No matter how a great value the classwork through Internet may be, the value of Internet can be of negative value if teachers do not intend to make good use of it. Based on this assumption, this research is to show how to draw up a plan for utilizing a effective course of the classwork in high school through Internet, which is now being given attention to an educational environment as a innovative way supporting various educational possibilities compared with a traditional system of education. In addition, this study focuses on the investigation on the classwork through Internet by on-the-spot teachers as a part of all possible efforts for spreading the classwork with network.

This study is aimed to offer the elementary school teacher's experience and awareness about science field trip and science museum field trip, by analyzing the survey of 867 students and 81 teachers in Seoul. Research shows 67.9% high figure of elementary school teacher's experience on science field trip. That experience is include 61.8% of science museum using experience. In case of elementary school teacher's pre-activity is only 53.1% and most of them was visiting Website. Post-activity is more than preceding activity(74.1%) but method is too simple like checking work sheets. 62.3% of elementary school students have been to science field trip and science museum that is higher than teachers'. 66.5% of students said science field trip is influence on science study in good ways but there are some difficulties like lack of pre-activity(33.0%) and unkind information about science museum(21.9%). For activation of science field trip, resources development for effective science field trip operating, program development for pre- and post-activity, school group science field trip program development which is linked science curriculum, complement and expand activity information of science field trip institution.

지난 97년부터 교사 및 학생들의 정보 활용교육 등이 강화되어 추진되면서, 교사에게는 정보소양 함양과 전문성 신장을 위한 다양한 형태의 연수가 이루어져 왔다. 특히, 기존의 출석수업 증설의 교사 연수는 연수시설의 부족과 시간적 제약 등의 문제로 인해 급변하는 정보화 시대에 대응하기 어려운 점이 있었다. 따라서 기존 연수의 문제점을 해결하고 디지털 정보사회에 적합한 연수체제 구축을 위한 대안으로 교원 원격교육 연수원이 도입 운영되고 있으며 해마다 그 수가 증가추세에 있다. 그러나, 이와 같은 양적 증가에도 불구하고, 정보교육 관련 원격연수에 대한 종합적 안내 체계가 미흡한 결과 현장의 교사들은 연수선택에 대한 정보제공이 적절하게 이루어지지 못했다. 또한, 2004년 4월 현재 53개의 원격교육연수원이 운영되고 있으며, 전체 교육과정 중 50%이상이 정보화 교육과정임에도 불구하고, 실제 다수의 교사들이 정보화 원격연수 기회를 접하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 원격교육연수원의 지정 인가현황과 연수원별 교육과정 운영현황 등을 고찰해 보았으며, 현장의 교사들이 정보교육 관련한 원격교육의 필요성은 매우 높게 느끼지만, 실제의 이수상황은 그렇지 못하고 있다. 다양한 원격연수 기관에 대한 인지도가 매우 낮게 나타났으며, 결과 다수의 교사들이 자신의 관심과 흥미에 맞는 연수의 기회를 받지 못하고 있는 것이다. 문헌 및 설문조사를 통해 이러한 문제들에 대한 분석과 함께 개선방안을 본 연구에서 제안하고자 한다.

This study show the improvement of the capability of the handling computer in the job to students in science of nursing though the investment of the capacity of the computer application and the realities of handling computer in real. A cause of the development of the Information Technology, currently in the view point of system management, the hospital works is manage by the HIS(Hospital Information System). The teaching of the computer application capability for the information in science of nursing must not be the one-way by supplier like one of the survey courses but must be adapted at real condition and to be focused to learner. Thus, we suggest that the education of the science of nursing should be changed from one of the survey courses to the education of the acquirement and experience on information system knowledge.

In this paper, We analysis actual condition of education about information communication ethics in elementary school and survey negative side effects of information communication ethics, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. we survey recognition level of information communication ethics on the teachers who responsibles the education of the elementary school students and make some suggestions to develope education of information communication ethics based on research results.

2006년 상반기 건설업 전체 평균임금이 98,155월으로 전년 하반기 대비 1.9% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 이 중 기계설비부문은 해외건설경기의 호조에 힘입어 플랜트제관공은 91,288원으로 상반기 대비 5.5%의 증가율을 보였고, 기계설치공이 79,538원으로 상반기 대비 3.5%의증가율을 보였다. 대한건설협회가 발표한 2006년 상반기 건설업 임금현황에 따르면 상반기 업종 전체 직종의 상당수를 차지하는 일반공사직종은 전체 직종 상승률 1.5% 상승 하였으며 동 직종 중 현장에 많이 투입되는 형틀목공, 철근공, 보통인부 등의 주요 15개 직종은 1.0% 상승하는데 그쳤다. 월급제 기능공이 대부분인 원자력직종은 5.0%의 상승률을 보인 반면, 광전자직종의 경우 0.4% 상승하는 등 전반적으로 전년도 하반기보다 임금상승률이 크게 둔화되고 있는 추세이다. 또한 임금이 가장 높은 직종은 294,659원인 송전활선전공으로 나타났으며, 반면 측부는 40,269원으로 가장 낮은 임금을 기록했다. 금번 임금실태 결과의 상승요인을 살펴보면 원자력 · 플랜트 · 지적 지종 등 월급제 기능공의 임금 상승이 전체 직종의 임금상승을 주도하였으며 물가 상승 및 임금인상 심리등으로 건설경이 위축에도 불구하고 건설업 임금이 소폭 상승하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 이번에 공표한 임금은 대한건설협회가 전국의 1,700개 건설현장의 건설관련 145개 직종을 대상으로 2006년 5월 한달간 실제 지급된 임금을 8시간 기준으로 조사한 것이다. 이번에 발표된 노임은 2006년 9월 1일부터 12월 31일까지의 공사에 적용된다. 다음은 설비건설부문과 관련 직종 노임단가 분석 및 개별직종 노임단가 현황이다.

