'기술융합'은 기존기술 간 결합 또는 전혀 새로운 기술개발을 통한 신산업 창출과 사회적 난제 해결을 가능하게 하는 혁신의 최근 트렌드이다. 과학기술을 통한 한국 경제성장 전략의 첨병이었던 국가 출연(연)구소에 대해서도 융합연구 조직으로의 역할 변화를 둘러싼 정책적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 출연(연) 융합연구의 성공 핵심요소를 '협력'으로 보고 다음의 연구 목적을 설정하였다. 첫째, 기술개발 목적과 문제해결 과정 관점에서 융합연구 개념과 범위를 정의하고, 그 특성을 반영하는 분석 프레임워크를 제안한다. 둘째, 융합연구에서의 협력활동과 그 성과를 유형화하고 새로운 분석지표를 제안한다. 셋째, 융합연구에서의 협력활동 특성과 그 정도가 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이를 위하여, 국가연구개발사업 및 NST 융합연구사업을 통한 융합연구 과제 수행 경험이 있는 각 출연(연) 104명의 연구책임자들에게 협력의 방식 및 정성적 성과에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이후, 조사결과를 바탕으로 협력활동 특성과 성과 간 상관관계를 규명하는 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 지식 창출활동에서는 협력 파트너 다변화가 중요한 변수였다. 둘째, 유사분야 연구자들 간 집체형 협력활동은 특허 기술이전과 같이 목적이 명확한 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구자들에게 독립성과 자율성을 부여하고, 지식 노하우 등 기술역량의 상호공유가 이루어질수록 창출지식의 다양성 및 관계의 지속성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과는 융합연구를 위한 협력과 성과 분석방법의 정책방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of goal commitment and the moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation in the relationship with relationship continuity about the win-win strategy with a foreign company. For this study, a total of 427 work-level employees who participated in trade shows were surveyed by on-line. First, most of the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company were found to be of a significant impact on goal commitment. Second, most of the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company had a positively significant impact upon relationship continuity. Third, the goal commitment with a foreign company had a significant impact on relationship continuity. Fourth, the analysis of the mediating effect of goal commitment in the relationship between the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company and relationship continuity showed that some elements of win-win strategy played a mediating role. Fifth, in the relationship between the elements of the win-win strategy in cooperation with a foreign company and relationship continuity, entrepreneurial orientation had a significant moderating effect on some of the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company.

Making efforts to break down the barriers between the intra-company departments as well as cooperating with external partners can become the driving force to create a successful innovation in the new product development (NPD) process. This study deals with how the key factors of collaborative innovation success are working in the process of NPD collaboration. Using case analysis of the NPD process, where a large retailer and small and medium-sized suppliers cooperate, we found that the small and medium-sized suppliers achieved greater 'short-term' performances in the collaboration than the large firm, although the long-term performance is not clear. Among the six antecedents of innovation success, relationship-specific investment played a critical role in motivating the supplier's participation in the NPD process. Adopting a 'closed' network in which the two suppliers interact directly with each other and create new knowledge for the NPD process played an important role in producing a quality product in a reduced development time. Unlike previous studies about the retailer-supplier cooperation for NPD in the food industry suggesting that position differences cause communication problems which is a major obstacle to the NPD success. This study suggests that large retailer's initiative role is a critical success factor in the NPD by the cooperation between small and medium-sized suppliers and large retailers.

