By reviewing the existing researches of construction safety management, this study presented some problems; 1) preceding researches dealt only a formal system of safety management and did not focus on the practical safety management action, 2) there is an insufficient endeavor of utilizing the lessons teamed of successful construction sites and generalizing the success factors of safety management in the construction industry. The objective of this study is to propose and describe an effective construction safety management activity improvement reflecting success factors of the excellent construction cases and the preceding researches. To achieve this objective, the authors performed a case study of successful construction sites and proposed the major six safety activities. The author's point are illustrated through an explanation of the safety management activity improvement.

In addition to aging social problem, the problem of older age structure ratio in the fire service organization playing the leading role of the disaster response activities is also expected to be this serious situation. In the case of Seoul fire fighting organization, it is expected that the ratio of over the age 50 reaches 31% or 40% between from 10 to 15 years later from now on, but this will be a serious problem in the fire fighting personnel needing a healthy body and physical strength in the disaster situation unlike the civil servants of general staff. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to take measures that can adapt to a new disaster environment of Increasing proportion of the elderly population by presenting the criteria of age limit of fire fighting field activities to analyze the relevance of the ability to perform on-site activities and age of Seoul fire civil servants, by using three analysis criteria.

본 연구는 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발한 프로그램이 유아의 문해능력 및 창의성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 유아의 현장체험활동 프로그램 개발한 후, 현장체험활동 프로그램이 유아의 문해능력과 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 연구 결과 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램은 유아 수용어휘능력 및 표현어휘능력 증진에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 창의성의 하위요인에 있어서도 독창성, 유창성, 융통성, 상상력 증진에 긍정적인 효과를 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램은 유아의 문해능력과 창의성 증진에 효과적인 교수 전략인 것으로 해석된다.

This study is to support the school's mathematics exploration activities. Mathematics exploration is a very important mathematical activity not only for mathematics teachers, but also for students. Looking at the development of mathematics, it has been extended from one mathematical fact to a new mathematical fact. Mathematics exploration activities are not unique to mathematicians, and opportunities are equally given to all ordinary people who are learning mathematics and teaching mathematics. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a method of mathematics exploration activities that teachers and students can perform in schools, based on mathematics exploration activities based on one mathematical fact. Specifically, the cosine law was selected as one mathematical fact, and mathematical exploration activities were performed based on the cosine law. By analyzing the results of these mathematics exploration activities, we developed a method to explore school mathematics. Through the results of this study, it is expected that mathematics exploration activities will be conducted equally by students and teachers in the mathematics classroom.

This paper proposes show how to support the field-learning by using web and mobile system. This Web Mobile system is to help the users plan, carry out and evaluate a field learning. Usually the field-learning is going through three steps: preparation, actual field activity and post-evaluation activity. The proposing Web-Mobile system supports an integrated methodology to more effectively help, lead and manage this three step field-learning, This effective approach will help the learners develop their creativity, self-control and partnership to each other.

This study was performed to propose measures to improve and secure safety in the scene activities of firefighters. First, the majority of firefighters thought that working environment and equipment in fire station were inadequate for perforeming work tasks safely. Second, influential factors threatening safe scene activities mainly arose externally such as insecure working conditions of firefighting or emergency scene. Third, improvement in working environments was pointed out as the most urgent issue to secure safety. Firefighters recognized the expansion of field workforce in system, personnel management and the foundation of hospitals for firefighters hospital in working environment, and the development and distribution of safe equipment and change and inspection of air respirator facepiece on regular basis in equipment as urgent issues to be improved.

Standard Incident Command System in Korea is that Incident Command System for Emergency Rescue Operation, which is commanded only by Fire Fighting Agencies. However, in the event of a disaster such as the flood, storm, or landslide disaster, there are many disaster response activities performed by the General Public Officers at the disaster on-scene. Yet, there isn't an Natural Disaster Command System for the General Public Officers in Korea. Thus, we have studied the response activities needed cooperation among agencies and proposed some considerations of the Natural Disaster Command System for General Public Officers. The system will be useful to response and recover disaster rapidly, seamlessly, and cooperatively among General Public Officers and the related agencies.

격의 없이 근로자와 함께 하는 안전활동을 통해 행복하고 즐거운 현장분위기를 조성해 나가고 있는 현장이 있어 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 중견건설사인 (주)동서가 시공을 하고 있는 '공군부대 장영복합체육시설현장'이다. 이곳 현장은 안전보건공단이 인정한 '위험성평가 우수사업장'으로, 임직원과 근로자들이 하나가 되어 적극적인 재해예방활동에 나서고 있다. 근로자들이 마음으로 안전을 받아들이고 안전관리의 주축으로 나서도록 하기 위해 끊임없이 노력하고 있다는 이곳 현장을 찾아가봤다.

최근 건설현장에서는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 전 산업에서 건설업 재해율은약 50%로 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 중대재해처벌법 시행(22년 1월 27일)과 4차산업 발달에 따른 IOT기반 안전관리 등 안전규제와 안전관리기술이 현장에 적용되고 있지만 건설현장 안전관리의 접점에 있는 실무자 및 근로자가 실효성 있게 안전관리활동을 하고 실질적으로 안전행동을 강화시키는 안전사고 예방적 안전관리가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 시행되고 있는 안전보건활동, 안전교육, 안전행동강화, 안전성과와의 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 제시하고 관계 분석하였다. 건설현장 실무자 및 근로자의 설문조사 데이터를 구조방정식에 적용하여 관계를 분석한 예측결과, 분석결과에 의해 검증된 가설이 시사하는 부분을 해석하고, 가설검증을 기반으로 외생변수로부터 안전행동강화에 도달하는 경로를 탐색하고 주요 논점을 논의한다.

본 논문에서는 전문대학 교육역량강화사업의 일환으로 수행된 교수의 산업체현장연수가 수업에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 최근 활발하게 전개되고 있는 산학협력활동 중에 교수의 산업체현장에서의 재교육 차원의 연수는 학생들의 취업, 현장실습, 교수의 연구활동, 기술지도 등 지역대학의 내실을 기하고 경쟁력 기반구축과 밀접한 연관성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 지속적인 교수 산업체현장연수를 통해 전문대학 학생의 수업 만족도 및 현장적응능력을 향상시켜 현장중심교육으로 접근함을 알 수 있었다.
