As the scale of construction work is enlarged, complicated and diversified, construction information from the large number of construction sites is happened and reported to the head office. To control much information generated in construction sites simultaneously, the necessity of supporting system which can extract necessary information is increased. However, compare with large companies, medium-sized companies's organization of head office and management system is weak, so it's difficult to manage multi-projects. Among these site managements, resource management is an important management area. But, resource planning is based on experience and judgement and have not associated with schedule information. So when schedule if changed, the plan must be amended manually. This study investigates material-planning model for multi-project management which is connected with daily report system and scheduling software.

In this study, we established the process for collecting and utilizing video scripts of disaster site based on public-private partnerships. It is for the purpose of actively utilizing private capabilities in disaster management, and quickly sharing video scripts to identify field conditions. Based on the experience of actual operation of public-private partnerships system in the event of typhoon in 2019, we also derived implications for continuous operation of the process. Results are meaningful in that the government established the process for collecting and utilizing video scripts through public-private partnerships during the initial disaster response phase. And we also confirmed the possibility of spreading positive perception of disaster management organizations. However, there is a limit to the actualization and practical use of performance as an experimental pilot operation in the R&D stage. In addition, for continuous operation of the system, it is necessary to prepare institutional support measures such as organization, infrastructure for operating, programs of education and training, and policy making.

In this study, The matrix method was used with common category concept according to the construction project control system. For the purpose of systematic resource management planning, it should be established on accomplished EVM data for clearing the ordering point according to the attribute procurement analysis. Resource management was presented by connecting the material requirement calculation method and the attribute of procurement method based on the EVM, suggested through analyzing process-data modeling using integrated schedule, cost and material.

서울특별시회는 지난 4월 13일 서울시 도시기반시설본부와 합동으로 (주)동보엔지니어링이 시공 중인 '마포석유비축기지 재생 및 공원조성 기계설비공사' 현장을 방문하여 안전 및 품질점검을 실시했다. 이날 품질점검에는 발주처인 서울시 도시기반시설본부 관계자를 비롯하여 감리단장, 기계감리 등이 참석하여 시공현황을 체크했다. 서울시회 김수철 상임부회장은 (주)동보엔지니어링 정광일 대표와 김원근 현장소장에게 "다른 현장보다도 더욱 우수한 공사품질과 체계적인 현장관리, 타 공중간의 소통에 의한 긴밀한 업무협조로 준공까지 공사 진행에 차질이 없도록 솔선수범하여 우수 시공사례 현장이 될 수 있도록 심혈을 기울여 달라"고 부탁했다.

In this paper, we apply this method to the entire process of smart disaster safety management based on the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution to minimize human, social, economic and environment damage from accidents and disasters, prevention evaluation and disaster information collection analysis and real-time detection of field situation. Prevention of $5^{th}$ generation communication system by analysis, contrast by education and training using virtual reality and augmented reality disaster safety management decision support system intelligent robot for recovery, disaster, discovery, reconnaissance relief, and scale analysis of damages were proposed.

본 연구는 세계적인 기후변화와 물부족 현상에 따라 우리나라에도 향후 물부족에 대비한 농업용수의 친환경적인 적정 관리의 필요성이 절실해지고 있으며 친환경 녹색기술 개발과 농촌수자원의 체계적인 관리가 중요한 국가적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 농촌은 고령화와 인구감소로 인하여 농업기반 수리시설과 농업용수의 전통적인 인력관리가 어려워지고 있으므로 이를 혁신할 수 있는 친환경, 녹색기술, 정보통신기술(ICT) 융합으로 농촌수자원 관리기술의 개발하고 이에 농업용수를 효율적인 관리를 위하여 농촌지역 수리시설과 농업용수 관리를 위해 정보통신기술과 센서네트워크 계측제어기술 및 모바일기술을 적용하여 농촌수자원 스마트 물관리를 위한 시범지구를 운영 하였다. 시범지구는 섬진강댐 수계의 동진도수로, 김제간선, 정읍간선으로 용수를 공급하는데 이중 수혜면적 17,600 ha, 수로연장 59 km의 김제간선에 시범지구로 선정하였다. 김제간선의 용수공급량은 년평균 163,748천톤의 공급하고 있다. 시범지구 운영은 5개년 중 1차년도(2011년)에는 현장시설 설치 총 87지점에서 15개소를 설치하였으며 시범지구의 영농 및 물관리 특성, 용수공급량 조사 분석하였으며 시범지구의 운영시스템 구축과 Smart 물관리 프로그램(Web, App)개발 하였다. 시범지구 운영은 한국농어촌공사 물관리분야 관련 신기술의 실용화를 위한 인큐베이트 역할을 하며 통합수자원관리시스템과 연계하여 체계적인 현장 물관리 기술의 보급과 공사의 대표적인 물관리 시범지구로 활용 및 사업 홍보 효과에 기여할 것으로 기대되고 있다.

Although the construction industry has been rapidly increased at its size and technologies as a locomotive of the economy development in Korea, most construction companies have not paid their attention on the construction risks seriously. However, they have been experienced a lot of business deterioration and project instability during the IMF crisis and WTO entry, and trying to figure out a way to manage the construction intrinsic risks systematically. Some top ranked construction companies have already developed and been implementing a risk management system for the oversea construction projects applying for the marketing and bidding stage, but not for the domestic construction projects during construction phase yet. This paper proposes a construction risk management system model for the site personnel to understand and manipulate very easily in the construction project.

The purpose of this study is to propose a way that improves the construction management for remodeling of building. The study attempts to deal with the case study for application and suggests some positive and negative lessons. The main contents and results of the study are as follows. (1) Through the repetitive joint meetings among the various participants, decision making for the remodeling process can be speeded up. (2) Clear work order and communication for work scope can be accomplished by using perspective drawing in design phase. (3) Reliable construction planning and scheduling for remodeling of building can be proposed through case study. (4) By a sound survey, conflict elements can be resolved in advance. Also reasonable procurement plan of equipments and multi-skilled labor can be important factors to keep a construction schedule in time. (5) Through the comparison a case project with other sites having a similar work scope, improvement effect in a time and cost aspect was analyzed quantitatively. The study also recommends that, as a future research, the remodeling process model be developed for more general applications in remodeling of building.

국토부가 2010년 1월부터 건설현장 자율점검제도 시행에 들어감에 따라 앞으로 현장책임자가 감리원 등을 활용하여 시공, 품질 및 안전관리 등 건설공사 전반에 대하여 스스로 점검하는 자율적이고 상시적인 안전점검 체계가 구축된다. 자율점검현장으로 선정되면 건설사는 자율점검계획을 수립해야 하며, 자체적으로 일일 및 월간점검을 실시해야 하고 분기별로 인근현장과 교차점검 및 본사에서 현장점검을 시행하고 그 결과를 매 반기마다 국토해양부에 제출해야 한다.

선박의 안전 확보를 위해 각종 규제를 만들고 시행하였으나, 규제만으로 안전을 확보하는 것은 이제 한계점에 도달해 있다. 소형선사 안전관리컨설팅은 규제 위주의 정책이 아니라 선사에서 자발적으로 안전관리체제를 수립 및 시행 할 수 있도록 도와주는 제도이며, 본 연구를 통해 소형선사 안전관리컨설팅 서비스 체계를 구축하였다. 안전관리컨설팅 서비스 체계 구축을 통해 영세한 소형선사의 안전관리 역량 향상이 기대 되며, 현장중심의 컨설팅 수행을 통한 안전관리(책임)자 및 해상종사자의 안전관리 능력 향상이 기대된다.
