Analysis of Effects of Learning Motivation on the Interaction in Online Cooperation Learning (온라인 협력학습에서 학습동기가 상호작용에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of learning motivation on interaction in online collaborative learning. The study subjects are 79 university students who take courses in teaching. Learning motivations measured the intrinsic goal orientation, extrinsic goal orientation, tasks value, control of learning beliefs, test anxiety, self-efficacy, goal orientation by MSLQ. Next, the level of interaction was measured by online collaborative tasks. The group for online cooperation tasks consisted of four to five people and random assignment. The level of interaction was used frequency and score that quantitative Value assess. The collected data were analysed using multiple regression analysis(stepwise). As a result, self-efficacy and extrinsic goal orientation, tasks value, mastery goal orientation were positive effect on frequency and score. next, test anxiety and performance avoid goal orientation were negative effect on frequency and score.

  • 학교현장은 평균 43명의 과밀학급(인천광역시 연수고등학교 2학년)으로, 컴퓨터실에서 교사는 학생들을 관리하기 위해 학생 PC의 전원 끄는 경우가 있다. 교사는 학생의 컴퓨터를 감시하여 수업과 관련 없는 웹(web) 사이트를 방문하는 학생들의 수업 이외의 장난을 막으면서 학생들에게 수업해야 하기 때문이다. 그러나 학생은 이러한 방식에 반발심을 사거나 학생들의 학습 의욕을 떨어트리는 요인으로 작용한다고 본다. 또한 컴퓨터실 수업에서 일반적으로 교사는 "바쁜 교사"이다. 제한된 시간에 학습자 개인의 흥미나 욕구를 반영하여 개별 학습자의 능력 혹은 수준에 맞추어 수업의 내용의 내용과 속도를 다르게 가르치는 개별지도가 불가능하다. 현실이 이렇다 보니 컴퓨터라는 정보화 기기를 활용한 수업이 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 학습 초기에 개별학습을 하면서 학습 진행에 어려움을 격을 시 학생과 학생사이에 다양한 상호작용을 촉진시키도록 협력학습 체제를 구축하고 학생들의 학습을 모니터링하면서 학생 또는 협력학습 모둠이 문제 해결에 어려움이 처한 경우나 실패한 경우 교사의 개별지도가 가능하게 할 수 있는 실시간 협력학습 체제를 설계하였다.

A Design of Smart-based collaborative learning model for programming education of elementary school students (초등학생 프로그래밍 교육을 위한 스마트 기반 협력학습 모형 설계)

  • This paper is to design smart based collaborative learning model for programming education of fifth graders of elementary school and applies it to a class and analyze its result. Designed learning model is composed of understanding of concept, realization, learning and sharing and it includes step by step learning materials and smart based collaborative learning activities. Scratch traffic light learning materials at leaning stage classify content to be checked in programming by colors and write to support programming internalization of learners. Provision of smart based collaborative learning activities that considered learning conditions of learners makes it possible for beginners to participate in and keep study actively. This study showed that there was statistically significant difference in learners' programming interest and those who achieved over 8 out of 10 points were 60.7% at three stage evaluations for achievement level that applied learning model which suggests that satisfactory achievement level is achieved.

  • Web-based learning receives much attention as an effective learning method because users can use the learning service at any time from any space. A learning management system(LMS) provides online educational environment among teachers and students, supporting various facilities to deliver educational contents. Since most of the existing LMSs support one-way or limited two-way teaching services among teachers and students, there are a lot of difficulties in performing collaboration among students and/or collaboration among teachers and students. In this paper, we describe the development of collaborative workspaces which provides effective collaborative educational environment on Moodle which is widely accepted as a typical LMS. Through the provided various types of collaborative workspaces, users can easily perform group activities, sharing educational with appropriate access control mechanism.

The Structural Relationship among Individual Creativity, Team Trust, Team Efficacy and Collective Intelligence in Collaborative Learning at Universities (대학 협력학습에서 개인창의성, 팀신뢰, 팀효능감 및 집단지성의 구조적 관계)

  • In recent years, collaborative learning in university courses has been emphasized in order to improve collective intelligence. Based on literature reviews, individual creativity was used as a variable of personal characteristic, team trust and collective efficacy were used as variables of teams to see the relationship with collective intelligence as a variable of learning outcome. Data were collected from 770 students from A University in Gyeonggi-do, H University in the Daejeon, and K University in Chungcheong-do, and analyzed by using structural equations modeling. As results, individual creativity had significant influence on collective efficacy and collective intelligence. Team trust also had significant influence on collective efficacy and collective intelligence. In addition, collective efficacy had a positive effect on collective intelligence. This study will be able to utilize basic data for establishing instructional design and strategies of collaborative learning in the universities.

