When examining a patient using SPECT, gamma rays emitted from the body decrease or scatter. And when they reach the detector they spread in accordance with physical characteristics and geometric shapes of the scanner, quantitative analysis was difficult. For exact quantitative analysis of gamma rays emitted from the body, so that they must be considered to correction about PVE(partial volume effect). In this paper, sinogram filter was implemented to solve comprehensive PVE of SPECT. According to the results in which implemented filter was applied, partial volume effect caused by SPECT was removed. To compare proposed method and conventional method, PSNR(Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) was executed. As a result, proposed method was indicated as 7dB, conventional method was indicated as 14db respectively. dB(decibel) level of the proposed methods is lower, since the MSE(mean square error) becomes greater because scattered ray was removed, PSNR value is low. Therefore, by applying the proposed method for removing the PVE of SPECT imaging method, the image quality is improved.

The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning and essence of leisure activities experienced by older females in rural communities and, in reference to that, to provide basic data to help develop health-promoting nursing intervention programs by investigating the indications of leisure and its effects on older individuals' life process. The qualitative research method of van Manen's Hermeneutical analysis and Phenomenological research are useful to study the true meaning and nature of experiences inherited from their language, belief, culture and social traditions. Consequently, the leisure that the women from the rural community were found to have experienced came down to a total of seven themes or activities: (a) to overcome loneliness through social interaction and get-togethers; (b) to achieve balance between body and mind by engaging in physical activities; (c) to try and help ease the burden on one's children; (d) to simply kill time; (e) to find oneself small pleasures; (f) to learn something new and feel proud; and (g) to live one's life as maintaining communication with the outside world. The study herein confirmed that the female elderly in rural area spend their free time on appreciating the nature, maintaining health and social interaction and hanging around with the peers of similar age to overcome economic woes and the feeling of estrangement unique in the social and economic context of rural communities.

After Marx, the issues regarding human labour have been the alienation towards production means and the distributive justice. Fourth industrial revolution and development of AI(Artificial Intelligence) opened the possibility of a independent production and economy system absolutely excluding against human nature and labour. Using robots and AI will deepen demarcation between living things and one not having life, separating the intelligence from the consciousness. At present, so called pre-stage of post human, seeking interests for life, new social relationship and new community will be increased as well. We can understand that interests for small community, self-sufficiency, dailiness, food and body in this context is increasing too. Representative trend towards this cultural phenomena is called as the 'Kinfolk culture.' Work-life balance, 'Aucalme', 'Hygge', 'So-Hwak-Haeng'(a small but reliable happiness) are the similar culture trends as. Vital capitalism, presented by O-Yong Lee, seeks focusing onto living things principles, e.g. 'topophilia', 'neophilia', and 'biophilia' as the dynamics looking for the history substructure, not class struggle and conflicts. He also argues the 'Vital Capitalism' be regarded as a new methodology to anticipate a social system after post human era. G. Deleuze said "arts is another expression method for existential philosophy. It gives a vitality onto philosophy and gives a role to letting abstract concept into definite image." We can find a lot cases arts' imagination overcomes critical point of scientific prediction power in the future prediction. This paper reviews ideas and issues of 'vital capitalism' in detail and explorers imaginating initial ideas of vital capitalism in the film 'Little Forest.'

Purpose: According to the Body-EU education program, this study investigates changes after conducting education with ten subjects with autism symptoms (disability level 2~3) 63 times (126 hours) for nearly two years. Methods: Body-EU habit practice, note writings discussion, singing, Bible study, question and communication, class arrangement, etc., a total of 63 times were educated for 2 hours each week. Results: Subjects felt comfortable breathing and improved energy. Other subject's habit of an out-toed gait step and bending back alleviated. One subject made it easier to speak, so if talking with no strength. When breathing, the stuffy nose improved, the eyes became calm, and the hands and feet were warm. Subject felt like my head was cleaned. Heart tightness disappeared. Subject felt at ease as gaining confidence. The subject gained confidence in seeing whoever the other person was. The subject's pronunciation became more sophisticated, with more confidence, and his mouth cramping alleviated. Subjects with right eye movements showed a relatively high concentration in education time. Conclusions: Subjects are educated and trained in making general habits of their body from morning to going to bed. This study was a research program for ordinary people, but it confirmed with autism. Whether it was genetic autism or acquired autism, they could be somewhat relieved.

Recently, the terms of the fourth industrial revolution, deep running, artificial intelligence, post-human, and trans-human are frequently heard. These terms suggest that the rapid development of science and technology will make the future different from the present. However, rather than giving priority to striking a different future phenomenon, I think it is first of all to understand what kind of future technology or phenomenon is in the present stage. Therefore, in this study, in particular, the actual cases of linking or combining science and technology to the human body are increasing. So if you want to call this human being what kind of characteristics you have. To do this, I first looked at the meaning of trance, transformative, and trans humanism. Next, I looked at the relationship between science and technology and transhumanism. Next, we analyzed four transformative characteristics in the film Elysium and examined how it affects the understanding of transhumanism. This process will be the starting point for understanding post-human and post-humanism in the future.

