The purpose of this study is to evaluate current library cooperation system and to identify what fields should be cooperated with other libraries. A survey and group interviews are used for research method. The results show that only under 30% of respondents estimated the success of library cooperation system. The system needs to be changed. Online catalog and DB are evaluated as important fields, while the shared/cooperation acquisition is evaluated as less important field in current cooperation system. Also, education cooperation, the cooperation of education and culture programs, and advertisement cooperation are more necessary. The shared/cooperation acquisition is less necessary in library cooperation filed. The membership libraries of cooperation systems and library location are affected to responses as a factor. This study proposes two library cooperation systems: upload library cooperation system and download library cooperation system.

There are more than 2 million blind and partially disabled people in Korea. They need access to books and information for all the same reasons as non-disabled persons: for lifelong learning, for social activity, for leisure, and to play a full part in society. In considering these realities, this paper has suggested the various strategies and plans to build and operate a cooperative library service network for the disabled persons. In addition, author commented on the subsequent actions for implementing the cooperative service model.

This study investigates the impact of supply chain collaboration on performance in social economy in Korea. Collaboration is an effective method to overcome the disadvantages of newness and smallness of domestic social economy organizations. Nevertheless, most research on social economy examined conceptual relationship between collaboration and performance. Hence, this study focuses on empirically demonstrating the relationship between supply chain collaboration and performance in social economy. We identify two steps of supply chain collaboration structure, i.e., collaboration culture and collaboration implementation, and establish a research model to analyze the impact of collaboration of social economy organization on performance. Based on responses to a survey of 99 social economy organizations, we test the hypotheses in the theoretical model using PLS structural equation modeling. The result shows that both the effect of collaboration culture on collaboration implementation and the effect of collaboration implementation on performance are significant. This study contributes to the social economy literature by empirically investigating the impact of collaboration in social economy organizations on performance based on supply chain theories, and by expanding the application scope of supply chain theories to social economy organizations.

The relationship between suppliers and customers is treated importantly not only in the traditional business-to-business (BtoB) commerce but also in today's Internet environments. On the one hand, most of Internet-based BtoB commerce services like customer-centric e-procurement, supplier-centric e-sales or intermediary-centric e-marketplace focus mainly on the selection of partners according to bidding, auction, etc. This point may result in the problem of overlooking the relationships between suppliers and customers. To overcome this problem in this paper, an intelligent agents-based supply chain operation architecture is proposed and appraised considering the relationship and its adaptation.

추천 시스템을 위한 여과 기술에는 협력적 여과, 내용기반 여과 등이 있다. 협력적 여과 방법은 적용이 용이한 반면 회소성 문제와 초기 평가 문제가 있으며, 내용기반 여과는 정보의 질을 구분하는 것이 어려워 효과가 적다는 단점이 있다. 신경망 기반 협력적 여과 방법은 이러한 문제를 해결하고 있지만, 사용자의 수가 많아지면 모델이 커져 효율성이 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 신경망 기반 협력적 여과의 효율성을 높이기 위해 상관도를 고려하는 신경망 기반 협력적 여과를 제안한다. 여기서 상관도란 피어슨 상관계수를 이용하여 구해진 상관계수의 절대값을 의미하며 상관도가 높다라는 것은 상관계수의 절대값이 1에 가까운 경우를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 EachMovie 데이터를 이용하여 제안한 방법의 우수함을 보인다.

우리 협회는 국립중앙도서관으로부터 위탁받은 '도서관협력망 협력사업 표준모델 개발 연구' 용역사업을 2001년 6월부터 12월까지 6개월간 수행하여 12월 중순 국립중앙도서관에 보고서를 제출하였다. 본 연구결과를 널리 도서관계에 알려 향후 지속적인 협력사업 활성화를 위한 논의에 도움을 주고자 국립중앙도서관의 허락을 받아 이 연구결과의 결론부분을 본지에 재수록한다.

본 고에서는 셀룰러 이동망에서 다중 홉 릴레이를 도입할 때 셀 경계 및 릴레이 노드의 서비스 영역 경계에서의 서비스 불능 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로서 다이버시티 이득을 제공할 수 있는 협력 통신 방식에 대해서 살펴본다. 협력 통신의 기본 개념과 관련 요소 기술들을 살펴보고, 특히 협력 통신을 고려한 다양한 전송 프로토콜들의 특성을 분석한다. 또한, IEEE 802.16e 규격의 IP-OFDMA기반 광대역 이동 액세스 망에서 이와 같은 협력 통신을 적용할 때 시스템 레벨의 성능 분석 결과를 고찰하고, 실제 시스템에서의 고려 사항에 대해서 살펴본다.

The rapid trends toward outsourcing have created more complex and fragmented multi-tier supply chains for Engineering, Procurement & Construction(EPC) industry. Working with suppliers and sub-suppliers requires continuous integration activities during project execution. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the performances and relationship satisfaction of second-tier suppliers participating in the project-based supply chain. This study proposes the network embeddedness, collaboration, information-sharing and flexibility as antecedents variables, and collected the survey responses from the second-tier suppliers having experiences with complex projects. The statistical results indicate that the collaboration with supply chain leading firm and first-tier supplier has significant impact on the performances and relationship satisfaction of second-tier suppliers. It was also found that the information-sharing and flexibility influence the network embeddedness as well as collaboration, and that the embeddedness have significant impact on the collaboration.

Supply chain management for engineering project focuses on planning acquisitions, identifying and choosing the right suppliers and subcontractors, planning and negotiating appropriate contracts, and administering the collaboration with the suppliers and subcontractors. This paper aims to identify the determinants of SCM performance of the suppliers and subcontractors participating in the project-based supply chain. This study proposes the absorptive capacity, fairness of suppliers' evaluation, the quality of collaboration and incentives as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from the suppliers and subcontractors having experiences with major engineering projects. The statistical results indicate that the incentives, absorptive capacity and the quality of collaboration influence SCM performance of suppliers, and that the fairness of suppliers' evaluation has some impact on the incentives and the absorptive capacity. But on the contrary to our expectation, the incentives have no significant impact on the level of absorptive capacity.

본고에서는 무선 통신 망에서 게임 이론이 적용된 주요 물리 계층 설계 기술을 소개한다. 셀룰러 망과 ad-hoc 망에서 일반적으로 적용할 수 있는 비협력 게임 이론 모형을 제시하고 서로 다른 목적을 위해 제안된 게임 전략과 유틸리티 함수를 소개함으로써 게임 이론으로 다양한 분산 알고리즘을 도출할 수 있음을 보인다.
