 이중 후두스트로보스코피는 방법이 간단하여 직접 수술전후의 변화를 알 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 객관적인 자료로는 이용하기가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 후두스트로보스코피의 영상자료를 컴퓨터에 연결, 영상신호를 디지털화하여 후두의 움직임을 객관적으로 관찰하려고 시도되어왔다 특히 편측 성대마비 환자에서는 성대의 위치가 외전 될뿐만 아니라 피열연골의 위치가 마비 후 시간이 경과됨에 따라 외회전 하고 성대가 전방으로 위축되어 성대 막성부의 길이가 짧아지는 틀의 후두스트로보스코피의 영상을 보이고, 성대폴립환자에서는 수술전후에 폴립의 크기와 성문면적에 변화를 보이게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 편측 성대마비와 성대폴립과 같은 각기 다른 두 질병에서 음성경사와 후두스트로보스코피를 이용한 이미지 화상분석을 통해 각 성대의 길이, 각도, 성문틈의 면적과 폴립의 크기등을 측정함으로써 수술전후의 차이를 알아보고, 이미지 화상분석과 음성검사 사이에 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. The Effect of Class Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy on English Class Using Videoconferencing (원격화상시스템을 활용한 영어 수업이 수업만족도와 자기효능감에 미치는 영향)

  • The study aims at analyzing and comparing the effect of video teleconferencing English class with native speakers on class satisfaction and self-efficacy of elementary school students according to grades. Revised Kim's self efficacy and researcher's class satisfaction measuring tools were used for this. Grade 3 got the highest score and grade 6 had the lowest one in class satisfaction. In post-testing on self efficacy, average score was lower than in pre-testing except grade 3. Grade 3 got the highest score and grade 6 had the lowest one in self efficacy. I conclude that as students' grade goes up, their interests decrease in teleconferencing class and native speaker teachers.

  • This study is concentrated on the development of high speed multi-object image processing algorithm in real time. Recently, the use of vision system is rapidly increasing in inspection and robot's position control. To apply the vision system, it is necessary to transform the physical coordinate of object into the image information acquired by CCD camera. Thus, to use the application of the vision system to the inspection and robot's position control in real time, we have to know the position of object in the image plane. Particularly, in case of rigid body using multi-cue to identify its shape, the each position of multi-cue must be calculated in an image plane at the same time. To solve these problems, the image processing algorithm on the position of multi-cue is developed.

  • The vision system is easy to use the exclusive use as a independent computer system but it is not much popularization by reason of expensive and difficult to adapt to the various fields, because it is easy to the existed computer system, the price is cheap and also it can use to the various measurement purpose which user wanted and programed. The measurement method of the vehicle axle casing nut welding part is that measure the value of the welding part to adapt the actual operation program from using the ratio between the actual length of the standard specimen and the length of image, to measure the ratio between the actual product and the camera image. A defect is found by the assembled visual inspection system. The inspection algorithm which estimates the quality of welded product is developed and also, the software program which processes the automatic test function of the inspection system. We make the foundation of the inspection automatic system and we will help to apply other welding machine.

  • In this paper, the concept of infrared thermography(IRT), the principle of measurement of IRT and how to set up the IR camera for the nondestructive testing are described in detail. Also, its utilization and non-destructive testing(NDT) diagnosis are reviewed. By performing the periodic non-touched WDT through the estimation of thermal patterns related with the temperature for the surface targeted, IRT can be applied to the early prevention of the device failure. For the diagnosis utilization, thermal imaging patterns obtained from IRT for heated blocks with internal defects were estimated through the lion-destructive method and discussed the way of IRT estimation from the analysis of characteristics between material defects and thermal imaging patterns.

Generation of Ortho-Image of Close-Range Photographs by Digital Image Processing Technique (수치화상처리기법을 이용한 지상사진의 정사투영화상의 작성)

  • Investigation is given to the detailed procedure of a computer assisted automatic technique for ortho-image generation from digital stereo image data of close-range photographs scanned by the CCD camera scanner. After rectification of geometric scanning errors, the bundle adjustment technique was used to determine the exterior orientation parameters of terrestrial camera. An automatic correlation matching technique was applied to search for the conjugate pixels in digital stereo pairs. And the 3-dimensional coordinates of the corresponding pixels were calculated by the space intersection method. For the generation of ortho-image from the calculated coordinates and right image data values, inverse-weighted-distance average method was used. And the accuracy of the resulting ortho-image was checked by comparing its image coordinates with there corresponding ground coordinates for the check points.
