A Case Study on the Characteristics of Supply Chain Environmental Management in Korean Firms (우리나라 기업의 친환경공급사슬관리에 관한 연구)

  • SCEM is the concept of reducing environmental effect on the outside of purchasing and manufacturing process, delivery, and distribution process. An ultimate aim of SCEM are obtaining environmental stability and energy/materials operational efficiency. Although the importance of greening supply chain was highlighted, former researches were often based on case studies of specific industry and didn't provide clear definition of environmental supply chain management which includes fundamental notions for business practitioners. This study focuses on findings how the SCEM system practically run and what the characteristics of SCEM is in Korean firms through case studies. It is suggested that SCEM is more effective for environmental management rather than by making limited eco-innovation. Korean firms have considered that an international environmental regulation is more important than customers' needs for environmental goods for implementing SCEM.

  • 한국작물보호협회(회장 염병만)는 지난 4월 19일 협회 회의실에서 최근 만능인양 무분별 하게 확산되고 있는 친환경농업에 대한 올바른 이해를 제고하고 남북농업협력위원회 구성 등으로 더욱 활발한 교류가 예상되는 북한농업 현황 및 작물보호산업 협력방안에 대한 이해를 제고하기 위한 외부강사 초청강연회를 개최했다. 협회 및 회원사 관계자 약 40여명이 참석한 가운데 열린 이날 강연회에서 첫 번째 연사로 나선 농업과학기술원 친환경농업과 최두회 과장은“친환경농업에 대한 올바른 이해와 작물보호산업의 나아갈 방향”에 대해 발표했다. 두 번째 연사인 고려대학교 북한학과 남성욱 교수는 “최근 북한의 농정변화와 작물보호산업 협력방안”에 대해 발표해 참석자들의 비상한 관심을 모았다. 이날 발표된 주요 내용을 간단히 요약, 정리해 본다

Intelligent Path Planning and Following for Coordinated Control of Heterogeneous Marine Robots (이종 해양로봇의 협력제어를 위한 지능형 경로 계획 및 추종)

  • In real system application, the path planning and following system for the coordinated control of heterogeneous marine robots based on the underwater acoustic communication has the following problems: surface and underwater robots have different maneuvering properties, an underwater robot requires more effective operating, it has a limited communication range because of the transmission loss (TL) of acoustic wave, it has a communication error because of the Doppler distortion of acoustic wave, and further, it requires an easy design procedure in terms of its structures and parameters. To solve these problems, an intelligent path planning algorithm using the evolution strategy (ES) and the fuzzy logic controller (FLC) based on system modeling, is proposed. To verify the performance of the proposed algorithm, the path planning and following of an underwater robot is performed according to the maneuvering of a surface robot. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm effectively solves the problems.

A Study on the Effects of the Cooperative Philosophy between SMEs to the Cooperative Activities and Performance (중소기업 간 협력철학이 협력활동과 협력성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effect of cooperation activities among SMEs. In order to study empirical analysis, we classified the types of cooperation into four dimensions: technology cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and financial cooperation. Review the role of the collaborative philosophy as a predictor. This study also analyzed the relationship between cooperation philosophy, cooperation activities and performance. The results of this study are as follows: First, the result of path analysis between cooperation philosophy and cooperation activities shows that cooperation philosophy has an important influence on technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and financial cooperation. Second, the results of the relationship between cooperation activities and achievements, technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, and sales cooperation have an important influence on cooperation performance. The meaning of this study is as follows. Analyze empirical tests using the PSBP model from a partnership perspective. We are trying to verify the relationship with SMEs. Therefore, we can suggest a beneficial implication to explain the importance of cooperation activities between SMEs. Also, SME business units have a problem with technical information leakage when they form partnerships, but in order to overcome this problem, we can use cooperative philosophies and avoid negative views.

  • Various technologies such as infrared light, ultrasonic waves, RFID, GPS, UWB, and signal indicators have been incorporated in the location tracking system. However, such pre-existing systems require location recognition in shadow areas. This study proposes a location tracking system that utilizes Cooperative Spectrum Sensing. Cooperative Spectrum Sensing is not only able to track the location and path of moving objects but also recognize when objects breakaway from the path set by sensors and guide them back. In addition, it has the advantage of being more efficient in terms of frequency usage. It is able to automatically fix power transmission and frequency modulation for transmission cognitive users to an optimum level within the range that does not cause interference for primary users.

대학행정의 노력 및 신뢰가 산학협력장애에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 산학협력의 관계를 통해 발생하는 장애를 파악하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 요인을 대학행정의 노력과 신뢰에서 찾아본다. 기존 산학협력의 연구에서, 산학간의 관계는 경로의존성에 의해 지속적인 상호작용과 지식의 흡수역량을 키움으로써, 양자간 협력에 대한 누적된 경험과 다양한 채널의 폭을 가진다. 하지만 상호간 인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽과 같은 산학협력의 장애는 필연적으로 발생한다. 이러한 장애를 극복해야만 좀 더 효과적인 성과를 유도하고, 지속적인 산학협력의 관계가 유지될 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 대학행정의 노력수준과 산학간의 신뢰가 높을수록 산학협력 장애요인인 상호인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 산학협력장애를 극복할 수 있는 이 두 가지 요인의 수준을 높이기 위한 산학연관 주체의 관심과 실행 및 제도적 뒷받침이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

Cooperative Node Selection for the Cognitive Radio Networks (인지무선 네트워크를 위한 협력 노드 선택 기법)

  • Cognitive radio has been recently proposed to dynamically access unused-spectrum. The CR users can share the same frequency band with the primary user without interference to each other. Usually each CR user needs to determine spectrum availability by itself depending only on its local observations. But uncertainty communication environment effects can be mitigated so that the detection probability is improved in a heavily shadowed environment. Soft detection is a primary user detection method of cooperative cognitive radio networks. In our research, we will improve system detection probability by using optimal cooperative node selection algorithm. New algorithm can find optimal number of cooperative sensing nodes for cooperative soft detection by using maximum ratio combining (MRC) method. Through analysis, proposed cooperative node selection algorithm can select optimal node for cooperative sensing according to the system requirement and improve the system detection probability.
