중소기업 최고경영자의 사업계속의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

  • 기후변화, 고령화 사회로의 진입, 4차 산업혁명에 의한 첨단기술의 확산 등은 기업 현장에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 또한, 최근 2년 넘게 지속되고 있는 코로나 팬더믹, 미중 갈등과 우크라이나 사태로 촉발된 원자재 가격 급등과 수급 불안은 세계 경제를 불황으로 몰고 있다. 중소기업을 창업하여 경영하고 있는 최고경영자(이하, CEO)들은 이러한 사업환경의 변화 속에서 지속가능 경영을 고민하고 있다. 흥미로운 것은 가혹한 사업환경을 마주하여 사업을 중단하고 정리하려는 CEO가 있는 반면, 의지를 갖고 사업을 계속하려는 경영자들도 있다는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 CEO의 사업계속의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사하고 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 사업 전망, 기업 역량, 경영자 역량, 가계 경제에 대한 부담감, 사업승계 인식이 CEO의 사업계속의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 사업 전망, 기업 역량, 경영자 역량, 가계 경제에 대한 부담감, 사업승계 인식이 CEO의 사업계속의도에 어떠한 정도로 영향을 미칠 것인지 양적 연구를 통해 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. 변화무쌍한 경영 환경하에서 창업하여 일군 중소기업을 경쟁력 있게 성장시키기 위해 우선시 요구되는 CEO의 사업계속의도(Intention to Continue Business)를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

Development of Algorithm for Vibration Analysis Automation of Rotating Equipments Based on ISO 20816 (ISO 20816 기반 회전기기 진동분석 자동화 알고리즘 개발)

  • Facility diagnosis is essential for the smooth operation and life extension of rotating equipment used in industrial sites. Compared to other diagnostic methods, vibration diagnosis can find most of the initial defects, such as unbalance, alignment failure, bearing defects and resonance, compared to other diagnostic methods. Therefore, vibration analysis is the most commonly used facility diagnosis method in industrial sites, and is usefully used as a predictive preservation (PdM) technology to manage the condition of the facility. However, since the vibration diagnosis method is performed based on experience based on the standard, it is carried out by experts. Therefore, it is intended to contribute to the reliability of the facility by establishing a system that anyone can easily judge defects by establishing a vibration diagnosis method performed based on experience as a knowledgeable code system. An algorithm was developed based on the ISO-20816 standard for vibration measurement, and the reliability was verified by comparing the results of vibration measurement at various demonstration sites such as petrochemical plant compressors, hydrogen charging stations, and industrial machinery with the results of analysis using a development system. The developed algorithm can contribute to predictive maintenance (PdM) technology that anyone can diagnose the condition of the rotating machine at industrial sites and identify defects early to replace parts at the exact time of replacement. Furthermore, it is expected that it will contribute to reducing maintenance costs and downtime due to the failure of rotating machines when applied to various industrial sites such as oil refining facilities, transportation, production facilities, and aviation facilities.

  • Four fungal species, during indoor air monitoring for fungi that possibly affect the field testing of a newly bred shiitake cultivar in cultivation houses located in Cheongyang, Chungnam Province and Jangheung, Jeonnam Province. Of these species, two are known to be plant pathogens and the other two are saprobes but potent contaminators in the mushroom cultivation environment. This study reports the morphological characteristics and phylogenetic relationships of these four species based on nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and 18S rDNA region, including their known information.

The Moderating Effects of Managerial Coaching between Job Characteristics and Job Performance (직무특성과 직무성과 간의 관계에 미치는 코칭 리더십의 조절효과)

  • While managerial coaching has increased popularly as an effective leadership initiative in organization, the relationship between managerial coaching and its effects on performance has not been scholarly well defined. This study examined the role of managerial coaching as a moderator between job characteristics and job performance. Based on the sample of 453 employees in a financial firm, HLM was conducted to test the research model at multiple levels of organizational hierarchies. First, we found that managerial coaching has a direct impact on employee performance. Second, the strength of the relationship between job meaningfulness and job performance is positively related to the level of managerial coaching. Third, managerial coaching positively moderates the association between autonomy and job performance. However, any cross-level moderating effects of managerial coaching on the relationship between feedback and job performance is not observed. These results show that managerial coaching by managers could promote employees' performance through maximizing the impact of job characteristics on employees' motivation.

  • By applying NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and TCT(Tasseled-Cap Transformation) image algorithm on the basis of KOMSAP-2 MSC(Multi Spectral Camera) image(Jun. 12, 2007) for Naenam-myeon, Gyeongju city in this study, DN distribution map was drawn up. Discrimination analysis of image algorithm for the accuracy improvement of forest type classification was conducted through the comparative analysis between the distribution maps of NDVI and TCT DN, and forest field surveying data, and finally, the accuracy of the forest type classification was verified through the overlay analysis with the forest field surveying data. Through this study, it is thought that low cost and high efficiency will be able to be expected in the process of the examination for the automation practicality of the forest type classification and of the production of the accurate forest type classification map by using KOMPSAT-2 MSC image.

Energy Efficiency Improvement and Field Scale Study of Crematory using Computation Fluid Dynamics (전산유동해석을 통한 화장로의 에너지 효율개선 및 실증연구)

  • The cremation rate of Korea in 2016 was 82.7% which is four times greater than 20.5% in 1994. As increasing the cremation rate gradually, it cause a shortage of cremation facilities resulting in building more cremation facilities to meet the increasing inquiries on cremation or a large amount of fuels for the longer operation of the crematory. In this study, the crematory system optimizing its thermal efficiency characteristics and also responding to increasing inquiries on cremation was proposed in order for solving such problems, In particular, the heat flow characteristics including a heat transfer coefficient by performing a simulation using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was investigated. The CFD model was validated with on-site experiments for a cremation facility. As a result of the simulation, the fuel consumption decreased nearly 25% and residence time increased in the main combustor. Also, the improved crematory was constructed with an expanded combustor, heat exchanger, second combustion air system, refractory and insulation material. From on-site experiments, the energy consumption was saved to approximately 54.4%, while the burning time reduced nearly 20 minutes.

