On the purchase of luxury motivation factors and use benefits Causal Structure Model Analysis (명품구매동기와 사용혜택요인이 구매의도에 미치는 인과구조 모형 분석)

  • This study covered the Korean consumers' Luxury Purchase Motivation and benefit factors associated with the consumption behavior. Causal structural relationships between these variables were examined. Examined for the preceding literature on the basis of an analysis of the factor structure of Korean luxury purchase motivation factors and use benefits for Luxury of purchasing to help any relationship whether these factors were confirmed. Firstly, the results confirm the relevance luxury purchase motivations and benefits among the factors, materialistic motives, the economic benefits and practical benefits factors had a positive impact. Personal benefits and social benefits, and cost-benefit factors had a positive impact on the psychological motives. Secondly, the luxury of buying does not have a significant effect on the material motives. The other hand, had a positive effect on psychological motives. Third, the benefits of relevant factors on the purchase of luxury used. Personal factors, economic and practical benefits, they did not have a significant impact. Social benefit factors had a negative impact. Finally mediated side effects among these factors was confirmed. Only psychological motives mediating effects on factors of social benefits through the purchase of crazy. The results of this study to describe the consumer luxury purchasing behavior on buying behavior, as well as a simple linear relationship between the factors for the benefits to be gained by using luxury purchase motivation indirectly explained the process for luxury marketers in the future, and psychological characteristics offered to consider the implications.

A Comparison Counterfeit Goods use Behavior in Korea and China Consumer: focus on Motivation, Benefit and Cost Factor (한중 소비자의 위조품 구매태도 비교분석: 동기와 혜택 및 손실요인을 중심으로)

  • This study started why do consumers use the counterfeit goods. We executed the pretest through the depth interview, and made an purchase motivation scale, useful benefit factor and cost factor scale of counterfeit goods. We found out having the recognition difference of China consumers with Korea about these. The results is as follows. First, A counterfeit motivation appeared to the recognition difference appeared in a ostentation, economical efficiency and self-satisfaction factor with korea and china consumers. Second, counterfeit useful benefit factor organized to a personal significantly and economic benefit and the recognition difference appeared. Third, Counterfeit good useful cost composed to the personal good-quality, economic and social image of cost factors, and the recognition significantly difference appeared to all of cost factors with Korea and China consumers. These results are helpful for a depth understanding about the counterfeit use behavior, and will be utilized for the public campaign to reduce such behavior.

The Effect of motives and benefits and loss factors of social commerce on the product purchase satisfaction (소셜커머스의 이용동기와 혜택 및 손실요인이 제품 구매만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently social commerce has become an issue in E-commerce. It was made in purpose to seek the satisfaction of consumers plan to shop attempts to boost use of social commerce. Social commerce motives and benefits and loss factors are examined the impact of purchase satisfaction. Statistical analysis was performed using the multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, economic incentives and hedonic motivations and opportunistic motivation factor had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Second, the benefits are psychological factors and price benefits had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Third, the more it feels less sense when using social commerce and economic losses, as used to feel less discomfort were higher purchase satisfaction. Finally, it was confirmed that the greater the relative benefit factors influence than the loss factor. This study is significant in that it provided meaningful data from the viewpoint of a consumer who uses social commerce sites.

기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 통합기술수용이론 기반의 기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 전국에 거주하는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 수집된 324부를 자료분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22와 PROCESS macro v3.4를 사용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 기술수용요인은 노력기대와 실용적 혜택 간의 관계를 제외하고 인지된 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 농업드론서비스 사용의도에는 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인지된 혜택은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제적 혜택은 성과기대를 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하고, 편의적 혜택은 사회적 영향을 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 실용적 혜택은 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조절변수인 혁신저항은 편의적 혜택과 사용의도 간의 영향력만 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 농업드론서비스의 활용성을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 농업이나 드론 관련 교육 이수자 또는 드론자격증 소지자를 대상으로 실증분석이 필요하며 조사대상도 지역별로 균등하게 조사할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 변인들을 추가하는 후속연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 M-Commerce 고객을 대상으로 라이프-스타일 특성에 따른 관계혜택, 서비스 만족 및 재구매 관계에 대한 연구모형을 설정하고, 경로분석을 통하여 M-Commerce의 구매 결정 요인을 도출하여 M-Commerce의 효율적 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 라이프스타일 I (전통적 안정 추구형)은 고객화 혜택, 심리적 혜택, 사회적 혜택 순, 라이프스타일 II (현실중심 생활형)는 경제적 혜택, 고객화 혜택, 심리적 혜택 순, 라이프스타일 Ill (수동적 독립지향형)는 은 고객화 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 심리적 혜택 순, 라이프스타일 Ⅳ (진취적 여가 활동형)은 심리적 혜택, 고객화 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 사회적 혜택 순으로 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치며 서비스 만족이 재구매 결정에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

Impact of Well-being Lifestyle on Sportswear Benefit Pursuit among Participants in Badminton (배드민턴 참여자들의 웰빙 라이프스타일이 스포츠웨어 추구혜택에 미치는 영향)

