2008년 숭례문 화재 이후 국가지정 중요목조문화재에 소화전, 방수총, 감지기, CCTV, 자동화 재탐지설비 등 수많은 방재시설이 설치되었다. 그러나 설치 및 관리에 대한 기준이 없어 안전관리에 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 또한 문화재의 특수성을 고려한 별도의 법률이 아닌 소방시설설치 및 유지관리에 관한 법률에서 특정소방대상물로 분류되어 소방법의 적용을 받고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전국에 위치한 159개 국가지정 중요목조문화재 현장조사를 통하여 방재시설 실태를 알아보고 소방시설 설치 및 관리기준 마련의 필요성을 알아보고자 한다.

식품의약품안전처는 "기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격"(식품의약품안전처 고시 제2016-51호, 2016. 6. 29.)을 일부 개정함에 있어 국민에게 미리 알려 의견을 듣고자 그 취지, 개정 이유 및 주요 내용을 "행정절차법" 제46조에 따라 지난 9월 29일 '기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격 일부개정고시(안) 행정예고'를 공고했다. 식약처는 기구 및 용기 포장에 대한 현장 실태조사 결과 반영 및 다양한 제품에 대한 소비자와 산업계의 수요에 부응하기 위하여 히드록시부틸폴리에스테르 등 3품목의 기준 및 규격을 신설 개정하고, 효율적인 안전관리를 위하여 용출시험용액의 조제, 프탈레이트류 시험법 및 1,4-부탄디올 시험법 등을 개선하는 등 기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격을 재정비하기 위해 일부개정했다. 다음에 '기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격 일부개정고시(안) 행정예고'의 주요 내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

오늘날의 정원(Garden)은 다양한 형태로 진화하고 있는데 이중 커뮤니티가든(Community Garden)은 도시화로 인하여 발생하는 개인과 사회의 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 자리잡고 있다. 도시에서의 커뮤니티가든은 커뮤니티 활동을 활발하게 펼칠 수 있는 터가 되어주고 있는바 이에 국내 도시 커뮤니티가든에 대한 현황을 살펴보고 이를 위해 이론적고찰과 현장답사, 자료분석을 토대로 하여 한국적 맥락의 도시 커뮤니티가든에 대한 개념 정립을 위한 기초연구를 진행하였다. 국내 주요 도시 13곳 내에 위치한 35개 사례지를 선정하여 조사한 결과 한국적 맥락의 도시 커뮤니티가든은 주민조직과 지자체의 행정지도가 어우러진 도심내 유휴지 또는 마을 공터에 조성된 공동경작 또는 개인경작이 어우러진 정원이라 할 수 있다. 또한 한국의 도시 커뮤니티가든은 해당 지자체의 관리와 보조금 지급여부에 따라 커뮤니티가든의 물리적 상태가 달라졌으며 따라서, 주민조직체계에 대한 지원과 효율적인 관리시스템이 확립된다면 도시 커뮤니티가든의 지속가능성은 높아질 것으로 사료된다.

우리나라에서 컴퓨터 교과는 아직 교육내용 뿐만 아니라 교과로써의 체계마저도 불분명하다. 지금까지 학교 컴퓨터 교육은 정보통신기술교육이라는 이론으로 양적 팽창에만 치중해 왔으며 초등학교에서는 재량 활동으로 컴퓨터 교육을 의무화 하고 있지만 그 학습 내용은 교사의 재량에 의해 편중되는 경향을 보여 국민공동기본교육의 목적에 충분히 부합하지 못한다. 본 연구는 컴퓨터 교육의 효율성을 증대하고자 초등학교에서 컴퓨터를 독립교과로 적용할 것을 제안하기 위한 사전 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 교육현장에서 컴퓨터 교육을 정보통신기술교육의 교육과정, 컴퓨터 재량활동, 실과의 컴퓨터 관련단원으로 분석 대상을 나누어 문제점 알아보고, 교사와 아동을 대상으로 한 실태 조사를 동해 이를 검증하였으며, 외국의 컴퓨터 교육과정의 운영과 비교하고 교사와 아동의 요구에 부합하도록 현실성 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Rebar work takes up big proportion in a construction work. The current process of purchasing, cutting and election, and working of rebar induces a lot of loss in rebar. This study is focused on analyzing the problem and the present condition of the process from the calculating of rebar quantifies to the actual constructional stage through surveying those who have experience in the estimation department, or the construction site of a domestic construction company. Many reform measures such as diversification of standard(i.e., 8-meter)bar, calculation of rebar quantities and construction according to the rebar election drawing, expansion of accuracy in layout plan, thoroughness in examination of layout plan in advance, utilization of the worked material, systemization of rebar control(management), and a shift in attitude of the field(site) manager were proposed as the result of the survey.