  • The purpose of this study was to implement a mobile application to evaluate the residential performance of Hanoks anytime and anyplace free of time and space constraints made possible by mobile devices such as smart phones. To effectively evaluate the performance of Hanoks, the mobile application includes architectural information and help functions to ease the usability by the general public. In addition, it is designed to be intuitively understood through the presentation of field photos through empirical cases in line with the functional characteristics of smart phones. To test the functionality of the mobile application, a field evaluation was conducted at the Set-yi-seo Literature Center in Eunpyeong Hanok Village. The findings of this study provide a basis for using smart phone based applications for evaluating buildings such as Hanoks in the future. It can be used as a model for developing future user-friendly performance evaluation applications for public Hanok research and development.

  • The human's emotion has been used as a key factor in the design area and a marketing technique in a company. Therefore, a company is very interesting in human' emotional factor for the marketing and the design development recently. There have been very few studies carried out on enhancing how to use the emotional design and the emotional marketing in the kitchenware industry. Besides, almost all of the research works, which attempted to encourage how to use emotional factor for the design and the marketing, was carried out in the theory research level rather than a practical research. This research has been conducted both a qualitative research and a quantitative research in the field. The research methods were as follows; first, this research studied what is the emotional design and the emotional marketing through the previous literature research works. second, the researchers set up the hypothesis and research aims through the previous empirical research works from the researchers who are doing this research. Third, as the main body of this research, this research was conducted through the analysis of companies' data, the data come from the interviews by managers, and the data from questionnaire by the users. The results was produced after analyses of the above all the data. As a results, this research has introduced the successful case study which used the emotional design concept and the emotional marketing as a strategic level in the kitchenware industry. This research results would be able to help some one who wants to use the emotional design as a strategic level in order to increase their market share.

뇌파 조절 수행이 학습 향상에 미치는 영향의 실증적 연구

  • 인간의 사고 기능과 학습기능이 '뇌'를 바탕으로 이루어진다고 할 때, 뇌의 긴장을 풀어 원래의 건강하고 창조적인 이완 상태에서의 학습 상태가 유효하게 된다. 즉, 뇌파가 " $\alpha$" 상태 가 되었을 때 긴장된 신체의 각 부분이 충분히 이완되고 두뇌는 맑고 건강한 상태를 유지하여 활발하고 창조적인 상태가 된다. 뇌파의 측정 및 분석된 기존 연구에 의하면, 인간의 심리상태와 신체 상태, 행동 패턴에도 직, 간접적인 영향을 주어 뇌파의 조절이 인간 잠재능력 개발의 첩경이라는 결과가 보고되어진다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 뇌의 특성을 고려하여 뇌를 이완시킴으로써 학생들의 학습능력을 향상시키 기 위한 새로운 접근 방법을 시도한다. 뇌파 조절이 가해지는 환경하에 학습 효율의 변화 정도를 정성적( 심리적, 학습적, 신체적) 및 정량적(영어 단어 암기력 TEST, 뇌파 특정 등)으로 평가 및 분석을 통해 뇌파 조절 효과가 학생들의 학습 효율을 더욱 향상 시킬 수 있는 지의 타당성을 검증하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 새로운 학습 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 실험 대상을 본 대학 임의의 2학년 학생 13 명 을 대상으로 하고 실험기간은 약 4개월에 걸쳐 실험 하였다. 뇌파 측정은 13명중 임의의 학생 7명을 선정 하여 각 40분씩 측정 분석하였다. 또한 영어 단어 암기력 TEST를 실시하여 그 결과를 뇌파 조절 전,후로 나누어 비교 분석하였다. 정성적 분석으로서 종합 설문지를 이용한 15 개 항목의 5점 척도를 사용하여 분석하였으며 가가 통계 이론을 이용하여 검증하였다. 뇌파 측정은 수행 전후 비교 결과 " .alpha. " 노출 비율이 수행 전보다 수행 후가 다소 높은 비유로 나타났으며, 특히 영어 단어 암기력은 평균적으로 크게 상승되는 것으로 나타났다. 정성적 분석 결과에서는 많은 심리적 변화 상태가 나타나고 있지만 전체적으로 마음의 안정감, 몸의 긴장 이완에 따른 건강 상태 유지, 수업 집중도 향상 등이 나타났다. 위와 같은 종합 적 분석 결과에 따라, 본 연구는 제조 현장의 생산성 향상 및 품질 향상과 연계하여 작업자의 작업 집중도 향상, 작업자의 육체적, 심리적 변화에 따른 생산성 및 품질 향상 변화 정도 등의 산업공학(인간공학) 제 분야의 여러 측면에서 연구 및 적용이 가능하리라 사료된다.

Analysing Decision Making Factors of IT Investment Projects (IT 프로젝트의 기본속성과 사전타당성 분석결과가 투자의사결정에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The purposes of this dissertation are to identify various factors affecting the outcomes of feasibility analysis and investment decision makings of new IT project plans and empirically analysis the relationships among them. 9 variables which have been drawn from prior studies and industry practices are the amount of the necessary resource such as development budget and time, the expect financial benefits, the degree of alignments between IT projects and the business strategy, the estimated risk, and the investment priority as the dependent variable. Data from 125 IT projects of K bank, the leading commercial bank in Korea, have been collected and Regression Analysis and ANOVA have been performed. As results, 5 out of 8 hypothesis have been accepted partially or totally.