  • 연구는 배드민턴 참여자들의 웰빙 라이프스타일이 스포츠웨어 추구혜택에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 강원도에서 배드민턴 클럽에 참여하고 있는 성인 남녀를 대상으로 206명을 표집하여 SPSS/PC+ 11.0 Version을 사용하여 통계분석을 실시 하였다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웰빙 라이프스타일의 하위요인 패션 유행추구, 사회지향성의 순으로 스포츠웨어 추구혜택인 이상적 추구혜택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 웰빙라이프스타일의 하위요인 물질추구, 패션 유행추구, 현실만족 순으로 스포츠웨어 추구혜택인 유행과 브랜드 추구혜택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 웰빙 라이프스타일의 하위요인 자기충실, 사회지향성, 건강추구, 현실만족의 순으로 스포츠웨어 추구혜택인 편안함 추구혜택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 웰빙 라이프스타일이 패션 유행추구, 물질추구, 사회지향성의 순으로 웰빙 라이프스타일이 젊음과 개성 추구혜택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 스포츠활동에 참여하는 대상자들이 스포츠웨어 추구혜택을 정확히 파악함으로써 스포츠활동에 보다 더 질 좋은 스포츠웨어 제품을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study was to investigated why consumers buy counterfeit luxury goods, and to address questions about what was used. To this end, benefits consumers experience using counterfeit or what is profit? In addition, experience using counterfeit what is lost or dissatisfied? Based on the results of previous studies on the use counterfeit motivation, loss of use, benefits, and behavioral factors associated with motivation to learn using these counterfeit goods, benefits, and loss factor, each counterfeit product attitude and purchase intention was affects. First, the motivation for using counterfeit display, economics, satisfaction, usefulness, respectively. Counterfeiting in the attitude demonstrated motivation and quality had a significant impact. The economics of buying a counterfeit, satisfaction and quality significantly affected the motivation. Second, counterfeit benefits and economic benefits, personal benefits factor, respectively. Counterfeit goods on the attitude factor has significant effect personal benefit. Purchase of counterfeit goods, the economic and personal benefits also had a significant impact. Third, the loss factor counterfeit personal loss, quality loss, material loss, and social factors were lost. Attitude toward counterfeits were no significant factors that affect. The social cost of buying a factor had a significant impact. These findings on the behavior of consumers with counterfeit deep understanding helps. In addition, to reduce the future use of counterfeit campaign gives data that can be exploited.

지각된 위험, 지각된 혜택, 신뢰가 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구

  • 정보기술과 지식 사회의 발달로 인해 기업의 다양한 업무 프로세스를 대행해주는 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱(Business Process Outsorucing: BPO)이 대표적 아웃소싱 형태로 자리잡아가고 있다. BPO의 수용에 대한 의사결정은 전략적 관점에서 매우 신중하게 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고, 국내 기업을 대상으로 한 BPO의 채택과 확산에 관한 실증적 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 기업의 BPO 수용 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 추출하고, 이러한 요인들이 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증한다. 이를 위해 BPO 수용 관련 위험요인과 혜택요인을 추출하고, 이들 요인이 신뢰를 매개하여 수용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 탐색해 향후 BPO연구를 위한 명제와 모델을 제시한다. 실무적으로는 BPO 수용요인에 관한 검토를 통하여 향후 BPO 추진 기업을 위한 성공적 추진 전략을 제시한다.

Causal Relation Analysis of the Motivation and Benefits Factors Affecting Customers' Purchase Intention of Counterfeit Goods (위조품 구매동기와 사용혜택 요인이 구매의도에 미치는 인과모형분석)

  • The present paper attempts to account for customers' purchase intention of counterfeit goods. Based on some previous analyses, we have set up a structured model for analysis with a hope to identify the relationship between benefits from using counterfeit goods and motivational factors to purchase them. It is found, first of all, that motivation for ostentation significantly influences personal benefits from using the counterfeit goods. Second, we also find that motivation for satisfaction does not exert any direct influence on the factors of benefits, though it affects decisions to purchase. Third, motivation for practicability has significant influence on personal and, more strongly, on economic benefits. Fourth, quality has significant influence on both personal and economic benefits. Again, this factor is also more closely related with economic benefits than with personal ones. We hope that we will be able to provide practical tips for those who design and plan public service advertisements that intend to reduce purchasing of counterfeit products.

The Effect of Technology Acceptance Factors on Behavioral Intention for Agricultural Drone Service by Mediating Effect of Perceived Benefits (기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택을 매개로 농업드론 서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the factors affecting the behavioral intention for agricultural drone service. The survey results of 324 agricultural-related workers were analyzed using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. The effects of technology acceptance factors by UTAUT on the behavioral intention for agricultural drone service and the mediating effects of perceived benefits were analyzed. The results are as follows: First, the technology acceptance factors had positive (+) effects on perceived benefits and behavioral intention for agricultural drone service. Second, economics mediated between factors excluding performance expectancy and intention, convenience also mediated between factors excluding social influence and intention, and there was no significant mediating effect of practicality benefits. In the future, a further research is required for people trained in agriculture or drone or had a drone license.