The purpose of the study was to explore the process of experience of spinal stenosis, herniation of intervertebral disk patients with low back pain under non-surgical treatment. 10 participants attended in-depth individual interview. Data analyzed using the Grounded theory methodology of Corbin and Strauss(2015). A core category emerged as 'Compromise with my body in the swamp of pain'. Central phenomenon was 'Constrained life by severe pain'. The process of the low back pain experience included three phases: 'cognition', 'coping', and 'adaptation'. This finding will be helpful for understanding the low back pain experience and be as fundamental data as for developing and applying nursing intervention program according to the low back pain experience process.

Medicine and philosophy were very closely related in antiquity. The Pre-Socratics were interested in physiological and pathological aspects of human body. Their interests of human body was a part of interests on nature. Plato and Aristotle were fond of proposing their philosophical arguments using medical analogy. Medicine and philosophy were regarded as two disciplines which play a similar role in human being. Ancient philosophers thought that medicine and philosophy were similar on the ground that while philosophy eliminates passion from human soul, medicine eliminates disease from human body. Here, they regarded the similarity of medicine and philosophy only in terms of analogy. More comprehensive and systematic relationship between medicine and philosophy is realized by Galen. He manifestly declared that "The Best Doctor is also a Philosopher", which is also the title of one of his treatise. In this treatise, Galen regarded philosophy is a discipline consisted of physics, logic, and ethics according to the view s of Stoics. As a result, a good doctor for Galen is one who is well versed in physics, logic, and ethics. Furthermore, He regarded Hippocrates as the ideal model of a doctor-philosopher.

The secondary health status of the disabled is more vulnerable due to the aging of the disabled, the nature of primary disabilities, and social and environmental disability suppression and stress. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the experiences of secondary disabilities of the disabled and how they responded when secondary disorders occurred. A total of 13 people with severe disabilities with secondary disabilities were interviewed in a focus group and analyzed by applying phenomenological research methods. As a result of the analysis, people with disabilities were experiencing secondary disorders due to variations in the experiences of aging and primary disorders, management problems and life accidents in the primary disorder, misunderstanding of the labor market for disorders and health, misunderstanding of risks of secondary disorders and lack of prevention. In response, people with disabilities live alternatively between body and work, body and academic, try to prevent worsening of secondary disabilities at the individual level, continue to enter the hospital, or choose a life that puts health first. While experiencing secondary disabilities, people with disabilities experienced the threat of life, recognized life as having to endure and fought to the end, acknowledged the difference between the disabled and non-disabled people, and standed aloof from their ongoing secondary disability. It also requested institutional support. Based on the results of this study, medical-level measures, institutional support measures in the labor market, and social welfare practices were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to suggest design characteristics of picture books for silver generation empirically through academic consideration of necessity and characteristics of picture books targeting silver generation. Through an analytical result of literature materials such as library and information science, pedagogy, and literature therapeutics, and aging phenomenon, picture books help mental and physical health of silver generation, but picture books for silver generation are insufficient in comparison with demand. Therefore, a theoretical basis of study and development of fairy tale books for silver generation is acutely needed. This study suggested that close attention for characteristics of silver generation is needed to solve a problem about dyslexia of silver generation in story, picture(expression, size, layout, structure, and color), and typography of characteristic factors of picture on designing fairy tale books for silver generation, suggesting needs to develop picture books reflecting characteristics such as visual organ, body function, and psychological factor of silver generation. In addition, design characteristics for composition of picture books for silver generation will be used as part of advanced data in a study on solid analytical data through an actual analysis on silver generation in the future.

Since enforcement of the anti-prostitution law, in spite of systematic setting helping escape prostitution of the women who engage in prostitution that they have had the will lasting prostitution. Therefore, this study aimed to devise intervention plan helping their escape prostitution and return to social by examining individual and structural factor obstructing their escape prostitution The data were collected through the in-depth interview and text. And these were analysed according to coding, constitution of concept, matching, construction of explanation on the phenomenon. The nine women who engaging in prostitution were participated in this study. As a result of the data analysis, 46 concepts and 10 categories were generated. By classification of individual and structural factor, the outcomes of an interpretation were as follows: The cause obstructing Prostitutes' escape prostitution were (1) distrust on the policy of the government, (2) life-script was made by reaction-formation, (3) predestined resignation caused by anxiety, (4) body as capital goods, and (5) the commensal model with pimp. Based on this result, we proposed practical and political alternative plans for prostitutes.