  • 인터넷과 정보 통신 기술의 발달은 컴퓨터 응용 및 컴퓨팅 환경에 상당한 변화를 가져왔으며, 여러 분야에서 이들 기술이 응용되고 있다. 고도로 발전하고 있는 정보통신 기술이 교육분야에 적용 및 활용되어 기존의 교육 패러다임에 상당한 변화를 초래함으로써, 새로운 교육형태의 교육체계 구현을 통해 교육 현장에 커다란 기여를 하고 있다. 대표적인 것이 원격교육을 비롯한 e-learning, 가상교육시스템 등이 있다. 인터넷과 컴퓨터가 보편화된 현재, 많이 연구 제안되고 구현이 되어서, 실제로 온라인 상에서 실시간 혹은 비실시간으로 학습교육시스템들이 서비스되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 많이 제안된 e-Learning시스템에 협력학습의 개념을 도입하여 교수-학습자 뿐 아니라 학습자-학습자간에 상호작용을 극대화하고, 한발 더 나아가 웹을 통하여 교수의 강의 내용을 학습자가 언제, 어디서든지 멀티미디어 데이터를 제공받아서 학습 및 평가 받을 수 있는 LOD(Lecture on Demand :주문형 강의)을 도입하여 협력학습을 지원하는 e-Learning 시스템의 LOD 플랫폼의 설계를 제안한다.

Exploring for Impact of Learning Strategies on Participation Level in Online Collaborative Learning Process (온라인 협력학습 과정의 참여 수준에 대한 학습전략의 영향 탐색)

  • This study was conducted to explore the impact of learning strategies on the level of participation in the online collaborative learning process. To do this, We studied 91 students who took professorship courses at A university in the Seoul metropolitan area. At the beginning of the semester, the learning strategies were measured through MSLQ, rehearsal, elaboration, organizing, critical thinking, metacognition, learning management, effort control, peer learning, and seeking help. Next, cooperative tasks were carried out to measure the interaction, and group composition consisted of 4-5 persons. The level of participation was measured by scores given to the messages created for interaction. The process of collaborative learning was divided into the steps of identifying learning goals, learning plans, performing individual learning, sharing learning results, and writing reports. The effects of learning strategies on participation level were analyzed through multiple regression analysis (stepwise selection method). As a result, the learning goal step influenced the highest level of metacognition, and the learning plan is the management of the learning time, the demonstration of the learning execution, the adjustment of the effort, the acquisition of help, the collegial learning, Writing was influenced by organization, elaboration, critical thinking, and critical thinking, metacognition, and elaboration.

A Study on the Effect of Conversing Action Learning in a Collaborative EFL Classroom (협력형 EFL 교실에서 실천학습 융합 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of action learning methods and practices, which have a research focus on learner-centered teaching after training students to use collaborative learning practices from the viewpoint that the learners acquire English skills through peer correction activities based on sociocultural learning theory[1]. From March 1, 2018 to June 15, 2018, one control class and one experimental group were selected from the general freshman English courses. The experimental group attended classes centered on collaborative writing activities using action learning and cooperation techniques, and the control group attended classes lecture style and rote learning methods to teach writing. The result of study has shown that, for the experimental group, there have been statistically significant results in the production of writing, such as the number of words, the number of sentences, and sentence length. Learners could share the knowledge or ideas of others in their learning relationships with more regular basis.

Reinforce Learning Based Cooperative Sensing for Cognitive Radio Networks (인지 무선 시스템에서 강화학습 기반 협력 센싱 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose a reinforce learning based on cooperative sensing scheme to select optimal secondary users(SUs) to enhance the detection performance of spectrum sensing in Cognitive radio(CR) networks. The SU with high accuracy is identified based on the similarity between the global sensing result obtained through cooperative sensing and the local sensing result of the SU. A fusion center(FC) uses similarity of SUs as reward value for Q-learning to determine SUs which participate in cooperative sensing with accurate sensing results. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the detection performance compared to conventional cooperative sensing schemes.