추천 기술이란 과도하게 제공되는 정보를 여과하여 사용자에게 필요한 정보만을 제공해 주는 것으로 대표적으로는 협력적 여과가 있다. 그러나 협력적 여과는 희소성 문제와 확장성에 취약점을 보이고 있어 최근 이를 극복하기 위한 내용 기반 추천 기법에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 내용 기반의 추천 기법에서 효율적인 추천이 이루어지기 위해서는 각 요소별 가중치를 어떻게 설정할 것인가가 매우 중요하다. 기존의 연구에서는 요소별 가중치를 다양한 실험에 의해 결정하고 이를 모든 사용자에게 동일하게 적용하는 방식을 취하고 있다. 그러나 사용자마다 콘텐츠 선택 기준과 요인이 다를 수 밖에 없으므로 이러한 방식은 사용자의 선호 정보를 효과적으로 반영할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 선호 정보 분석과 함께 각 요소별 가중치를 사용자별로 자동으로 설정하여 보다 효과적인 추천이 이루어질 수 있는 기법을 제안한다.

Collaboration between libraries and archives would be an effective and efficient strategy for them to accomplish their mission to make useful information accessible for current users and to preserve valuable documentary heritage for future users. This paper indicated differences in their organizational culture and some technical problems as obstacles to collaboration. Nine cases of collaboration and cooperation between libraries and archives in some foreign countries were introduced. This paper analysed strength and weakness for Korean libraries and archives when they explore ways to go into partnership. Based on the analysis. it suggested to develop the communication channels between libraries and archives; to further the education of competent professionals; to establish necessary standards. to get legal and financial support from the central and local authorities.

This study is that internal members of social welfare are divided into the first organization directly controlling and managing subjects and the second organization supporting and assisting the first one, and both organizations are analyzed through the empirical study about cooperation degree on the basis of interaction degree related with cooperation relationship from interorganizational relationship theories. That is because organic cooperation between both sides is essential element to effectively approach the ultimate purpose which subjects and related people need because of the social welfare business. This result suggests that both sides broadly recognize the need about cooperation between management systems and that it must come first to establish values and behaviors about the cooperation among the persons in charge on the organizational internal level for organic cooperation between organizations.

Emotional interaction in virtual reality is necessary of social communication. However, social emotion has been tried to be less recognized quantitatively. This study was to determined social gaze of emotion in business domain. 417 emotion words were collected and 16 emotion words were selected to Goodness of Fit. Emotion word were mapped into 2 dimensional space through multidimensional scaling analysis. Then, X axis defined dimensions of cooperation, competition, and Y axis of low focus and high focus through the FGD. 52 subjects were presented to stimuli for emotion and gaze movement data were collected. Independent t-test results showed that the gaze factor increased in the face, eye, and nose areas at cooperation, and the gaze factor increased in the right face and nose areas at the low focus. It is expected that this will be used as a basic research to evaluate emotions needed in business environment in virtual space.

In the system integration (SI) industry, improving relationships with outsourcing partners is one of the key challenges faced by SI companies that aim to increase productivity and reduce costs. In the SI industry, over 80% of project development work is performed by these outsourcing partners. Hence, large SI companies focus on fostering high-performing partners through improved cooperation and mutual relations. However, in the SI industry the existing process of managing outsourcing partners is unable to advance to the level of long-term partnerships due to inadequate information sharing and communication in the process of selecting and assessing a potential and existing partner. Based on the theory of partnership, this study identifies the success factors for new strategic partnerships. Further, this study presents a model for assessing partner companies to promote increased productivity and improve the relationship between an SI company and its partner. In addition, this model is used to assess partner relationships for a well-known SI company "A". This study explores the feasibility of a new framework model.

Because of the increased interest in health, medical care, and wellness, the utilization of health-related information resources, especially those found on the Internet, has been rapidly increasing. In addition, despite encountering an increasing number of health and medical-related reference questions in public libraries, public librarians feel limitations in their ability to perform these types of reference services. Therefore, this study proposed the cooperative network system model for vitalizing CHI Services, meaning that all the related agencies, including public libraries, medical libraries, medical institutions, and the health and medical community collaboratively provide consumer health information service. This study presented in detail the key elements of the cooperation model, the subject of cooperation, target sources for cooperation, the content of cooperation, operations of CHI-providing sites, operations and roles of Cooperation Centers, and directions for cooperating with commercial institutions.