It tends to be emphasized that mathematics is the important discipline to develop students' mathematical reasoning abilities such as deduction, induction, analogy, and visual reasoning. This study is aimed for investigating the present state about mathematical reasoning in secondary school. We survey teachers' opinions and analyze the results. The results are analyzed by frequency analysis including percentile, t-test, and MANOVA. Results are the following: 1. Teachers recognized mathematics as knowledge constructed by deduction, induction, analogy and visual reasoning, and evaluated their reasoning abilities high. 2. Teachers indicated the importances of reasoning in curriculum, the necessities and the representations, but there are significant difference in practices comparing to the former importances. 3. To evaluate mathematical reasoning, teachers stated that they needed items and rubric for assessment of reasoning. And at present, they are lacked. 4. The hindrances in teaching mathematical reasoning are the lack of method for appliance to mathematics instruction, the unpreparedness of proposals for evaluation method, and the lack of whole teachers' recognition for the importance of mathematical reasoning

공항내 설치된 보안등의 운용실태를 조사하고 인적경비에 맞춘 보안등 설계에서 첨단의 CCTV 카메라 및 주변기기를 이용한 과학화된 경비체제에 맞는 안정된 보안등 설계가 요구되어진다. 본 논문에서는 과학화된 보안시스템에 맞는 조명 설계을 위하여 단방향 투사용 LED 램프를 이용한 등기구와 2.5m 높이의 폴로 현장에 이동 배치하여 적용하였으며, 기존 시설된 고압나트륨과 시범 설치원 LED 광원의 조도 및 눈부심을 비교하여 최상의 CCTV 감시 화면의 특성파악 및 정확한 물체를 식별 할 수 있는 조도을 유지하여 안정된 보안등의 조명설비를 제시하고자 한다.

The data were collected from the water sports industries, resort owners, equipment manufactures and the associations. The inquiry and data collection were made by visiting the corresponding facilities. Based on these data, the plan for infra construction of water leisure sports were proposed.

Recently solar power system is increasing and planing to add it and 169 up to 2008 year march. In this paper, we researched sites installed PV system and analyzed problems for improvement of electrical safety. Results of actual condition research on the sites have problems such as infiltration of moisture, aging of electrode, destruction of insulation and backsheet crack and so on. So we suggest maintenance guide of solar power system in a inspection statistical chart, For making a secure about a electrical safety, we should inspect solar power system by the KESCO guide and rule by periods.

제조물책임(Product Liability, 이하 PL)법은 2002년 7월 1일부터 국내에서 시행되고 있으며, 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업에서도 자사제품에 대한 신뢰성과 제품향상을 위해 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. PL법 환경에서 전력기기에 대한 제조결함과 사고의 연관성은 PL법의 적용대상이므로 국제화시대에 제품결함에 의한 전력설비 사고발생시 이의 정확한 원인규명 등을 통하여 기업에 있어서는 동일사고 예방 및 제품의 신뢰성 향상과 소비자에 있어서는 피해구제 마련 등 PL분쟁시 정확한 사고원인규명과 처리기준에 대한 자료구축이 필요한 실정이다.
