본 논문에서는 도로시설물의 감전 위험성의 실태를 파악하기 위하여 신호등, 공중전화, 입간판, 에어콘 실외기를 현장 조사하였다. 취득된 자료에 의거하여 도로시설물의 실태를 감전 위험성 측면에서 정밀하게 분석하였다. 조사결과, 규정이 미비하여 많은 시설물들이 올바르게 설치되어 있지 않기 때문에 감전의 위험성이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 감전 예방의 관점에서 도로시설물의 설치 및 관리에 대한 구체적인 규정을 설정하는 것이 필요하다.

협회는 2003년부터 환경부로부터 인가 받은 발포합성수지 포장재의 생산자책임재활용의무 이행 업무 수행과 관련하여 현장에서의 문제점을 파악하고 그 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 연구사업을 진행하였다. 지난 4월부터 11월까지 7개월 간 (사)자원순환사회연대에 의뢰하여 서울 등 6대 광역시, 강원, 호남, 충청권 농촌 지역 등의 발포합성수지 생산자, 사용자, 배출 및 수거자, 재활용사업자 등을 대상으로 제도분석, 설문조사, 현장조사 등으로 행해진 "발포합성수지 포장재 사용 및 처리실태 조사"연구사업의 결과를 요약 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 산업현장과 교육시설에서의 가정용 소형 단상변압기의 규격품 사용 여부와 운영상의 안전성 실태를 분석하였다. 전기용품 안전 관리법에 따른 법정인증을 받지 않은 제품이 5개 조사되었으며, 단자 체결형 변압기의 경우 전원선 접속 불량(헐거움), 설치 및 고정 불량, 접지 미체결(누락), 전압조정 핸들 파손, 변압기 상부 가연물 방치가 주요 불합리 항목으로 조사되었다.

Co-operative education and internships are generally treated as an alternative way to increase the employment rate by resolving the mismatch between college education and the industrial needs of the job specification. Based on a questionnaire survey on Korean universities, this study examined the current status of programs and the operating mechanism for co-operative education and internship to provide policy suggestions for promoting the depth and width of co-operative education in Korean universities. The results of the survey shows that the majority of students carry out internships on a short-term basis and the universities usually lack the capabilities for effectively running the programs of co-operative education and internships. In particular, as a part of the academic curriculum, co-operative education should be focused on the balance and effective linkage between the occupations given to students and the majors in university.

인구의 고령화로 인한 노인여가복지시설에서 실질적인 생활거점과 복지시설로 역할이 변화하면서 경로당의 이용자가 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나, 다중의 고령층이 장시간 이용하는 시설임에도 불구하고 경로당에서 발생하고 있는 재난 및 안전사고에 관한 기초적인 정보 수집이 전무한 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 중 경로당을 중심으로 현장을 직접 방문하여 관련자 인터뷰와 통계자료를 분석하여 재난 및 안전사고 실태를 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 현재 경로당에서 운영하는 프로그램을 조사하고, 노인의 건강하고 안전한 여가생활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이 될 수 있도록 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구결과가 신(新) 노년 세대를 위한 노인여가복지정책 연구에 기초자료로 활용되길 기대해본다.

Purpose: The purpose of study was to identify problems in disaster recovery resource management and operation through on-site investigation and utilize them as improvement proposal for disaster recovery resources management by local governments. Method: Areas with high natural and social disasters recorded in historical and yearly records of natural and social disasters, related books, and annual reports for 20 years were selected. The DRSS data of the selected local governments were analyzed and the reserve warehouse were selected for field survey. Result: It is analyzed that the current situation in the city hall and district offices is somewhat insufficient due to heavy work by the working-level officials of local governments on the storage of disaster recovery resources. The actual amount of stockpiles and DRSS data are somewhat different or missing because the input method and criteria are not clear at present when inputting the current data. Conclusion: To improve the management of the disaster recovery resource reserve, it is deemed that education of DRSS and training of best practices for the operation of disaster management resources are urgently needed, and that a systematic management of stockpiles using disaster prevention experts will be required.

In this research paper, the analysis, and improvement, of conditions of fire investigation related to products were derived. The results of the research showed that the main entity that plays the role of coordinator on the scene of fire investigation is unclear, systematic devices to protect the rights and interests of fire victims are inadequate, there are limitations in deriving the cause of fire due to the lack of fire appraisal organizations in fire departments, and the product companies are passive in their initial actions. As for improvement measures, it was found that the adoption of the system in which fire departments can play the role of mediator on the scene of fire investigation, the establishment and operation of fire appraisal organizations and research institutes in fire departments, and the establishment of network between fire departments and product companies are needed.

The purpose of this study is to identify the Issues of the survey on employment status at the vocational high school. For this, 19 chief teachers of employment department were interviewed with the validity of the concept of employment, the appropriateness of the survey period, the effectiveness of the survey method, and the usefulness of the survey output. The main results of research were as follows. First, in the survey of current employment situation, employment is a low standard to be recognized as an ordinary standard, and the employment counts not linked to DB are likely to be inaccurate. Second, regarding the period of employment, the current February survey is difficult to distinguish between field study and employment, and there is a limit to the study of full employment. Third, the present method has limitations on reliability and work efficiency in the survey method. Fourth, current output is not useful for school use in relation to survey output.