Although the safety management plan review system according to the Construction Technology Promotion Act for securing the safety of the construction work is a fundamental system essential for the prevention of the construction industry disaster, the necessity of its improvement has been raised because it often fails to meet the original purpose. In this study, through the analysis of the effect of the safety management plan and the problems of the operation, we suggest ways to improve it in view of the construction accident reduction and conducted surveys on the construction site through the questionnaires of the client, construction company, and construction business technology manager. In order to improve the effectiveness of this system as a result of the study, it is necessary to distribute the guidelines for the preparation of the safety management plan, manuals, etc., to simplify the contents of the safety management plan, also the step-by-step approval of the safety plan can be a solution. For this, it is necessary to revise the policy through consultation with the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs and related experts.

최근 교사들의 잇단 극단적 선택으로 학교의 변화와 상황에 대한 문제의식이 사회적으로 날로 높아지고 있다. 교직에 대한 선호도가 급격히 떨어지고 교직 이직 비율도 빠르게 높아지고 있어 교육의 질을 걱정하기에 이르렀다. 드러난 문제가 원인의 하나일 수 있으나 많은 연구에서 교사들의 직무스트레스가 심각한 수준임을 밝히고 있고, 학교교육 현장에는 교사들이 조직에 몰입하기 어려운 다양한 문제들이 있음을 밝히고 있다. 그럼에도 교육현장에서는 학생, 교사들이 함께 성장할 수 있고 모두가 만족하는 교육 활동을 실현시키고 변화와 혁신을 통해 교육역량을 높이고자 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석하고 두 변인 즉 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 교사 직무스트레스 실태를 종합적으로 파악하고자 관계 요인, 업무요인, 정책 요인으로 나누어 분석(김종민 외, 2018. 경기도교육연구원)하고 특히 스트레스 요인 중 가장 비중 있는 감정 노동 부분은 분리하여 더 상세히 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도, 경기도, 서울, 전라남도 소재 초등학교교사 500명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 변인들의 기술통계치를 산출하고자 한다. 초등교사의 인구통계학적 변인간에 유의한 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위해 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한다. 그리고 연구에 포함된 변인들간의 상관계수를 산출하고 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따른 3단계 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 기법을 적용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하고자한다.

Recently, through the services that use drones at fire sites to deliver on-site and road conditions into the situation room and life-saving activities or the deliveries of first aid outfits at the accident scenes that are inaccessible to humans, there are more and more cases of dealing with emergency situations. Therefore, by studying the service design using drones in the initial stage of response to fires in dense residential areas, this study was intended to reify the service design area of the response stage, including the dispatch of fire sites and the fire suppression. To do this, through literature researches, research directions were explored by examining the concept and process review of service design, and by analyzing the application cases using service design. In order examine the validity of this study, a one-on-one interview was conducted to identify the use and problems of drones among incumbent firefighters, and identified the applicability of drones to fire sites by targeting drone experts. Field research was conducted to identify the location and distance of road conditions, site conditions, and 119 safety centers, by making Yongsan-gu, the most vulnerable area to fire in Seoul, as a research sample. And, among the methodologies of service design, Persona and Customer Journey Map were prepared and Insight was derived, by using virtual scenarios for the experience values and behavior analyses of the interested parties. Through these processes, this researcher intended to present the fire-response service design and help establish the direction of service design in the initial stages of fire in Korea.

Recently, the construction wastes increase rapidly due to the revitalization of reconstruction and redevelopment, the development of new urbanization of large housing development, the expansion of social infrastructure, and so on. To solve rapid increase of construction waste, the government established "the rule on the promotion of recycling of construction waste" in December, 2003. According to the rule, construction wastes can be recycled by either processing on commission or discharger of construction waste. However, most of construction waste can be recycled by processing on commission. One of the most reason is that it is difficult for proving economic effect of site recycling by discharger. This study investigated and analyzed in a generation and disposal process, status of recycling, and procedure and process of site recycling of construction waste. Also, this study proved the validation of site recycling for construction waste as economic efficiency is analyzed through the case study of site recycling at large housing development district. The results of this study can utilize the establishment of policy and basic data of feasibility for site recycling of construction waste.
