In urban as well as rural areas, there is a vigorous movement to establish cooperatives which are based on the Framework Act On Cooperatives. Eight months after the enforcement of the law, more than 600 cooperatives reported their articles of association to the competent Mayor/Governor in rural areas. Considering the population distribution in urban and rural areas, this is not a small number. Though recently established rural cooperatives are acting throughout diverse business sectors, cooperatives in agricultural sector, which engage in agricultural production, processing and sales, occupy the largest portion of all the rural cooperatives. There are two types of juridical person that are allowed to engage in the agricultural production, processing and sales by the laws. They are Farm Association and Agricultural Business Corporation. Now in rural Korea, farmers tend to establish cooperatives by the Framwork Act On Cooperatives which are in the same business sector with Farm Association or Agricultural Business Corporation. There are many needs to improve legislation regarding cooperatives. Above all, the laws about Farm Association and Agricultural Business Corporation are in urgent need of improvement for the emerging rural cooperatives to be treated fairly.

Currently the mobile web service is growing with a tremendous speed and mobile contents are spreading extensively. However, it is hard to search what the user wants because of some limitations of cellular phones. And the music is the most popular content, but many users experience frustrations to search their desired music. To solve these problems, this research proposes a hybrid recommendation system, MOBICORS-music (MOBIle COntents Recommender System for Music). Basically it follows the procedure of Collaborative Filtering (CF) system, but it uses Contents-Based (CB) data representation for neighborhood formation and recommendation of new music. Based on this data representation, MOBICORS-music solves the new item ramp-up problem and results better performance than existing CF systems. The procedure of MOBICORS-music is explained step by step with an illustrative example.

Configuration and data management system for weapon system research and development processes should assist concurrent engineering and collaboration activities for various documents, drawings, part informations and product structure informations. In this thesis we defined the system architecture using the CBD methodology and implemented the component based system development process. Most of the configuration and data management systems consist of three layered system architecture which use the general MVC models. In this thesis we defined four layered system architecture based on EJB structure under J2EE environments. Through the four layered system architecture, we break down the general model layer into two detailed business layers and the ordinary control layer into two system dependent layers. With these four layers, we proposed the methodology that detailed the characteristics of the components. Through the CBD approach and the component based development process, we can get the representation model and implement the actual system of the configuration and data management system for weapon system R&D.

In this paper, we have interested in cooperative intelligent transport system and autonomous driving system, and focused on analysis of the characteristics of Cooperative Awareness Message (CAM) and Decentralized Environmental Notification Basis Service (DENM) message, which is key delivery message among cooperative intelligent transport system (C-ITS) characteristics for research objectivity. For research method, we also described V2X communication, and also analyzed the security certificate and header structure of CAM and DENM messages. We described CAM message, which is a message informing the position and status of the vehicle. And the DENM message is presented a message informing an event such as a vehicle accident, and analysis security communication, which is supported services. According to standard analysis result, 186 bits or 275 bits are used. In addition to the security header and the certificate format used for vehicle communication, we have gained the certificate verification procedure for vehicles and PKI characteristics for vehicles. Also We derived the characteristics and transmission capability of the security synchronization pattern required for V2X secure communication. Therefore when it is considered for communication service of DENM and CAM in the C-ITS environment, this paper may be meaningful result.

Considering the similarity in legislation and long-term industrial trend of Korea and Japan, continuous attention to the Japanese situation is useful for the development of a domestic construction strategy. In order to compare the current on-site construction management practice of the two countries and analyze the reasons for discrepancy, a literature review, expert interview, and site investigation were executed. A detailed survey of experts with experience in both countries revealed that overall, Korea's level of competitiveness is gaining on that of Japan. However, the Japanese construction industry was still evaluated as maintaining higher competitiveness, due mainly to comprehensive planning for operation, well-established design documents, and effective total quality safety environment management, all of which are combined with institutional support and a cooperative attitude by labor. Adjustments should be made for advanced technologies considering the attributes of a typical Japanese construction prior to establishing and implementing application strategies according to the suggestion of experts. Based on the results of this study, a benchmarking of Japanese strength should be conducted, and this is eventually expected to contribute to establishing green construction, enhancing safety, improving culture, and reinforcing the capabilities of participants.

File share system in client/server method requires server of High performance and capacity and this server is very expensive and management is complex and is been influenced much to flatform. Also, extension of correct memory or hard drive etc. causes a lot of expenses to server. While, may minimise human who happen by buying high-capacity server by dispersing file public ownership way unuse expensive server in client/serve. way who put up files in PC(client) to a sewer and manage files and make use of only client computers because public ownership of data and government official in P2P(peer to peer) environment, waste of material resources. Many people are interested to P2P by such reason, researches that use P2P to connection field to be Moba that have Gakgwangbatgo current are gone vigorously.

As makerspaces continue to be introduced in academic libraries in Korea, this study explores potential operating strategies of, and long-term justifications for, makerspaces as digital literacy eduational spaces and services at academic libraries. By examining related literature reviews and case studies of makerspaces, this study analyzes various programs and their respective creation, funding, development, and outcomes, including educational value and library-specific goals such as digital literacy and lifelong learning. This study also considers the perspectives of librarians at academic libraries in Korea who were asked about the purpose, impact, and limitations of makerspaces. Certain common themes appear: for example, it is necessary for makerspaces to resolve challenges related to stable funding, as well as staffing and training of professional librarians assisting with the on-the-ground operation of makerspaces. This study proposes that designing makerspaces for an academic library setting goes deeper than providing a collaborative environment with access to new technologies like 3D printers and laser cutters, and it may be uniquely appropriate to draw connections to libraries' objectives to provide digital literacy education and universities' mission to foster innovation and creativity among students.

Recently, many organizations such as companies or institutions have demanded induction of very large-scale workflow management system in order to process a large number of business-instances. Workflow vendors have focused on physical extension of workflow engines based on device-level clustering, so as to provide very large-scale workflow services. Performance improvement of workflow engine by simple physical-connection among computer systems which don't consider logical-level software architecture leads to wastes of time or cost for construction of very large-scale workflow service environment. In this paper, we propose workcase-based workflow architecture and implement a very large-scale workflow management system based on the architecture. We prove that software architectures to be applied on a workflow engine have an effect on scalability and performance through workcase response-time evaluation of our proposed system.

This research dwells on categorization and industrialization of cultural heritage resources using marketing. Since many organization would not grab the chance of business while doing marketing using cultural heritage, the paper intend to suggest proper way to develop strategy. For that purpose, this research analyzed some advanced cases of corporate like Google and other national endeavors. This paper founded out 4 models of marketing using cultural heritage resources. These are re-creation, patron, capitalization and media. Also we got practical implications of the case analysis and modeling which are collaboration partnership scheme between marketers and filed expert group. Marketers better find fitful information and right person utilizing more reliable sources such as national archives, and academic achievements. If the marketers implement such strategic program, really abundant types of cultural heritage resources using marketing could bring more favorable profit which means business chance and new horizon for global culture industry.
