A Study on the Efficiency of Horizontal Direction Deck-charge Blasting Method Using Electronic Detonator (전자뇌관을 이용한 수평방향 데크차지 발파공법의 효율성검토 연구)

  • In close to downtown construction, the main problem is complaints caused by blasting vibration and noise. To reduce blasting vibration and noise, deck-charge blasting method using electronic detonator can be more secure because there is no cut-off problem. And in this method it is possible to blast in horizontal direction. In this study, the efficiency of horizontal direction deck-charge blasting method using electronic detonator is compared to that of the existing blasting method. And the possibility of applying the construction site is evaluated. As a result, the reduction of blasting vibration, noise and secondary breaking has been determined, as well as large-scale blasting in the vibration criterion can be regulated by the overall increase in blasting efficiency.

  • 본 과제에서는 참여기업인 두산인프라코어(구 대우종합기계)에서 양산중인 국산디젤엔진을 개조해 가스엔진을 제작하였으며, 두산인프라코어에서 500시간 내구시험을 2차례 실시하였고, 주관기관인 한국기계연구원에서 국산 ECU를 활용하여 도시가스를 연료로 실험을 수행한 후 김포매립지에서 현장 적용실험을 수행하였다. 메탄농도가 46$\sim$56%로 변하는 조건에서 350kW의 출력을 달성하였으며, 삼원촉매를 적용한 결과 2005년 배기규제를 만족하는 결과를 도출하였다. 위탁기관인 전남대에서는 촉매 특성에 관한 실험을 1차년도와 2차년도에 수행하였다. 본 과제에서 개발한 LFG(=매립지가스) 엔진은 국내에서 개발된 최초의 LFG 엔진으로서 쓰레기 매립지 뿐만 아니라 음식물 쓰레기 혐기소화 처리과정, 분뇨나 축분 등의 혐기소화 처리과정, 하수종말 처리장 등에서 발생하는 바이오가스를 이용한 발전 동력원으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 우리 나라는 90년대에 들어서 향후 2015년까지 세계 10위권의 선진우주국에 진입한다는 우주개발중장기목표를 설정하고 중간 추진단계로서 2005년까지 국내기술에 의한 저궤도위성 및 발사체를 개발한다는 목표를 세우고 있다. 그리고 이를 위한 구체적인 시행 프로그램으로서 KSR-I및 KSR-II사업을 추진하여 성공적으로 완료하였으며, 이제 2002년까지 KSR-III사업으로 3단형 액체추진로켓을 개발 중에 있다. 현재 세계 우주 발사체 시장은 저궤도위성의 수요가 급증함으로서 전 세계적으로 저가의 우주발사체 개발을 서두르고 있으며, 우주선진국들은 경쟁적으로 기술혁신을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 개발도상국가들이 이에 참여하는데 있어서는 G7선진국들이 이미 마련한 MTCR(Missile Technology Control Regime)규제에 의거 기술이전 및 부품수입이 어렵기 때문에 자력에 의한 발사체 개발이 불가피하다. 본 고에서는 우주발사체 주요 선개발국 8개국의 기술혁신 과정과 정책 및 추진체계 등을 분석하고, 국내 발사체 개발에 참여하고 있는 주요 7개 민간기업을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사와 현장 실태조사를 바탕으로 기술혁신을 촉진하는 구체적인 정책대안 및 목표년도에 성공적인 발사를 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • After the Industrialization of 1960s, while it has greatly contributed to the industrial development owing to acceleration of mechanization, but it is real situation that the countermeasure to noise damage generating at the loud noise workshop is scarcely made. Especially, the machine noise made at factory and workplace is so shocking and repeatedly reiterating terrible noise that most of the spot workers are forcedly imposing such dangers as the severe unpleasant feeling and hearing impairments. On such point of view, this research has attempted to extract the proper rating vocabulary in order for evaluation on machine noise made at the high noisy workshop, therefore it is considering that those extracted vocabularies could be utilized as the useful psycho-acoustic experiment for evaluation on machine noise, also for establishment of regulation standard in domestic high noisy workshop.

