Recently, most of PLC has been using widely in automation equipment that is needed for field of industry automation. HMI is essential system for effective Control of many numbers of PLC. Even though early HMI system was consists of simple analog devices, however, HMI system could control or supervise PLC through display screen since it embeds various digital parts by development of technology in these days. HMI system consists of three parts as HMI hardware, an operating program for HMI equipment and a HMI screen editor. Among these elements, a Program for editing screen of HMI should provide various screen elements that helps users to edit each screens displayed on HMI. In this study, we design and implement screen edit program by object-oriented method for small HMI equipment and propose Prototype of embedded HMI system.

In this study, specific elements and functions in modules of the AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) application for children with severe and multiple disabilities were elicited, and screen interface was designed accordingly. As results, screen configuration, communication display edition, audiovisual output, and switch and scanning modules were defined. Screen configuration module consists of communication category, spelling board, favorites, screen lock, and setting function. The Communication display edition module includes communication categories, symbols, and favorites edition. The audiovisual output module provides the ability to adjust the pitch, intensity, speed, and tone of the voice individually in the form of auditory output. In the form of visual output, the background color and size of the frame, border color and thickness are adjusted. The switch and scanning module provides a function to select by pressing the switch when the symbol cell is highlighted audibly and visually. The development of the AAC application designed in this study is needed.

This article proposes a POD system framework which creates templates by using the Web service environment with good accessibility, provides them so that users can easily edit them, and uses COM ports following Web standard capable of real-time printing with the same quality as edited files. The characteristic of framework proposed in this article is that it creates programs which users with basic skill in Internet use can learn and use relatively easily when compared with existing specialized editing programs and which allows users to print real-time such files as personally created by them in the same quality as on the screen, and thereby enhances accessibility thereof.

본 논문은 산업용 자동화기기에 사용되는 다수의 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)를 모니터링하고 제어하기 위해, HMI(Human Machine Interface) 시스템에서 구동되는 저작 도구 응용프로그램을 설계 및 구현한다. HMI 저작 도구에서는 스크린이라는 가상화면 객체의 영역 안에서 태그라는 구성요소의 속성들을 편집하고 저장 및 전송하는 과정을 그래픽 화면을 통해 시각적으로 제공한다.

Computer technology pursuing more innovative image than before, makes some characteristics which distinguishes the digital fiction film from the analogue fiction film. One hand, the split screen in analogue film aides the development of drama in the aspect of narrative, on the other hand, it controls the psychology of spectator. The composite image in digital fiction film by computer graphic, and elaborated digital editing show many innovation in the field of audiovisual. In this context, I would like to remark on the digital film (2003) directed by Ang-Lee. In , the split screen and the composition of the fast transiition of shots in the scene of laboratory were created by computer graphic program for special effects. As visual special effect plays an important role in digital film, its narrative space creates a space which is distinguishable from that of analogue film.This can be an example which says a lot for the special aspect of digital narrative.

Recently, HAZOP has been used as one of the most effective way of qualitative risk assessment for plant industries. However, this technique requires much man labor to be successfully performed. This fact enables the adequate HAZOP worksheet program to help speeding up the procedure and managing the data of analysis. Based on the experience of HAZOP carrying out, the authors focused the purpose of this study on developing a useful and comfortable HAZOP worksheet program. The unique characteristics of developed program are the menu window expressed in common steps of HAZOP, versatile edit functions, and search menu for investigating the scenario data. The tendency analysis for existing HAZOP results was performed to validate the usefulness of the developed program.

A process control graphic system is proposed as an efficient tool for monitoring the operation of power plant. It uses the multi-processor structure with 60 Kbyte shared memory as an implemental type of the distributed computer system, so that it is flexible, functionally extensible, and applicable to real-time process. The shared memory is used as a real-time database handling the process values and operator's commands. The database files, generated by the user-interactive graphic editor developed for the system or text editor, have the characteristics of simplicity and user-friendliness. The process control graphic system, that can monitor the operation of boiler and function as a backup controller in case of failure in boiler controller, is applied to Ulsan power plant. As a result, it displays the operating data of the boiler process without error by 14 pages of color graphic image according to the operation menu, and additionally functions well as a fault-tolerant control system.

The recent announcement of the EPUB3.0 e-book standard with enhanced features is expected to bring about much development and change to the production and circulation of e-books. This study thus set out to implement an EPUB3.0-based e-book containing various layout screens and interactive functions to stimulate readers' interest and investigate the production method considering the simultaneous publication of paper book and e-book. As for methodology and content, the investigator completed an edition and layout design and added an interactive function to it with Adobe Indesign CC(2014) and saved it as an EPUB3.0 file. She then opened the save EPUB file in the Sigil program, checked its specific codes and errors, and made revisions for its completion. The completed EPUB3.0 file was put to the test by installing four EPUB viewers, which were capable of implementing the EPUB3.0 features well based on the fitness results of epubtest.org and uploading files, in desktop and mobile devices. The present study claims its significance by implementing an EPUB3.0-based e-book capable of fixed layout and interactive features, cutting down the time and costs to make an e-book considerably by linking and using a production program, and proposing the possibility of simultaneous publication of paper book and e-book.