  • 최근에 우리나라가 공식 회원국으로 가입한 서방 경제협력개발기구(OECD)/원자력기구(NEA) 산하의 방사선 방호 및 보건위원회(CRPPH)에서는 유럽연합(EC)의 전문가그룹과 합동으로 국제방사선방호위원회(ICRP)의 권고 60의 방사선 방호 최적화 원칙에 공식적으로 도입된 이른 바 '선량제약(dose constraint)' 개념에 대한 위원회의 논의 및 검토결과를 OECD/NEA의 공식보고서로 발간하였다. 이 보고서는 선량제약의 개념과 의미를 논리적으로 합리화하기 위하여 발간된 것이다. 선량제약이란 용어와 개념은 새로워 보이지만 실상은 전혀 새로운 것이 아니다. 우리나라에서도 방사선 방호의 실무현장에서 용어나 의미는 조금 다르다 할 수 있어도 이 개념을 부분적으로 적용해왔다고 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 선량한도 이하의 낮은 선량으로 작업자의 피폭을 제한하기 위하여 도입된 '연간 선량목표치' 또는 '방사성 물질의 방출목표관리치' 등이 여기에 해당될 것이다. 따라서, OECD/NEA의 공식보고서를 번역한 이 해설논문이 국내의 방사선 방호분야에서 활약하고 있는 정책 입안자, 연구자, 규제업무자, 방사선 관리실무자 등 방사선 방호 업무분야의 관련자들에게 도움이 되었으면 한다.

  • Considerable attention has been given to developing methodologies to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide from industry to meet strengthened environmental regulations. In this article, recent research trends on dry reforming of methane as an alternative method to reduce $CO_2$ emission from large scale industrial processes are addressed. To efficiently provide the energy needed in this strong endothermic reaction without additional $CO_2$ emission, it seems to be desirable to adopt autothermal reaction mode. The produced synthesis gas could be used as a reducing gas, or a feedstock for synthesis of chemicals and fuels.

Motivation Crowding Performances of Independent TV Production Programing Quotas (방송 외주정책의 제작인력 동기구축 성과)

  • During the last 25 years, independent TV production programing quota policy has been actively evaluated in various aspects except in the field of production personnel. This study focuses on production personnel who has been neglected among the debate of independent TV production programing policy. Especially, this study tries to explore the effect that the policy has brought to production personnel's motivation. After in-depth interviews with 4 professionals and 6 media major senior college students, this study finds that both broadcasting and independent company professionals evaluated the policy performance in negative way. They insist the policy constricts their motivation for production. College students agreed they become unwilling to entering the production filed. The policy should be reconsidered and turn to positive incentives and rewards to motivate production personnel.

  • Recently, following increased concern about green, people think that the pollution problems are cause of firm's product activities. So, firm's burden increased to protect nature and save energy during produce the goods. To keep the regulation and use the strategy methods, need to new Green IT Governance Framework(GITGF). FGI(Focus Group Interview) was used to carry out the research that is not mature. In this paper, we proposed the framework that is composed of green IT domain, business purpose, IT purpose and management process. GITFG is useful method to govern the corporate activities in the green IT Governance perspective.

  • Cleaning Processes are widely employed in the manufacturing processes of many industries and various environmental contaminants are generated during their operation. Thus, as the environmental and safety regulations are getting severer at home and abroad, it is indispensable that the existing cleaning agents which are causing environmental and safety problems should be replaced by the more environmentally-friendly alternative ones. In order to select alternative cleaning agents, it is necessary that their cleaning power is equivalent to or better than that of existing cleaning agents. However, the evaluation methods of cleaning power of industrial cleaning agents have not been established for comparison of cleanliness. In this study, various kinds of evaluation methods of cleanliness which can be utilized in the laboratory or in the industrial field are examined and their field application cases are reviewed and analyzed.

  • ln this paper, we showed Web-based Integrated Safety, Health and Environment management system(WISHE) in gas industry, which was inspired from the integrated gas safety management system. Using the object oriented information flow to analysis basic modules of safety, health and environment, we made web-based, which enables us to access system anywhere, integrated system and its modules that can meet various laws and rules. This system also can reduce man power and management cost.
